• Li M (9/5): Good value for price point + location - Check in was self service. Communication was through Whatsapp, which was prompt and instructions were easy to follow. The apartment is well situated in a cute neighborhood and parking is provided (otherwise parking can be difficult in the area). Wifi worked well for casual browsing. It served as a good base to visit sights and cafes and bakeries were close by and the main area was ~25 mins away from walking. We received a different unit than the one pictured. It was clean enough, but it could've used a deeper clean.

Anche se non era come in foto non era male. Buono il posto per la moto in garage comune ma privato. Il bagno era abbastanza sporco e il lavandino della cucina perdeva quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere un contenitore sotto per raccogliere l’acqua se decidevamo di usarlo. Le tende alle finestre non chiudevano quindi entrava la luce non c’era molta privacy

• Elena Ozerova (5/5): looks attractive in photos, but it clearly needs some basic fixes and improvements. - The apartment has a convenient location, not far from the city center, and features a nice, modern renovation. However, it lacks basic kitchen essentials: there was only one small, dull knife, and the frying pan was in poor condition. There was also a strong unpleasant smell from under the sink, so I had to keep trash in bags outside the bin, and there were no spare bags provided. I also had to buy a dishwashing sponge myself. There were issues with the plumbing: the kitchen faucet sprayed water in all directions regardless of pressure, making it unusable, and the shower head was cracked and also sprayed water everywhere. Sleeping was uncomfortable due to synthetic bedding, which caused static and made my skin feel dry. I had a much better experience staying in another apartment in the same building, which was surprisingly cheaper.

The floor in the room was poorly washed and garbage everywhere. The blue bedspread on the bed is very dirty. Holes in the walls. Electrical outlets that move around are probably not very safe. The water tap was moving.. The photos were beautiful, but the reality was really disappointing. The mattress on the bed is lying down and uncomfortable. When we turned on the air conditioning, something started to fall out of it, small pebbles or something. The elevator in the corridor is broken, it doesn't go to the third floor or to Zero. We had to walk downstairs and go up again to the 4th floor. Dishes in the kitchen counter dirty. We expected more for the money

• William (10/5): Perfect apartment! - Beautiful one bed apartment for extremely cheap, had all of the amenities you need, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Balcony is a plus too! Bed comfortable, and towels clean.

• Krste (7/5): Okay stay would have been better if we actually stayed in the location we booked instead. - The apartment was okay, location not bad. The host sent us to another apartment located around half a kilometer away https://maps.app.goo.gl/ySvT5T5rGudbwkiK9 with no explanation. That apartment was okay but nowhere as nice looking as the photos of this one.
• Gijs (8/5): Perfect value for money with some small things/tips to improve the stay in teh future. - Location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was available. We had to get used to the beds, mattrass is good, pillows are harder than usual. We improvised a bit with the curtain so light did not came in that much in the morning. The information provided by the host was on point and made the check in easy. Good value for money! Pillows maybe softer, the curtain longer so light does not com in at mornings if you dont want to. Showerhead holder is not working properly.
• Timo (6/5): Little disappointing but still comfortable stay near the city center. - The location was very good, just a few bus stops away from the center which is also walkable however in around 25 mins. Check in was super easy and the renter was very responsive. Furniture is very new! When I arrived I could not completely close the window and the AC could either work at 30°C or switched off which was a little bad combination with the window. Renter replied very quickly but was not able to resolve either problem within my 4 night stay. Cleanliness could also be worked on including the bathroom.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing visit. The location is perfect—close to the city center, yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Nothing major, but having some water/tea/coffee available in the kitchen as a welcome touch would have been nice.

The bathroom is very clean and modern and they provide with dryer and also clothes iron :) The yellow blanket was unfortunately not very clean. There were stains all over the blanket and also we noticed spider webs at the corner of the wall :/

In this state I woul - The apartment is nicely furnished, it is relatively close to the centre and the check in went smoothly. We were really dissapointed with the tidiness of the apartment. When we entered, the first thing we saw were dirty footsteps all around the place. The shower is moldy, in the bathroom the floor was sticky, the toilet was leaking on the side and it had pretty intensive pee smell, I mopped up twice, but it came back. It is pure luck that we only booked for one night. Also as non-smokers the smell of cigarette smoke was kind of disturbing, but it is quite common to smoke inside in Balkan countries, so we accepted that. I let the host know about our experience in the morning, he has apologized and told me he didn’t have the opportunity to check on the work done by the cleaner. He offered some compensation, but by the time he replied we had already left the city.

• Andriy (7/5): Good - Good view and value. Fast communication with staff. Property was dirty and absolutely not prepared for our stay. We need to wait around 1-2 hours before it’s cleaned. But owner made very good discount so we hope it will be good in future!
