• Greg (10/5): Our stay in Rome was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. - Location is excellent, very central, about a minute walk to the Pantheon. Unit was fantastic - plenty of room, great little kitchen. Really appreciated all the extra little touches, plenty of coffee pods, muffins, lollies (had too many of these). Made for a memorable stay. I can't really pick anything.

• Kathryn (10/5): Excellent day at an authentic Italian flat - The location of this property was awesome! It was near Piazza Novella and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt like we were in authentic Italy. We loved that we could open up the windows and hear the sounds of the city. Having a place to wash our clothes was a huge bonus! Communication with the owner was great! She was so kind! I highly recommend a stay here.

• Daniel (8/5): - Muy buena la ubicación y el equipamiento en general, para pasar unos días.Funciono todo, tuvimos un problema con el WiFi pero rápidamente lo solucionaron. La pasamos genial. El aire acondicionado perfecto. Cerca del Panteón y a unas cuadras de lo más iconico de Roma.Disfrutamos el lugar. En la madrugada mucho ruido del exterior.

• Anthony (8/5): Très bon séjour mais fenêtres trop light => trop de bruit la nuit - Je considère que cet appartement mérite entre 7 et 8 / 10: - Process de check in: simple et efficace - Hôte très sympathique et réactive - Appartement propre et très bien situé dans Rome pour des visites en centre ville, et pour profiter d'expériences locales comme la sandwhicherie juste en bas qui propose des focaccias assez incroyables. - Trop de bruit la nuit dans l'appartement. Il faudrait des fenêtres en double vitrage pour que l'expérience soit parfaite. Nous avons mal dormi chaque jour. Ce point est très important pour récupérer d'une année de travail... - Certes l'appartement est très bien et la clim fonctionne, mais les commentaires disant que cet appartement est incroyable me semblent exagérés : il est juste pratique (mais n'est ni lumineux ni décoré / agencé d'une façon qui sort du lot). En bref rien de spécial sur son design ou sa beauté

• Lyra (10/5): Amazing stay in amazing location. - The location of this apartment is unmatched! We could access the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Trastevere to name a few by a short walk. It had everything you needed, working AC, strong wifi, washing machine and even a smart TV. Its located in a nice quiet side street but the windows did there job and when it got busy from the popular sandwich shop nearby, we could get rid of the noise by closing the windows. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. My travel partner had a sore knee and there were no elevators to get to the 2nd floor (only 55 steps) which were still no problem for us.

• Dianna (10/5): Location and oozing Roma charm! - The location was perfect for our overnight in Rome! The piazza had everything we needed: Pizza, Wine,Fine Dining, Gelato, a bakery and a market! Close to Trevi and Pantheon. Definitely felt like we got a taste of Roma for our short stay. Host was great with communication and helped arrange an early morning airport transfer for us.

• Heather (10/5): A perfectly well equipped appartment with a fantastic central location within walking distance of all the major sightsee - Fantastic central location right next to the pantheon and within walking distance to all the sites no need to use any buses or taxis. Was wonderful to come back to in the afternoon throw open the windows and hear the violinist playing on the square. We were given a late check out and host was so accommodating and replied really quickly to any requests. Perfect stay will 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you Nothing !

• Kim (7/5): A sensational part of Rome - but with deficits too! - The location is fantastic with walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Rome ie 2.1 beautiful walking kilometers to the Vatican and St Peters Basilica. 200 meters to the Pantheon, 1.8 kilometers to the Spanish Steps and, in the other direction, to the Colosseum etc. and, to top it all off, fantastic little Roman streets and alleyways to pass by on the way to a location and endless really lovely food outlets and places to stop for a coffee or Aperol etc. The location was absolutely central to everything you could want to see in central Rome - but that turned out to be a big minus as well as a huge plus - read on. The photographs of the apartment are correct - but they are skillfully taken to suggest that the apartment is much larger than it actually is. The kitchen area really is tiny and the shower recess in the bathroom is also VERY small so that a larger person would not find it possible to move in the recess - or to wash very satisfactorily. In addition, we could not find any cleaning utensils for the bathroom and since we stayed for seven nights, we would like to have cleaned the shower recess, the basins and the toilet from time to time. The apartment lies on a very small piazza in a very busy part of the old city - therefore the garbage trucks, suppliers of groceries etc for the little shops in the vicinity can really only service the area at night - and service it they do - at ALL hours of the night and early morning. The garbage is collected every night and the noise is positively fearful, especially at 02:00 or 03:00 as was often the case. And just to add to the general cacophony, whilst we were on the second floor of the building, the ground floor apartment or little shop was being completely renovated and the workers began each day at 06:30 immediately below us and their view was clearly that since they could not sleep, no-one else was going to be allowed to either. I understand, in this lovely, old part of Rome, why it has to be like that - but it came as a sleep-deprived shock to us. In addition, because the area is so full of lovely little restaurants and bars, the night life continues until very late into the night and we were frequently disturbed at God-awful hours by revelers returning to their sleep whilst destroying any chance of ours. Again, I understand that this is the nature of the area and perhaps part of its allure but if you want to have long walking days seeing all that Rome has to offer, you will need more sleep that we were able to snatch - and it would have been helpful for us to have known that before we made our booking.

• Siri (10/5): Just what you would want on visiting Rome for the first time. A wonderful host. - Perfect location -- 2 minutes to the Pantheon. Host Lavinia was exceptional. She met me at the apartment and was kind and friendly. She speaks great English. She went above and beyond -- she noticed that the last guest had taken the hair dryer and she ran out and got me a new one immediately. Lavinia is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Everything was great! No complaints.
• Charlie (9/5): Superb - Really great stay at Lavinia's apartment in Rome. Located really centrally, and easy walking distance across the whole city, and a real hidden gem above a small piazza. The apartment itself was well stocked with appliances, water, and snacks, and the Lavinia was really helpful, meeting us at the apartment to pass on keys (despite a very late arrival due to a delayed flight), and promptly responding to any questions we may have. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Rome, and we will be back! Noisy outside, but this was not the control of the host!
• Ben (9/5): Perfect Location, great sized apartment. Would highly recommend to a solo or couple traveller - The location was incredible! So close to the Pantheon and a great base for getting around Rome or coming back to relax in the middle of the day. The Shower didn't drain properly so showers had to be cut short to about a minute so that it wouldn't overflow into the bathroom. That was probably the only main problem. Other than that, the apartment was perfect for my time in Rome. Would definitely stay again

The room is next to Pantheon which is very central and you are close to exactly everything walking distance. This apartment is so home-friendly you will wish it was yours. Fresh bathroom! Surprisingly quiet for being so central. I really recommend this apartment!

Host was quick to reply too! Definitely worth more than the price. No lift, but host helped us with our bags, she was super accommodating and nice!
• Zubaidah (10/5): Beautiful Apartment!! - WOW...what a great apartment! We were really fortunate to find this gem of an apartment. We had such a nice and super comfortable stay. It's beautiful, cosy, quiet, clean, great WiFi, fully equipped and the best part is, its just walking distance from the Pantheon and other shops. The host is such a lovely and kind lady too and is so thoughtful! We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends! All good!
