• thomas (9/5): Un. Havre de paix à Hampi - La chambre est absolument parfaite : grande luxueuse avec tous les équipements dont on rêve pour se reposer après une belle journée de visite à Hampi. Le lieu est très au calme avec des manguiers géants dans le jardin. L’accueil, le côté chaleureux, le sourire et les petites attentions au quotidien du propriétaire ont rendu notre séjour parfait

• Jimena (10/5): Increíble estadia en Hampi - El lugar es muy comodo y está muy bien ubicado. El entorno natural es bellísimo. Estaba todo súper limpio. En la habitación funcionaba todo y es muy amplia la habitación y el baño también. La presión de agua en la ducha y la temperatura del agua también. Lo más destacable de todo es el equipo de personas que llevan adelante el alojamiento, se nota el amor por lo que hacen. Siempre pendientes de nuestro bienestar. Muy amigables. Todos se esforzaron por hacernos sentir comodos. Seguimos viaje sabiendo que los vamos a extrañar a todos: Abhinaya, Hulihaj, Mari, Sunifa y Kalavathi. Las dos últimas las cocineras que hacen magia con sus manos. La comida del restaurante que se encuentra allí es excelente. También allí mismo coordinamos con un conductor de Rikshaw, Raja, que fue nuestra salvación y la mejor forma de conocer Hampi y sus alrededores. Nos llevó a todos lados, nos esperaba pacientemente, nos explicó cosas de la cultura y las ruinas y siempre con una sonrisa. Una estadía maravillosa. Volveremos a Hampi y ese será nuestro hogar, porque así se sentía, como estar en casa. También nos cuidaron nuestros bolsos después de la hora del check out. Absolutamente todo fue maravilloso!
• Antonia (10/5): - The Saanvi Farmhouse is run by a very nice crew which is really trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was very clean and well maintained. The location is very good, it's even in walking distance (2km) to Hampi. We did a one day tour with the driver Raju, who was showing us all the temple ruins on the south side and gave some interesting information about it as well. Right next to the complex is a restaurant with many well priced Indian food options and some continental options as well. We had all our breakfasts and dinners over there. We would highly recommend staying at Saanvi Farmhouse :)

The location is perfect for people who want to live a little close to nature and away from the typical chaos of a touristy town. The property is also very close to most of the ancient monuments. Starting from our station pickup to arranging all the site seeing, Mr. Huliraj, who is in charge, was very proactive and helpful in arranging everything. The property is yet to start their restaurant operations so, he even made sure we got simple breakfast and dinner prepared at the property, as we preferred to have some homely food. We had a wonderful stay and visit again.

Rooms were specious & were sufficient for three people that we were staying (me, wife & daughter). There was some issue with electrical supply but it was beyond the control of the property owner. We got good hot water for bath. Tea/coffee cattle was not there in the room but the owner - Huli Raj - & team was prompt to offer tea, coffee & breakfast upon the order. Huliraj is an enthusiastic person who is hardworking & passionate about providing the service to the guests. He also arranged an auto for us for local site seeing and auto driver - Anji - was very decent guy who supported us thro out our stay in Hampi. He also supported with all the necessary information about what to see in & around Hampi. We were always comfortable when we roamed around in his auto around Hampi. He also recommended us good restaurants to have our food. There was nothing that we did not like.
• Andre (9/5): Perfect stay in Saanvi Farmhouse - I stayed a few nights in Saanvi Farmhouse. The location is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. Indian breakfast is served in your terrace. And the owner Huli and his staff are very hospitable; they will do everything to make your stay comfortable. And the restaurant of the owner, nearby the farmhouse, has a large variety of delicious dishes.

• Emma (10/5): We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful location - We are so happy we chose Saanvi Farmhouse. Everything was wonderful. The room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The location is great- so peaceful set amongst banana plantations, palm trees and the Hampi boulders. The veranda was a lovely place to sit after a day site seeing and watch all the birds and the monkeys. We also loved that the local village (with a great restaurant) is only a 10 minute walk away. It is also possible to walk to some of the temples and Hampi village (we did every morning, it takes about 20 /25 minutes and is a scenic walk). The owner, Huli, is so friendly and helpful, anything you need he is happy to help and is always ready with a smile. We stayed for three days but wish we had stayed for a lot longer. Nothing

• Martine (10/5): Excellent place , close to Hampi…highly recommended ! - Without any doubts the most pleasant place in which we stayed (6 nights) during our five weeks trip in Karnataka. The owner is absolutely friendly and cares for his customers. We stayed in a brand new building (marble everywhere !) in which everything works perfectly : hot & cold water, shower, wifi…. Mattresses are of the highest quality. Absolutely no noise. The building is located in a very nice garden. We remind to the future guests that - for a very reasonable price - you can get upon request Breakfast, lunch & dinner…homemade ! None

He picked us up from Hospet station and organised for our bike rentals. He has been helpful throughout and very thoughtful during our stay. The food next door is a must have- a very homely atmosphere and also the food was delicious! He also dropped us off to the station and waited for us while we ate dinner. Would 100% recommend for service, cleanliness of rooms, proximity to Hampi historical sites.

