Omi (6/5): - 広くて楽々でき良かったです。お風呂場に水が溜まり　最初お掃除し忘れかと思って自分で軽く掃除しました。掃除機をかけたら　すごく臭かったです。床に爪のような物落ちてた為掃除機使いました。お部屋がタバコ臭？タバコ嫌いなので少し嫌でした。
Ai (9/5): オシャレな部屋でゆっくり過ごせた - 事前に解除方法を数回連絡をくれた新しく、家具も統一感がありスタイリッシュでオシャレなお部屋アメニティもオシャレ線路のすぐ近くだけど、寝室が地下のため、騒音はあまり気にならなかった明大前が近くで便利玄関ドアが引っかかり開閉しにくかった

Millard (1/5): The worst arrival - I booked a room more than a month earlier. Then, they changed the location just before I arrived. I needed the exact location because of my personal business. They asked me if I accepted the alternative room. I had no choice. The room was ok but I needed to change the whole my schedule. It was painful. Also they gave me the wrong PIN number for the entrance. I called the number they gave me but no one answered. I was exhausted from the long flight but couldn’t get inside the room. It was raining. I couldn’t even go out to look around. It was horrible. I understand that the room owner’s most concern is making a good profit. However if the business directly affects people’s lives, they should have better sincerity for the customer service.
GAI (6/5): フラストレーションにはならない程度の細かいことが気になっただけなので普通に楽しめた - パッと見の綺麗さ寝室の充実感アメニティ寝具やソファ風呂トイレ冷蔵庫、歩いてすぐにミニスーパーやコンビニがあり設備が充分に用意されている 101号室に泊まったので他の造りは分からないが、建物自体の入口にに清掃されていないゴミが散らばっていた米粒など床の清掃不足１階のベッド横が道路に面してる為カーテンを開けられない地下はゴミ箱が突っかかり冷凍庫が開けにくい１階のWiFiのPassのみ伝えられるが、地下には届いておらず電波環境が悪い（TVのWiFiを接続することで解消される）風呂場の排水が詰まっているので風呂床に水が溜まったり異臭を放っているなど、基本気にならない程度の細かい事象が積み重なり過ごしずらさを感じさせていた建物や内装は納得だが、正直総合すると値段には見合わない

David (5/5): Noisy and uncooperative manager. - The accommodation is well equipped. It is close to our daughter's accommodation that we came to visit. The noise with the proximity of the trains (the railway line passes literally 2 meters from the apartment) which is on the ground floor. This nuisance is not sufficiently explained in the description. The apartment is built in the basement so without windows (except in the small entrance) It is very expensive compared to these constraints. The owner or manager is not at all cooperative: when I left, I forgot my adapter on a socket and I was refused to come the next day to check and collect it. I even had a request to pay 3300 yen to have the right to come and check. It is shameful.
