• Michael Kloetzli (9/5): Super Preis-Leistung an wunderschöner Lage im Herzen der historischen Altstadt. - Das Zimmer war an bester Lage, mit einem Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Frühstück war angemessen, frisch und es wurde serviert (kein Buffet). Kaffee gab es auch im "Refill". Wenn man sich im Restaurant verpflegte,, wurde ein Rabatt eingeräumt. nichts.

But good value for the cost and we only needed 1 night. They kindly stored our luggage in checkout for a few hours. Hard bed. Thin towels.

Staff were all very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs was great. Breakfast was good too. Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable. Aside from that, the hotel would have been perfect!

The breakfast was downstairs in the adjoining restaurant and was very good. It was more than we could eat. The staff was not very friendly. They seemed put off having to get us into our room. They were gruff on the phone when we were asking where to park. The room was on the second floor with no elevator. The parking was at least a half a kilometer away from the hotel.

No es lógico que una habitación no tenga ningún tipo de cortina que evite que entre el sol por la mañana. Los colchones son tremendamente blandos. Teniendo en cuenta el precio, como comentan otras muchas reseñas, deberían actualizar los colchones. Habitación no estaba muy limpia. Toallas mala calidad.

Colazione scadente solo dolce, acqua e caffetteria. Chiediamo dei succhi di frutta quasi scocciati nel darcelo. Chiediamo un toast ma non è possibile averlo. pulizia cosi cosi, troviamo un blister di pastiglie vuote fuori dalla finestra del bagno, tende sporche con macchie non ben definibili, prese elettriche rotte. Ma il bello arriva ora: Maleducatissimo e degno di essere menzionato uno dei camerieri che rifiuta di dare una cannuccia a mia figlia di 3 anni. Abbiamo preso un aperitivo presso il loro bar. Per mia figlia ordiniamo un the al limone che viene servito senza cannuccia, la cameriera (molto gentile) offre a mia figlia una cannuccia colorata ma il cameriere le fa notare che non può dare quel tipo di cannuccia perché serve per altre preparazioni…. Ma state scherzando vero? Su 22€ per una birra, un cocktail analcolico e un the freddo fate storie per una cannuccia di cartone colorato? Avete la gran fortuna di stare su una posizione perfetta ma mi auguro vivamente che prima o poi la ruota giri…

Breakfast was ok, a buffet would have been better as we didn’t eat all and felt like we were wasting it (hopefully it was used as we never touched). Internet was a little hit and miss. Shower gel came in little sachets which didn’t have much in. Not economically viable. Just put a shower gel container in the shower which can be filled up much easier and cheaper

• Sara Bri (10/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso - In pieno centro storico è in una posizione perfetta per visitare San Marino, vicinissimo a tutti i luoghi di interesse. La vista dalla nostra stanza favolosa (eravamo al secondo piano). Parcheggio a soli 10 minuti a piedi e hotel organizzatissimo per gestione e pagamento di esso. Personale gentilissimo, colazione abbondante e davvero buona.

• Pasquale (1/5): - Colazione sufficiente Struttura pessima, mi hanno dato una stanza al secondo piano senza ascensore con luce che si staccano dopo 10 secondi, mentre mi facevo la doccia non arrivava più acqua calda, mi sono lamentato con il personale nemmeno lui sapeva il motivo, il proprietario mi offre il caffè a me e mia moglie e quando vado a pagare il conto mi trovo i due caffè da pagare, non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Еще завтрак до меня странный - кофе, круассан и сладости. Хоть маслица к круассану добавьте или йогурт) было бы совсем хорошо

Consigliatissimo solo un consiglio, un bollitore in camera.

• IV (9/5): Tolles Hotel in top Lage - Tolles Hotel in top Lage mit Restaurant. Absolut empfehlenswert! Fußläufig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar, man ist im historischen Stadtkern und ganz nah zum Cable Car. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Einzig das Frühstücksbuffett hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können..
