- Guest (10/5): Perfect— will be returning next year. - Amazing location, fantastic facilities, really helpful host. N/A
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely clean
Lovely garden and secure for dogs. Has barbecue easy to use
Great base for exploring the area Nothing to complain about
- Elaine (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful cottage. We particularly loved the garden. And our toddler loved the piano!
- Milos (10/5): Beautiful cottage in a charming village with amazing and friendly hosts. Highly recommended! - Great cottage, amazing hosts in the most charming village. It is restored absolutely beautifully with love and attention to details and respect for history of it, and you can feel it. Fireplace was astounding and all the facilities very modern. If you get a chance, book this cottage - you won't be disappointed! Will go again if ever get a chance. Highly recommended! Can't think of anything that could be improved. If I'm really nitpicking it would be useful for the small front gate to have a kind of "stopper" on one side so it would be easier to close the lever :D but that's really minor, and it's possible that some prefer it this way when you could swing the gate either way.
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location. Cottage was lovely, especially enjoyed the log burner. Everything you needed in the cottage and more.
- Peter (10/5): Wonderful festive stay! - Wonderful place to stay. The cottage has been really well refurbished and planned. Lovely smell upon arrival (helped along by the Christmas tree!). A lovely kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable.
Some great local walks to be had, we could certainly have stayed for much longer.
- Ellalyn (8/5): Clean well equipped cottage in a beautiful village - Lovely village and the cottage was clean and very well equipped indeed. The host was okay but came over as a bit abrupt when asked a question. it felt as if there were a lot of 'DON'T' rules to follow, which to us were things we would do anyway and this was initially a bit off putting. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two things to make it better...
1 A front door lock that worked easily. We ended up using the back door as we could be certain it was locked.
2 Wi-fi. This did cause a problem having no Wifi as I had intended to do some work from the cottage. I had made the assumption that, like all other places we have stayed in it would be there and I hadn't noticed that it was not included in so this was my error. The host response was somewhat dismissive when we asked which was a shame.
- Adrian (10/5): An amazing cottage that has been beautifully restored and updated - An amazing cottage that has been beautifully restored and updated. Everything thought of including bikes to use. Safe off street parking. Great new kitchen and dining area that opens onto a lovely garden, not overlooked and secure for our dog. Modern shower upstairs, but kept the character of the old cottage, even a free standing bath The property is excellent. NOTHING we didn't like
- Helen (10/5): Lovely cottage - We had a great stay in Bailiffs Cottage which is a beautifully renovated cottage with a lovely garden, and welcoming owners.
