- susan (10/5): We booked this cottage for a family gathering weekend, ages ranging from 82 to 8. We all had the best time and would boo - Location, beautifully rural but close to many attractions and pretty villages. Property immaculate and kitchen well equipped. For a weekend stay, would have been nice to have had an 11am check out instead of 10 am,otherwise everything was perfect.

- ANDREA (10/5): Friends get-together - Amberleigh house was perfect for our yearly get-together of 6 friends from various parts of the world. It was extremely clean and very comfortable for our 2 night stay. Great facilities and lovely furnishings and furniture. We would thoroughly recommend to other guests wanting a quiet getaway with close proximity to a lovely pub providing good food. Also a short drive to Buxton. Nothing. It was perfect for our needs.
- Theresa (9/5): Great cottage, well equipped and in a beautiful area - Location was great for walks in the Peak District. Cottage was clean. Parking was no issue. The beds, at least, the super king ones, the springs were very noisy when turning or moving in the bed.
