• Carlos (6/5): edificio en obras - el tamaño es amplio. la ubicación muy buena y está bien decorado Es un primero sin luz natural. Además las ventanas no están insonorizadas y se escucha todo nítido de la calle. Y por si fuera poco están en obras, el piso se encuentra rodeado de andamios, y a las 8 empiezan los obreros a trabajar. No deberían ofertar el apartamento, o a lo sumo con un descuento del 50%. Realizar el checkin fue muy pesado y farragoso. La tv del dormitorio no funciona
• Soledad (5/5): Appartement qui sera bien une fois les travaux terminés. - Le check in est électronique ainsi que les clefs (url à cliquer). Il faut avoir une connexion par contre. Aussi, très bonne localisation du logement, et les interlocuteurs très bien. Lits confortables. Immeuble en travaux, ce qui n'est pas dit dans l'annonce. Du coup, tous les balcons donnent sur un échafaudage, ils sont remplis de poussière ainsi que l'entrée de l'immeuble et les escaliers. Aucun produit de cuisine, pas une capsule de café, pour le prix c'est dommage.
• Alexis (5/5): Estará en reparaciones por un buen rato - La ubicación. Estaban remodelando el edificio, tanto afuera como al interior, por lo que habían muchos ruidos desde temprano, no sé podía descansar. El balcón estaba inutilizado porque afuera habían mallas y andamios.

No heating or hot water when we arrived - we slept in freezing cold rooms!! 2. Non existent wifi 3. Electronic keys which did not work when no wifi 4. No blankets provided 5. TERRIBLE noise pollution and we did not get a single night’s sleep ;the windows need to be triple glazed) 6. Insufficient soap, bins, towels, tissue 7. Zero care from property caretakers 8. If you don’t speak Spanish, they are unable to communicate with you on the phone 9. Some of the plates had several layers of dust on them 10. Unmaintained property, unfit for purpose
