• Marion (5/5): - Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Kotor. Wir waren im ersten Moment mehr als schockiert. Neben dem Haus steht eine große abbruchreife Fabrik, das Haus selber sieht leider auch nicht schön aus. Von innen war aber alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht wird leider von dem hässlichen Nebengebäude beeinträchtigt.

Super boulangerie avant l'entrée dans Muo Trace humidité dans la chambre Difficulté à trouver l'entrée Souci pour faire un paiement vu RIB hors UE ça m'a stressé le matin du départ. J'espère qu'elle continuera a proposer PayPal bien plus simple et sécurisé

Kendi otoparkı var. Binanın önünden Denize girilebilir ve Kotor şehri izlenebilir. Mükemmel manzara. Eski şehre yürüyerek gidilebilir.

• Silvia (10/5): Apartamento acogedor, tranquilo y cerca de la ciudad - Está situado a 20 minutos caminado del centro histórico de Kotor, es perfecto si vienes en coche ya que puedes aparcar en la puerta y caminar. La zona es muy tranquila y puedes bañarte en un muelle que hay enfrente de la casa. También hay supermercado, panadería y farmacia muy cerca. El apartamento está muy limpio y es muy acogedor. Merece mucho la pena. Nada, todo perfecto.

Parking available in front of the building. Lovely view from the kitchen. The bay is in front of you and you can reach Kotor in 25 min on foot. Nothing.
• Mónica (6/5): - Tem um local perto para ir à água. Por fora parece um edifício abandonado. Tem muitas pessoas à volta que fazem barulho. Não é um bom lugar se se procura descanso. As portas têm bicho da madeira que fazem barulho todo o tempo. Valor-qualidade, não compensa.
• Stefan (10/5): - Apartment has an amazing view. Its located literally few meters away from the sea. Apartment itself was clean, comfortable, tidy and spacious. We had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was very well equiped for longer stay. Owner was responsive, communicative and friendly. We got all the information we needed. Also, nearby you have a small store where you could buy things such as milk, drinks, snacks, water etc. And worth mentioning that the apartment is approximately 20-30 minutes away from Kotor old town by walk and scenery on the way is beautiful.

• Samuel (10/5): Living the slow life on the bay - Stunning location, close enough to the old town via a beautiful 15 minute coastal walk on which you can enjoy spectacular views of the bay. Similarly, you are literally right on the water - it's about 20 feet from the window. The flat is kitted out with everything you could need for a comfortable stay and is in a lovely little quiet neighbourbood. If you're lucky, you can watch the MSC cruise ship sail past right before your eyes. The owner is very easy to contact and she cares a great deal about attention to detail and the happiness of her guests. I would love to come back some day! Thank you for a wonderful stay. ❤️

• Muhammet (9/5): A pleasant vacation - Its proximity to the city center was enough for us. The biggest advantage was that there was no parking problem. The owner was very helpful, met our needs and answered all our questions. The house was as described, clean and useful. Maybe we can say that our only problem is the insufficient heating of the air conditioner. Since we stayed in winter time, I do not think this problem will be experienced in summer. We would also like to thank our next door neighbor for his smiling face.
• Ivana (8/5): Very good - I had a pleasant stay at Pontica Apartment. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the bed was a bit less comfortable than I expected, which slightly impacted my rest. Despite that, the overall experience was positive, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was less comfortable than I had hoped, as the boards creaked loudly with every movement, making it difficult to settle in and enjoy a restful night's sleep. This was a bit of a drawback during an otherwise pleasant stay.

The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, ironing board, hair dryer and other things needed for your stay. Importantly there is a parking space next to the apartment, which is a great bonus in Kotor. Nikoleta was very informative with the check-in information, which made the process smooth.

We only stayed for one night on a day trip from Dubrovinik but we want to go back to explore Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor more calmly. The nearby kittens are adorable!
