- Iuri-Vasile (8/5): Pozitie buna, acecesibila, multumiti ca am avut loc de parcare rezervat, supermarketuri in apropiere - Am primit toate indicatiile de la proprietar si a fost usor sa preluam cheile. Din punctul nostru de vedere, a fost ok. Poate la bucatarie ar mai fi nevoie de ceva dotari.

Удобное паркоместо прямо у входа в подъезд. В холодильнике почему-то капала вода. Но потом перестала. Хозяин про это не знал и был готов на утро прийти и исправить.

- Ana (2/5): Nu recomand! Foarte murdar - Parcare fix in fata blocului. Cel mai murdar apartament in care am stat vreodata. Nu a fost curatat absolut deloc inainte de a ajunge noi. Era mizerie peste tot pe jos, masa plina de firmituri si urme de la pahare. Canapeaua era rupta si “aranjata” doar de forma. Cum te lasai pe ea, cadea partea din spate. De asemenea era patata si murdara. Lenjeriile murdare, pline de fire de par, prosoape murdare si la fel cu par pe ele. Oribil. Nicidecum “de lux”. Am stat in apartament cu 2 dormitoare. Extrem de dezamagitor. Am anuntat proprietarul si a trimis o colega sa faca curat cat timp eram cazati acolo, a ajuns rapid si a sesizat si doamna ca in acel apartament nu se mai facuse curatenie de mult timp. Nu recomand sub nicio forma. Am venit cu un bebe si nu se putea sa stam in mizerie acolo.

Takže idealni pro všechny, kdo nechtějí bydlet v rušnem centru, ale zaroveň nechtejí složitě cestovat. Jrdina drobnost je ze na ubytovani je malo nadobi, respektive malo příborů

- Lauren (1/5): - The property advertised that it had an airport shuttle which is why I reserved it. It does not. Also, I requested an early checking which was also not accommodated and no refund was given for the stay.
- Ewelina (5/5): It was okay - Good neigbourhood and location, near to metro and kaufland, quiet place. There was a big balcony and a separate bedroom. It was overall ok. Good internet. Not all lights worked. No table to sit and work comfortably by. Smelly toilet but probably the faulty buidling and its hidraulic systems.

- B Králová (10/5): - It was clean, and was very fun and fast check-in. This place has anything and it is super comfortable. It's a pitty that the balcony can't be used. It was visible that nobody cleaned it for a long time and the owner was a bit unpleasant when I asked about more info about the address.

The whole area feels safe and secure. The apartment needs to be freshened. A full cleaning of the apartment is a must do. The vent in the bathroom wasn't cleaned for ages and in the living room spider nests were in the corners. No hangers for towels in the bathroom, all were broken.

- Pavel (8/5): I was satisfied overall, but next time I’d consider a different option. - Was the perfect location for me. I couldn’t open the curtains because it’s the first floor and people keep walking by the window non-stop — with the curtains open, it feels like being in an aquarium.
- Ventsislava (7/5): Very Good, but definitely not luxury - It is a nice location and new, clean and modern building. Overall clean apartment. There is no actual reserved parking spot. The beds (bed and sofa) are quite uncomfortable and the sheets are tiny, not suitable for two people on one bed. There was only one blanket and while it is warm already - I wanted to have it anyway. There aren’t any shampoo, soap…. The fridge and the microwave smell a bit.
- Gabriela (9/5): Nice apartment — definitely worth the price - The easy check-in process and the clean apartment were both much appreciated. Being on the ground floor, the apartment is easily visible from the outside — worth noting if privacy is a concern.
