• Ross (9/5): Recommend - Extremely spacious and comfortable. Many air-conditioners so never too hot. Easy parking out front. Very quiet. Highly recommend Not the greatest location. Needed the car to eat out and see things but still ok. Just a minor criticism so dont be put off.

I think there is a water linkage in the ceiling of the living-room toilet. Also when I read a luxury apartment, my expectations was very high.

We checked in around 2am and the host made sure we got all instructions and arrived safely. Good communication and caring ; the host made sure we can get what we need - as we came from non-Arabic country, we panicked about the difficulty in communication. Muscat is such a lovely place we would love to visit again in the near future. so far so good 👍👍

• Steve (9/5): A perfect spot for a short stay for our family of 6 - highly recommended! - We had a great one-night stay with our family at this home. It was just as described, and actually felt bigger than the photos. It has everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay. The host was very accommodating with our very late arrival from the airport and still communicated with us at 1am! Check-in, check-out and payment was very easy. The place was very clean and also easy to find. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that was a bit confusing was figuring out how to turn on the hot water tanks. Also, the AC remote in the master bathroom was a bit fussy, but nothing too serious.

Definitely good value for money. Free parking in front of the building. The mattresses weren't so comfortable. The kitchen is so big but there's no dishwasher. Would be also nice to have more bigger knifes for bread and so on. Just when you are staying longer and will cook to have more equipment.

• Gamal (9/5): Amazing place for families - The landlord was extremely helpful and kind. The place is amazing enough for 7 adults easily and you have your own entrance and parking. There are restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. Close to airport and would be ideal if you have car. The place is quite warm and welcoming. It has a collection of books and decorated with ornaments. There are 2 levels of stairs to take, so the place is not appropriate for old people and people with disabilities.

Further, the location is very convenient as restaurants and groceries are nearby. Clean. Comfortable. Name it. Will definitely book here again when we return to Oman in winter. Nothing to say.
• Steven (6/5): Overall it was a nice place with 2 bumps in the system to iron out! Really can be a top notch location!! - The furnishings were nice. It was large and welcoming. Comfortable with a few hiccups. It would have been 100% top notch but for two details. A/C not being on before we arrived so the flat would have been cooler. A couple did not cool very well and took me some time to adjust. Not a huge issue as eventually the placed cooled down nicely. Then the cockroaches. It was hard to get comfortable with the little guys running on the couch next to you while watching TV and meandering across the floor while you were in the bathroom. After setting clothes on the dresser in the bedroom about 10 minutes past and a roach came crawling across them. I think I saw more the first night than my entire 5 months in the Middle East. I’m not sure if this is typical just due to heat and climate but it was hard to get super comfortable in the apartment because of the roaches.

The property was cleaned, towels stocked, toiletries refilled, tea/coffee facilities provided. The owner even made sure about minor details such as making sure drinking water bottles were provided, because the guests probably wouldn't have made such arrangements at the time of check-in. Several pairs of slippers were provided for use inside the rooms. Qiblah directions marked, with several prayer mats also provided. Rooms were neat and clean, with the beds neatly made-up. Had all facilities including ironing facilities, hair dryer etc. Overall I really appreciate that the owner went to great lengths to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Very good service. May Allaah bless them! Just as a suggestion, the owner could include some minor snacks in the pantry. Additional towels in the bathroom would be welcome. And slippers to use inside the bathrooms would also be great.

• Mary (9/5): Short and sweet - has everything we need. - There is a shower for each room. This is perfect when travelling with a group so you don't have to rush in the morning. There are ample beds for everyone. The property's description of the number of bedrooms and beds is accurate which is the thing we appreciated the most. It's not a dislike but the kitchen has some weird smell. We're anyway staying for just one night so we didn't need to use it, hence, we just closed the door of the kitchen. Also, the location specified on the Booking.com app is not correct. The host had to send us another location link to reach the place.
