• JONGSEOB (10/5): - Since we were traveling from West to East, we chose this place as our first stay, and we were incredibly satisfied. After staying here, we spent three more days in the Central and Eastern regions, but the unique 'Western vibe' of this place was truly special. While you have to drive up winding mountain roads for quite a while to get here, the scenery along the way is absolutely breathtaking. Naturally, the view from the accommodation itself was equally stunning. The staff were all incredibly kind. Due to the unique character of the Dolomites, their hospitality had a different feel compared to what I experienced in Central and Southern Italy—more refined and distinct. We also had dinner at the accommodation; the dining space itself was stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious. I absolutely loved the subtle scent of cypress wood in the room. The view from the private balcony was stunning, and the spaciousness of the bedroom was another highlight that made our stay very comfortable. One minor point for improvement: there was a small error regarding our nationality on the paperwork. It was quite surprising to find that some staff members still confuse South and North Korea in a major tourist destination. While it was a minor detail, a bit more attention to this would have made our experience truly flawless.

• Nadine (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Tolles Hotel an wunderschöner Lage mit Blick auf die Dolomiten! Hervorragendes Frühstück und Abendessen, Halbpension ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Eine solche Auswahl am Salatbuffet habe ich noch nie gesehen! Der Pool ist wunderbar beheizt und auch die Whirlpools sind toll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Es wäre schön, wenn der Wellnessbereich und die Pools länger geöffnet wären.

Non c’è specificato sul sito il fatto che nella piscina esterna fossero presenti alcuni nudisti che han fatto la sauna precedentemente. “Forse” (perché non abbiamo capito) richiamati da una ragazza dello staff sono successivamente rientrati. Se quelle aree esterne non dovessero permettere ai nudisti di accedervi dovrebbe essere comunicato con opportuna cartellonistica. Non ci ha scandalizzato ecco, capiamo le usanze di altri paesi e le rispettiamo Però una comunicazione più incisiva o sul sito o in struttura potrebbe sempre aiutare

La cena include specialità della zona e, anche se le porzioni sono piccole, il buffet d'insalata e abbondante. Lo staff sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Un grazie di cuore a tutto il personale. L'acqua nella vasca idromassaggio interna/esterna era tiepida, infatti nessuno rimaneva dentro per più di 10 minuti perché dopo poco tempo iniziavi a sentire il freddo. LA COSA CHE CI HA DELUSO è stato che non ci hanno avvisati del fatto che la zona SPA e una zona per nudisti sono del parere che il cliente ha il diritto di decidere su una questione così intima. Vedere adulti nudi che non hanno avuto il minimo instinto di coprirsi le zone intime davanti a bambini di cca 6 anni che erano li di passaggio non e stata una cosa gradita (Parlo da mamma di una bambina di quella età)

The outside pool and jacuzzi were great, as was the food and the wonderful location that allows you to disconnect. We really enjoyed the free afternoon soup as well. Due to bad weather we didn't get to see the views that we came for, but amazing staff and food made up for it.

Die Außenanlage mit dem warmen Pool und den Jacuzzis und den Liegeplätzen mit Blick auf die Dolomiten...einzigartig! Der Hangblick vom Balkon des Zimmers auf die Kleintiere hat so etwas beruhigendes. Das Zimmer war gerade ausreichend groß. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre bei der Wärme angenehm gewesen.
• Sven-Christian (7/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt zum Wandern und Relaxen. - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Granpanorama Wellness Hotel Sambergerhof. Schon die Begrüßung durch Angelika war herzlich, und wir haben eine gute Einführung in die verschiedenen Bereiche des Hauses bekommen. Unser traditionelles Zimmer mit Holzmöbeln war gemütlich und sauber. Eine Modernisierung würde dem Haus zwar sicher noch mehr Glanz verleihen, aber auch so haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich reichhaltig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Am Nachmittag gibt es eine feine Kuchenauswahl, und beim Abendessen überzeugt das Wahlmenü mit abwechslungsreichen Gerichten – für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Auch die Getränkepreise sind sehr fair. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und lieb. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre, während der Essenszeiten etwas mehr Ruhe zu bewahren und das Eindecken fürs Frühstück nicht schon zu beginnen, wenn Gäste noch beim Abendessen sitzen. Solche Dinge lassen sich leicht optimieren und würden den insgesamt sehr guten Eindruck noch abrunden. Die Anlage selbst ist gepflegt, mit einem charmanten kleinen Streichelzoo direkt hinter dem Haus – ein schönes Extra, gerade für Familien. Der Wellnessbereich ist eher klein, bietet aber verschiedene Saunen und die Möglichkeit, selbst Aufgüsse zu machen. Der Bereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Dampfsauna bräuchte eine Erneuerung, und die Belüftung sollte verbessert werden. Der Ruheraum hingegen ist ein Highlight: Panoramablick, leise Musik und eine kleine Teebar laden wirklich zum Entspannen ein. Absolut empfehlenswert ist auch die Massage bei Roland – fachlich top und äußerst wohltuend. Fazit: Ein sehr schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage zum Wandern, sauber geführt und mit einem stimmigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Trotz kleiner Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Yunru (7/5): Good - The view is great, but not that easy to reach During my stay the pool was not opened, but there is nowhere mentioned during booking, it was the main reason for me to book this hotel, but it was very unfortunate. During dinner I was checking if we could sit at the area with windows where you can enjoy the mountain view and I saw free space (think people already finished dinning and left), but they refused me and said it is full. Really disappointed with that, it is such a long trip to arrive at the place, no pool as planned, not a nice place to sit and food is so so, it was not a nice memory of the celebration of birthday.

