• Guest (1/5): KEIN influencer und Stars Hotel - Alles Schein! - Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber ästhetisch eingerichtet. Erstmal findet man es kaum. Empfang ist ein praktisch leerer und staubiger Raum mit einem Pult - keine wirkliche Hotelreception. Der Empfang nicht sehr herzlich und es ging eigentlich nur darum, was das Hotel will (Hausregeln unterschreiben, bezahlen, Kaution…) Und jetzt mal zum schlimmsten Punkt: Ich bin da hergefahren aufgrund zahlreicher Influencer und Sängerinnen, die für dieses Hotel geworben haben. Hübsche Videos und Fotos gemacht haben. ABER dieses „hübsche“ Anlage ist in Realität viel kleiner als es auf den Bildern wirkt und vor allem in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Der Pool könnte schön sein, aber dass dieser nicht hygienisch ist, konnte man sehen. Das allerbeste war der Strandabteil. Es war zum schämen. Das „schönste Strandhotel“ hatte einen praktisch nicht existierenden Strandabteil. Billige Liegen, zum Teil versiffte Liegen alles wieder schmuddelig und ohne Liebe. Daneben waren coole Beach-Clubs! Es war einfach nur peinlich; noch davon abgesehen dass die uns zugewiesenen Liegen natürlich schon besetzt waren. Niemand war da der dies betreut oder sich verantwortlich fühlt. Wir haben auf das hin entschieden zu gehen, nicht mal die Nacht da zu bleiben. Ich hatte zum Glück nur eine Nacht gebucht, weil ich herausfinden wollte, ob es tatsächlich dieser Geheimtipp der Influencer ist oder die negativen Kommentare tatsächlich stimmen. Und ja Leute alles Negative stimmt. Stars scheinen es hier so nötig zu haben, dass sie für eine Gratisnacht alles schön reden. Ich konnte keine wirklich gepflegte, schöne Ecke finden und gehe so ohne Fotos weiter in wirklich schöne Locations :) Wir haben unsere Meinung dem Hotel mitgeteilt, natürlich waren wir wieder Schuld, da wir ja zu früh angereist wären - einfach nur schwach. Dies erklärt nicht eine durchschnittliche Anlage, die als kleines Luxusdomizil beworben wird und dementsprechend mehr kostet. Geld haben wir nichts zurückerhalten - haben wir aber von dieser Art von Führung auch nicht erwartet.

• Ghida (1/5): Let it be your last resort!!!! - Nothing, absolutely nothing was worth the stay in this so called hotel. Everything!!! I had previously read the reviews before booking it but nothing really stood out. But please take this very seriously: there is no AC in the room, whoever genius designed the room made the AC controlled by sensor which means after 40min if there is no movement in the room it turns off. You know what that means in July with 40 degrees heat wave- it doesn't work when youre asleep. It was a constant hot box and they refused to refund us even though we told them this wasn't mentioned anywhere. The pool is a joke, right on the streets and disgusting and no room service so u cant get a bucket of ice beyond 9pm

Our recent stay did not meet expectations. While we reserved a room with a sea view, the view was obstructed by the restaurant tables. Furthermore, several amenities were either missing or non-functional. Finally, the hotel's exchange rate resulted in a higher-than-expected final bill.

Do not recommend. - I liked the room (although we had to ask for toiletries since there was nothing inside the room), location and view from the room. 1. Staff is not attentive at all, bad service, bad communication, messing up orders ext. 2. At the restaurant the waiter gave us a printed sheet with hand written prices as “a menu”. Also the food was below average for this place and the standard they claim to have. 3. The breakfast is A JOKE. They literally had nothing edible at the buffet, and you could only order eggs with 3-4 pieces of vegetables, and the lowest of quality of products overall. Regarding the price they have, the standard of the hotel, and considering it was fully booked during the weekend I don’t see how i can justify the bad service and overall bad experience here.

Kishim rezervuar dy dhoma me pamje nga deti, por na dhanë vetëm njërën dhe zonja në recepsion u tregua jo e sjellshme, duke na thënë se çmimi që kishim paguar ne booking ishte “shumë i lirë” dhe nuk kishte me dhome me pamje nga deti. Mëngjesi ishte i varfër dhe nuk justifikonte çmimin.