• Manasi (9/5): Superb - It’s a good place to stay in Hampi. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic and close to the Virupaksh temple. The owner and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Mr. Hulli Raj organized pick-up from the station and organized sightseeing based on my preferences 😊. As we are only female travelers, I felt very safe there. I highly recommend this place. In house, restaurant is missing. (But you will get delicious breakfast)

The owner Huli came to collect me from the station and he arranged everything I required for my stay. Home made dosas were absolutely out of this world. My only issue was that I could not stay any longer. I am hoping to visit Hampi again in the future and I will of course return to this very special place. Thank you to the owner and the staff for such generous hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.
• Mandar (10/5): Saanvi Farm Stay - Exceptionally good @ Hampi, Karnataka.. - There is absolutely nothing, that we didn't like. It was an exceptionally good stay in Hampi.. The Owner Hulliraj as well as the staff makes you feel very welcomed and take care of every request personally. The room is extremely clean, with good authentic south indian food they offer.

Reason being, place is super hygienic,near and clean. Owner-Huli Raj is a good human being and a down to earth person, he helped us throughout the trip. Food is delicious (we have almost eaten all the dishes😅 during the stay)!! Last but not the least stay was very close to all the tourist location.

The family contributes to the effort to provide home cooked meals if you like (traditional South Indian fare) we loved the location, large clean rooms and quiet of the property. Definitely recommend for stay. We would love to return! The outdoor verandah could be better lit in the evening.
• Bharg (9/5): A wonderful stay with a exceptional host - The host Huliraj was exceptional. Did not charge for early check-in and late check-out. Most understanding and honourable gentleman. We were pleasantly surprised with such great hospitality. The staff working at the farmhouse were all humble, polite and helpful. The variety in the breakfast menu could be improved, though the food was fairly tasty and the quantity was also sufficient. It could be provided earlier as we always eat by 7.30 a.m. and we had to wait for quite long for the breakfast to arrive.
• Ales (9/5): Clean and above local standards (from European point of view) - This review reflects a European point of view based on 3 night stay experience and our previous travel experiences across India. I had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation in Hampi. The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious, featuring one king-size bed and a single bed—perfect for couples, smaller families, or groups. Everything in the room felt new. Although there was no TV, we didn’t miss it at all, as the peaceful environment and our full schedule kept us fully engaged. The A/C functioned well, ensuring a comfortable indoor temperature. We just had to ask how to activate it, as the main switch was located outside the room. One night, a thunderstorm caused an almost all night power outage, but this was beyond the owner’s control. I mention this only to suggest that future guests bring an extra light source or a power bank, just in case. The location was ideal—tucked slightly off the main road, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere with a banana plantation nearby. The terrace was providing a pleasant space to relax in the mornings and evenings. It was thoughtfully covered, shielding us from the sun, occasional rain, and (possibly) curious monkeys. You can also park a car in front of the building. The bathroom was large, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A kettle was also provided in the room—if it’s not there upon arrival, the host will gladly provide one on request. Although breakfast wasn’t included during our stay, the owner mentioned that he is planning to offer it in the future, so it’s worth inquiring beforehand. The owner and his family are truly dedicated to providing a high-standard experience, going beyond the usual standards in the area. Their hard work was evident throughout our stay, from the cleanliness to the warm, helpful service.

If you're looking for a peaceful stay, away from the City hustle. This is the best option in Hampi. Coming to cleanliness- 5/5 Spacious room and washroom This place is very near to all tourist destinations. Host will help you to arrange Auto for whole day at reasonable price @1800/- Coming to Parking: 4 wheeler parking available (Open Parking inside premises). No restaurant at the farmhouse but you can contact the host to order food from the Menu card available inside the room and within 20 minutes, it will be delivered at your doorstep. Food quality: Tasty and delicious (Both North & South options available) Last Internet speed: Superfast internet. I have stayed at 4 star/5 star hotels they also have issues with speed but here you can work and take office calls easily. Lastly, if I'm coming to hampi again. I'm gonna stay here. !!

• Mandeep (10/5): Hampi's hidden gem - This is a hidden gem of a stay in Hampi. It is very near (around 1km) to the main group of monuments like Narsimha temple, Krishna Temple, Hemakuta hills etc. All the facilities mentioned are as displayed on the site. The host, Huli Raj is very communicative and provides help in all manners, such as getting us picked from Bus stand, arranging the rental scooter etc. The wifi provided is also great which was a pleasant surprise as you are essentially staying in a farm area near the main road.

• Buddhadev (9/5): Excellent stay in clean and hygienic environment. - The room and bathroom were huge with ultra modern fittings. Good AC, hot water, etc. Surroundings are peaceful. Near to main attractions. The owner, Mr Hulliraj is extremely well behaved and helpful. He also takes care of site seeing requirements. As there is no restaurant inside, it is a little difficult to meet sudden food requirements as the nearest restaurant is a km away. But Mr Hulliraj arranges food from his own restaurant. Tea is available anytime.

• Santanu (8/5): Great Homestay! Big New Rooms & Bathroom! Nice Hospitality - The behaviour of the property owner Huli Raj and the other caretaker was very cordial. They tried to help in every possible manner. Whatever were the shortcomings the property being brand new were simply compensated by the way they treated us throughout our stay. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We in fact extended one more night there. The property is located very near to the ancient monuments of Hampi. Very neat and clean, big room and bathroom. They even arranged tea- coffee/ dinner from a restaurant nearby at a very reasonable charge. Being new to the area, on reaching there, I initially felt a bit uncomfortable with the location of the homestay as there were no other houses around, and the homestay of 2 Rooms was just beside the naked boulders hillock and the last 20 metres approach road was unmetalled; however, all my concerns were gone as I started staying there. There were no safety issues as such, and the proprietor being so helpful by all means. Don't expect a self cooking kitchen with the rooms. The team arranges tea/ coffee, dinner on request from a nearby restaurant.