The food for breakfast and dinner is amazing. The food available too and has a fair price. They gave me all the information for the buses I needed to go visit other places. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to Chiusa and to the Alps in Villandro. The structure of the hotel is amazing!. I have just good things to say. I totally recomend the hotel!

• Alan (10/5): 5 star feel, panoramic views, spa facilities and amazing set menu dinner - We loved the fact the owner greated us on arrival personally, gave us good recommendations for our hike (saved us money on the chair lifts by going to quieter locations) We hadn’t realised how many spa facilities they had other than the pool and hot tub, which was a lovely touch after a long day hiking We loved the farm animals and the breakfast, and dinner was the most reasonably priced, yet amazing - a different menu each day which you get to see and pre order! They had all their awards listed dated back over ten years and this place you can tell has a lot of love put into it from the owners, and they want this to be a place that feels like a 5* hotel. It certainly exceeded all expectations We were so lucky to get a complimentary up graded to a room with a view and balcony - thank you!! We couldn’t fault anything!

• Spiccioli (10/5): amazing experience! - upon arrival we were greeted by the owner. very personable and goes beyond to make sure you are happy and always accommodating to you needs. the property is beautiful and the food, both dinner and breakfast were delicious! and the views from this hotel will blow you away!! I would definately highly recommend tgis place! absolutely nothing!
• David (10/5): Perfect stay with the best staff ever! - Fantastic experience. The staff made the difference. Smiles were genuine and were much appreciated. It is nice to visit a place where the staff is so exceptional. Room, food, location were more than one could ask for. Do yourself a favor a book a front facing room. Nothing.

• Sinisa (9/5): Amazing panorama view from the heated pool at 1500+m above sea level - Great breakfast, optional supper - 4 way course - for a reasonable price and excellent taste, different options offerred (vegan, gluten free). Stuff professional, helpful... Heated pool with amazing view. For us it was only a 2 night stay - but you should really take more to have a restful stay with or without hiking. We get up early thus missing any option for coffee before 7:30.

Very nice property overall, heated pool with a beautiful view, good quality breakfast. Only stayed one night but the quality of service provided made me want to come back.
• Vasco (10/5): Delightful alpine surprise - Surprisingly during check-in I was offered a drink and a room upgrade. I took the suggestion to dine at the hotel and we were delighted with the menu and the food. The view from the hotel at 1500 meters high is stupendous. I am grateful to all the staff especially the Brunner family for the fantastic hospitality and homemade jam. Nothing

• Johannes (10/5): Excellent for hiking and relaxing (after) - The hotel is in a great location for hiking, I actually hiked to it from where I was before. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner with a drink, and after a quick shower I went for a swim and a soak in the hot tub, all with a view of the Dolomites. Dinner was very good as well and there's a rich breakfast buffet in the morning. Hourly bus connections (ticket included) to the town(s) below round it out. Hard to say anything, blackout curtains in the rooms facing the parking lot might be appreciated; I didn't really mind much, but would've been nicer.
• Jeralyn (8/5): Unexoected lovely special hotel - Welcoming host, lots to do outdoors, beautiful views, excellent food. The roads were harrowing!
• Cristi (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is very nice and cozy. The hosts are wonderful persons, eager to help with information and anything to make your staying perfect. The food is great, recommend. The bar has a lot of options, nice coktails and great wines. From the hotel terrace you will have a breathtaking view of the mountains. A wonderful place!