Service was not great but was friendly - maybe because it is the end of season... Strange 'silly' rules list in bedroom! Awful coffee at breakfast and nice coffee chargeable, strange when there is a coffee machine supplied in the room.

• Mimoza (8/5): I was good but it could be better - The room was modern and very beautiful. The cleaning lades were very kind and their room cleaning were perfect. The breakfast didn’t have many choices and it was cheap for the money we paid, and the breakfast were the same everyday. For the luxury hotel it is known and the money we paid the sun beds were cheapest thing you can get, very uncomfortable.

• Mariah (7/5): Beautiful hotel and rooms - The hotel was beautiful especially our room. The hotel restaurant food was good too especially the pizza and dessert. I also liked that we were near the beach and had reserved cabanas. The hotel had so many rules such as no eating in the rooms and the receptionist could have been more warm and friendly. However, we did appreciate that she let us check out early in the morning. This location is far from the main city center but we did enjoy being close to the beach.

• Sarah (7/5): Nice with a couple of quirks to iron out - There was one girl on reception who was amazing. She really went out of her way to help us. The hotel rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. It was nice being right on the beach front. The restaurant was very expensive and many of the staff didn't seem to know what was going on... mostly looking confused. That put us off a bit. We had breakfast included and ordered two cappuccinos, later finding out that they were not part of breakfast and we owed €6 for them. I've not been to a hotel breakfast charging extra for coffee, so felt a bit harsh. Plus we weren't informed we were going to be charged for them when we ordered. The location means you need a taxi to Dhermi (walk would be about an hour, and up hill) but there's a few nice little places by the hotel so you don't have to leave.

• Ben (10/5): Amazing experience - Everything, we came to celebrate our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of wine. The room was more then we expected it was very big and had a modern design, the view to the beach is amazing and there was a very big balcony, the shower was sapcius. The staff was very helpful and polite from the beginning and all the time. The restaurant is good and the service is very good. The drymades beach is right in front of the hotel and the beds are included, not to mention the beach itself is beautiful. We will definitely come back. Nothing.

• Hayley (8/5): Very good - This property is in a nice location right over the road from the beach, they also have the loungers on the beach to use. The rooms are spacious and clean. When checking in there was a list of ‘rules’ as such, this included fines, such as towels being left on the floor was a €20 fine. This was deductible from the €50 cash deposit they request at check in. This didn’t seem the norm across Albanian hotels and I’ve never had it at others across the world. Upon check out they did a check of your room to ensure none of the ‘rules’ were broken before returning the cash deposit.

• Dennis (9/5): Almost perfect - Everything is really nice, the room was very clean and the location together with the private beach is really nice When you check in you are first asked to sign a contract stating that if you break anything you have to pay for it. Additionall, you need to leave a 50€ deposit. This really doesn’t make you feel welcomed or trusted at all. If you get a ground floor room you don’t really have a lot of privacy since everybody can look directly at your balcony and, if your curtains are open, in your room

The room was really nice and very clean. Breakfast was ok, but was charged for coffees which seemed a bit much when spending over $100 a night. The reception area doesn't do justice to the rest of the hotel and could do with a refresh. Pool bar wasnt open which was shame. Service in restaurant wasn't good. The staff weren't rude, but quality was poor. They were all just standing around on their phones during service, and at one point put a TV on to watch football.

The food at the restaurant was very good quality. The staff was very friendly and overall customer service was exceptional. Nothing. I was very happy with my stay.

It was only one floor so not a deal breaker.

• Nicole (3/5): Very disappointing, I left a night early. - I couldn’t get anyone to pay attention to me at the restaurant. The included breakfast was bad, the hot items were cold. There was no service on the beach. My “ocean” view was of a partially constructed building and a sliver of ocean. This place was really expensive compared to others in Dhermi and it was just not nice. It’s also in an area with lots of construction so the areas around smelled like sewage and made the area dirty.

