• Maria (8/5): Carino e centrale - Struttura carina, pulita e ordinata. Situata in posizione centralissima: davvero a due passi sia dalla stazione sia dal centro. Molto comodo, se si ha in mente di fare il giro delle Cinque Terre in treno! Sottolineo che non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. Tuttavia, la struttura consiste in un appartamento che è stato diviso in un paio di stanze+bagno privato. La macchinetta del caffè è in condivisione. Inoltre, il palazzo è un po’ datato e privo di ascensore. Quindi, forse il prezzo era leggermente elevato per la tipologia di struttura.

• Maria Del Mar (10/5): Perfecta - La ubicación era perfecta si tienes pensado ver Cinque Terre y coger el tren. El tener que subir cuatro pisos sin ascensor es un poco pesado pero por lo demás todo era perfecto.

• Krzysztof (10/5): - Bardzo przyjemny apartament. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Balkonik ładny, aczkolwiek ulica bardzo głośna.

• Anna (5/5): - Близько до станції . Доїхати до міст Чінкве-Тере дуже зручно. 4 поверх без ліфту, круті сходи, також були дуже голосні сусіди, які вночі не давали спати. Також не було заміни рушників чи білизни, в ванній не вистачало якогось рушника чи швабри для підлоги. Прибирань теж не було. Не було сміттєвих пакетів .

• Dr. (9/5): Superb accomodation close to La Spezia Centrale - The apartment was neat and clean. It was also quite spacious. Very conveniently located close to La Spezia Centrale. There are several restaurants and souvenir shops in close vicinity. The landlady was helpful and replied promptly to our queries. There is no lift. So be prepared for some heavy lifting to the 5th floor if you have heavy luggage. Although not a problem, we did not get the balcony displayed on the images. It belonged to the other apartment in the property.

• Tomer (1/5): DONT GO THERE - Nothing Scary location. Couldn’t find the “hotel”. The host didn’t answer nor our calls neither booking messages. We were afraid the get out of the car. We came all the way from Tuscany for this piece of ****. We continue to cinque terre. Paid the night for nothing.

• Frances (9/5): Very good - Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the train station. Was a good location for going off and exploring the other towns in cinque Terri. Hot water doesn’t last for very long.

It had a small refrigerator which was nice to have for keeping water cold. Room was clean and comfortable! No elevator and the unit was on the 4th floor. If I knew that before I booked I would have looked for another location. But we managed by limiting our trips in and out of the apartment.

• Camila (5/5): I can’t rate this room as is not the one we got - The staff was nice and fast responsive, kind and helped us to find parking for free. It’s also well located with many restaurants, bars and buses to take if you wanna go to the beach or other places. It is in a 4th floor with a lot of stairs with no elevator. The room is in a 2 rooms apartment, unfortunately we didn’t get the one in the picture and got the one with the inside sad balcony which felt unsafe in the night as the apartment with the window view infront of us was stalking constantly and we had to close everything. The room is missing some love and simple aesthetic decoration, also missing hangers for towels. It was not clean enough as the room was smelling like cigarettes. It has potential to get improved. Overall is ok to stay one night maybe, but not great price value relation.

• Marek (10/5): Great base for 5terre exploration - Spotless clean apartment with nice balcony in strategic location few steps from city center and train station. You hardly find better place for starting your exploration off Qinque Terre! Great communication with the host. It's higher floor, but don't be worry, they help you to carry your luggage up. 5* service. I have forgotten my wallet in the drawer, mi mistake, unpleasant situation... however, the owner was so nice that he shipped it to me without asking any compression! Just great people!
• Rowena (6/5): Pleasant - Located near train station and city centre, clean, quite spacious room with AC. Unit is on the 5th floor with lots of stairs (no elevator); traffic noise can be heard inside the room; shower and toilet very tight space; no kettle or microwave.
• Vita (8/5): Very good - The check-in was quick and convenient. Excellent localization: within walking distance from the port and from the pedestrian streets. One of the reasons why I chose this particular apartment is the presence of a balcony overlooking the street. I was disappointed because we got an apartment with a small balcony without flowers, overlooking the courtyard-well.
• Maaike (8/5): We had a lovely stay! - Magico Soggiorno is in a very good location and has a nice balcony. The hosts were very helpful, they helped carry the bags up and down. Also, they were very flexible with check-in and check-out! The shower area is a bit on the small side
