The services at the hotel were amazing, the large selection of restaurants and bars available. The smoking smell in my room but it was not evident in other rooms.

Happy (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in Silverstar Hotel, truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. - The highlight of our stay was the comfort of the bed (the best in all hotels we've been to), the clean white linen, beautiful and homely room. we had a good rest for sure. for this reason, we are sure to book again whenever we need to have a good break away from the busy cities. Breakfast could be better with more options for people that don't eat meat, e.g. add fish as alternative. Pls also have fruits available. I was not happy when I asked for muffins and was told there aren't any, they had chocolate flavour left, and I prefer carrot, bran or vanilla.
Eric (8/5): Good - It’s convenient, has restaurants, room was quiet. The whole property needs a deep clean, rooms included. Maintenance needs to be done to fix and repair things so when you check into your room the locks and latches are not broken, and then when you are moved rooms the telephone is not destroyed by the previous guest(which why someone would destroy the phone is ridiculous). From a food prospective, the complementary breakfast is good, but would encourage cleanliness of the food area, utensils not being on the food but on a plate next to the food for each. Be sure to wash all produce thoroughly with sanitary hands. The team who works on the property is fantastic, friendly, attentive, keep up the great work.

It was much appreciated. The shower, unfortunately, had a slight leak onto the bathroom floor. Regardless of the direction, the water from the shower or the handheld shower head still caused a slight leak.

Melissa (5/5): Breakfast was good,staff friendly,spa was exceptional but the maintenance of the property needs a serious revamp. - The reception staff were friendly,the room was clean.The spa facilities onsite are amazing and the staff at the spa are kind and courteous. I was booked into room 101,which is right next to the lift area and the reception.The entire night the staff were entering and exiting the staff/management room next to the reception area,the door makes a huge loud banging sound when opened or closed.I didn’t sleep the entire night as that door was opened over a 100 times with staff entering and exiting.It was extremely distracting and sounded like someone was in my room banging the door constantly.I can’t believe that such an establishment has no proper maintenance in place for the door so as to not interrupt guests.The toilet as well in my room when flushed made a constant leaking sound and the shower drain was lose and I could move it with my foot.I did complain to the staff and they made a plan the next day to move me to another room but I was extremely upset to pay so much money and have my sleep interrupted by a noisy door.They really need to up their game and make sure that they maintain the property if they want guests to visit the hotel.This was very disappointing as it was my first time staying at this hotel and I don’t think I will be back.

Nyakallo (1/5): Zero - The manager was so disrespectful, I booked in the evening only to be told that the place is full booked, I tried to assess the options with someone who was so professional but he escalated the matter to the manager. The lady was so disrespectful as if I was asking for a free accommodation. I had to drive at midnight for alternative. Silverstar the manager is so rude and disrespectful, she was bullying us “clients” I really want to escalate this if nothing is happening, I want face to face apology! I hope this will happen sooner! Change your manager

Поэтому оценки только позитивные. рядом есть большой ТЦ. было бы здорово организовать шатл до ТЦ и обратно хотя бы несколько раз в день для гостей без собственного авто, так как гулять в ЮАР пешком очень небезопасно.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, and I felt completely safe throughout my visit. The room was impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. The spa experience was a definite highlight. I spent three blissful hours there and left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. I would gladly return. Nothing much, except they don’t keep an iron in the room. Better carry your own.

The staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) were extremely helpful and friendly throughout. The hotel is in a security complex featuring a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. There was nothing to dislike.