• Gent (6/5): Not worth the money, unless no other choices are available. - The style, or at least most of it. Staff is nice, but needs lots of further training. Location is great for Google Maps. Breakfast was good enough. You ask for an iron, they tell you they only have three and guests have not returned them, like I am paying for justifications. The pools did not look very clean. Surrounding area looks like a war zone. Sinks in the beautiful bathroom were too small and too low. Wardrobe too small for long dresses. Noisy guests. Too pricey for what's offered overall.

• Naida (9/5): wonderfully modern, spacious and comfortable beach holiday hotel! we had a beautiful sea view that was just breathtaking - the hotel’s beautifully decorated and very spacious it wasn’t about the property but more about the location and the stray dogs .. in the balkan countries there’s a huge lack of infrastructure when it comes to garbage disposal, protection of the environment and animal welfare .. this area wasn’t bad at all and all of the restaurants feed the stray dogs and cats so it’s nice to see.. small thing that we did see is one of the cleaning staff drinking her coke and when she was done she threw it off the balcony onto an adjacent field .. and when we looked down it wasn’t the first coke can, water bottle she’s thrown over the balcony ..

• Francesco (4/5): Super overpriced!! - The room was nice The hotel was super overpriced, one area of the Hotel close to our room was not used/completed and dirty, the breakfast was at very low level and we had pay extra even for a cappuccino (3€ each). The pool did not have any sunbeds and the beach umbrella we received was broken. The room was nice but not very well cleaned and the amenities were not working properly: for example the bathroom was leaking water when flushed, the shower was leaking water in the room when used. The hotel also used their own exchange rate (not allowing us to pay the exact amount on booking) and when paying this resulted in approximately 5% more of the price. Absolutely not worth the money paid, so don't be fooled by the pictures and videos on booking or Instagram. This is far away from a 4 start hotel!

• Ana (4/5): No value for money - The hotel is brand new and the furnishings are very stylish. The room is spacious and clean. The best accommodation in the area compared to the rest. The hotel, as a building, is beautiful. The staff was "all the time" in the hotel, that means the same people were there for everything (reception, breakfast, lunch, dinners...). No one supervising or teaching the staff, lack of professionalism and customer orientation (not questioning the attitude of some of the staff). During one of the breakfasts, 2 waiters argued in front of the guests and the owner, who happened to be present, just asked them to lower their voices. An embarrassing situation, really. The quality of the breakfast was terrible in terms of quality and variety of the product. The communal bathrooms were not clean at any time. The pool area had no sun loungers at all, it was all tables and chairs. The pool bar was closed and was continually being sent from one area to another, depending on the time of day.

• Izabela (10/5): Great stay in Albanian Rivera paradise, need a little more development to make it more accesible. - Awesome location, modern rooms, clean and fantastic view from balcony! Breakfast buffet abundant of local delicacies. Access to Beach straight across from hotel. Cristal clear water in the sea! Breakfast coffee in thermos was terrible, you had to spend additional 5 euro for espresso and cappuccino ordered at bar. Also water bottle was given only on first day to room and had to buy more in market. I saw a strain dogs coming to property pool drinking water from it in early morning. The access road was dirty of construction dust from next door property. Consider also a dose of adrenaline on the roads serpentines in mountains leading to the hotel, theres accident everyday, and our taxi had to get breaks repair after the ride.

• Lucy (7/5): could be great, needs fine tuning - design of rooms and bar/restaurant area looked beautiful good location on Drymades beach free sunbeds free parking it felt very much like opening season, didn’t really feel like the staff had quite yet nailed it. could do with looking at things from a customer viewpoint eg. nowhere to hang towels, no bin in the room, dirt behind the doors in the restaurant bathrooms (obviously had been cleaned but only with the doors open) no loungers by the pool (why?) or pool or beach bar not much of note in the area yet in terms of restaurants
• Gabriel (1/5): Disappointing - Beach just across the street. Not good value for money. Very much expensive to what it offers. The hotel looks unfinished, looks like it’s constantly in renovation. To sit on the tables by the pool, you need to consume something in the bar. For foreigners: be careful with exchange rates that the hotel will charge you when you pay for the stay. You’ll end up paying more than when you reserved in the app.
