• Keerthana (5/5): Passable - The property is spacious and offers a great view. When we arrived at the property after the check-in time, the room was not cleaned or prepared, and we had to wait, which was quite exhausting after a long drive. During the night, the electricity went out, and there was no one available to address or even acknowledge the issue until morning. As a result, we had to check out a bit earlier than planned.

• Gincy (9/5): Great Stay, clean and excellent service - The house, the ambience of the place and the wonderful staff. There always someone to help us for everything. The staff were very friendly. There was lady who came to the property in the morning and a man who stays on the property at night. If we need anything we just have to call them. Both of them provided excellent service. Very comfortable. If we were not on a tight schedule we would have stayed longer. We were really happy with our stay. Great communication with the owner as well. Everything was great.nothing to complain about.
• Viswanathan (5/5): Manless resort - no physical contact. - Property was good and brand new. Salubrious surroundings. No reception, nobody to receive us. No staff whatsoever. We were on our own. A lady just gave us the keys and took our names and that was all the personal contact. She asked for payment but couldn't do that due to want of connectivity or Wi-Fi. We checked in at 8.45 am and left at about 9.15 am and returned at 6.15 pm. There was nobody at the property. We were left to ourselves. There was no geyser in one of the bedrooms and no AC in the other bedroom. Otherwise the stay was comfortable. Next day morning we checked out ourselves at 8 am by calling the lady who had given her number and handed over the keys and made payment and left. We are not robots, we need physical attention. There was nobody to complain to or seek any assistance. No food arrangements, we had to take care of it ourselves. This is not what we expect from any resort or homestay. Truly disappointed.
