• SIJIE (10/5): Strongly recommend. Perfect location and nice interior - Best bnb in our whole Croatia & Slovenia & Hungary trip. Nice interior it feels so cozy and clean!!!! Perfect location to old town. And it provides a parking space! Ivana family is so nice to us, send us blankets as it’s getting cold at night. Would always recommend this place to all my friends!!! Nothing. Everything is so perfect. My parents says it’s a highlight of our trip.

Pysäköintipaikka oli talon takana. Joka huoneessa oma ilmastointi, joten makuuhuoneetkin pysyivät viileänä kesähelteellä. Pesukone oli käytännöllinen lisä. Erittäin mukavat, sopivan kovat sängyt.

• Desiree (10/5): Great location and amazing ac! - The air conditioners in both bedrooms and living room worked great. You don’t see that much where every bedroom has an air conditioner. They had coffee/tea and milk and juice; also had some basics in bathroom. That was much appreciated. Location is great. Parking was right out back in a small lot. You were given a key and you could go in and out w car if u want. Washer was much appreciated. I would highly recommend. Very clean. Thank u! Not the prettiest building but once you enter the apartment , it’s so nice!

• Anthony (10/5): Very well equipped, comfortable apartment in a great location. - We had such a great stay in this clean, well equipped renovated apartment. The included amenities such as the kitchen and laundry make it suitable for an extended stay or quick visit. There are lots of thoughtful touches to make it feel comfortable and homely. The location is excellent and it’s just a short stroll to the old town. There is also a great coffee shop and wine bar downstairs. Ivana was a great host and I definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Split.

Spacious rooms and OMG the bathroom is deluxe....love all the shelf space for 4 adult toilet bags! Communication excellent - very friendly and accommodating Beds & pillows extremely comfortable - on the firmer side which is our preference Washing machine and clothes airer very handy!👌 It was all perfect.... out of.the 5 we've stayed in Europe so far, it was the best!!

Host was excellent with everything. Very clean thoughfull arrangements shower, kitchen, dinning area, closets, beds are comfy,I just loved it. being an old bulding, it does not have lifts, otherwise it was immaculate. I have no complains

• Alan (10/5): Beautiful Apartment. - Beautiful modern spotless apartment with everything you require for a short or long stay (we stayed 7 nights but could have stayed much longer) right in the heart of Split. A 5 minute walk takes you to the main area for restaurants, bars and everything else including The Riva. The apartment is spacious with two large comfy beds and plenty of wardrobes and drawers. The kitchen has everything you require. Our host IVANA was so nice and accommodating. We arrived very late on a Saturday night but that wasn't an issue, Ivana was there to greet us. Parking is an issue in Split with spaces hard to find. The apartment has Private parking which believe me is a big bonus. If we return to Split we will not hesitate to get in touch with Ivana and ask "can we stay at your lovely apartment again please ". Nothing !!
