• Tom (10/5): Everything was amazing from our stay the location and all in between - It was a perfect apartment, had everything that we needed and more, we have been to kas many times but this apartment was by far the best, a real home away from home, was very clean and comfortable, had all the amenities for living there provided. we stayed in apartment 1, the view was beautiful. The location was perfect. The man at the property, called Selo was very helpful, kind and friendly, went above and beyond for all our needs, good man. Nothing, everything was perfect and would stay again.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional apartment in Kas - This is an exceptional apartment that is spacious and has a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea. Is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Staff at hotel across the road on hand for assistance if needed 24/7 and were so helpful and friendly. Really an amazingly comfortable place to stay in Kas, very highly recommend. Nothing not to like!

Апартаменты поразили идеальной чистотой, убрано везде, вплоть до пространства под кухонным гарнитуром. Сантехника и отделка выполнены качественно, видно заботливое отношение к деталям. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, буквально всё, что может понадобиться. Два балкона — один в спальне, другой на кухне, открывают прекрасный вид на море и порт, хотя об этом скромно не упомянуто в описании. Всегда предоставляется парковка, что в Каше является огромным плюсом. Хозяин исключительно доброжелателен и готов оказать любую необходимую помощь.
• Karen (10/5): Great Apartment with On-Site manager - We stayed in this apartment for 5 days and would have loved to stay longer! The apartment looked even better than the pictures, was very comfortable and quiet and in a wonderfully central location. We loved going to the beach club across the street and swam there every day. We were greeted by Selo at Hotel Sonne who showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and answered our many questions and gave great restaurant recommendations. It was so nice to have someone on site to help with anything we needed! We chose to eat breakfast every day at Hotel Sonne because they were just outstanding - different things every day on the huge buffet. I highly recommend this apartment!

• Svetlana (10/5): - Хорошие апартаменты в хорошей локации в Каше. Квартира очень чистая, новая мебель и техника, есть всё, что нужно для приготовления пищи. Были в наличие необходимые средства для уборки и стирки, мытья посуды. Наша квартира была с двумя балконами, на одном стол, за которым удобно завтракать и ужинать, с видом на гору. На втором удобное кресло, посидеть с книгой и кофе очень приятно. Спальня с хорошей кроватью и удобным матрасом. Постельное белье, одеяла, полотенца все новое. Рядом с домом есть места для парковки, мы без проблем ежедневно могли поставить свою машину. Замечательный хозяин всегда проявит внимание, расскажет о доступных возможностях. Вот это уважение к своим гостям, а не просто желание получить деньги. Прекрасная терраса в его же отеле напротив, куда нас пригласили на завтрак в день выезда. Вид на город и море изумительный. Это место превзошло мои ожидания, я с нетерпением жду новой встречи. Беспокоит только одно - чтобы сохранилась доступная стоимость и тогда мы обязательно вернёмся! Мои личные ощущения - подушки. Хотелось более плотные. Окна и балкон выходят на небольшую улицу, но транспорт идет активно. При закрытых окнах ночью не слышно.
• Elena (10/5): Все отлично! - Внимательный персонал, всегда на связи, в апартаментах с видом на горы очень чисто, свежо, уютно по домашнему, мебель и принадлежности ИКЕА, укомплектовано абсолютно всем необходимым в максимальном количестве, в том числе средствами для мытья, уборки, стирки. Заменить полотенца и бельё можно в любое время. Море, магазины, кафе всё рядом. Спасибо за отличный отдых! Нет сейфа в апартаментах, но решили проблему с хранением ценностей в отдельной ячейке на ресепшене.

Местоположение очень удобное, близко и к центру, и к пляжам. Очень гостеприимный хозяин! Все объяснил, показал, всегда был на связи и помогал :) Не было такого

• Leanne (10/5): Amazing Apartment - Great location, extremely clean apartment with everything you need for a long stay. Excellent air conditioning in lounge and bedroom. I found I didn’t need the bedroom air conditioning on as the ceiling fan was perfect. Best of all was Selo the host who goes out of his way to help you with anything you need.

The appliances and kitchenware were new, and the beds were comfortable. There was a huge balcony where we had breakfast with a view of the mountains. Mr. Selo was extremely kind and attentive, and the breakfasts were tasty. It was hard to say goodbye to this little piece of paradise. Thank you!!!!!

• Robert (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was immaculate, and the most well-equipped accommodation we've ever stayed in. It's really spacious, comfortable and modern. Balcony had sliding glass windows which were pushed open for good weather but would be useful to be able to close in wind or rain. Location is great - a short few minutes walk up a slope from the central square. Our apartment had a sea view, which we weren't expecting. Great apartment - photos didn't do it justice. Manager was so helpful - nothing too much trouble, and was keen for feedback of what could have been improved. I couldn't complain about anything in this apartment.

• Polly (10/5): Exceptional - On the outside the building looked just like any other old apartment buildings in Kas. However, we were really surprised to find a brand new renovated apartment waiting for us. The apartment is immaculate and exceptionally equipped, which truly gave us a home away from home feeling during our 1 week stay and felt reluctant to leave. Excellent location max 5 minutes walk to Kas town square and Migros or Carrefour. Also, we didn't have any problems finding a parking spot on the street very close by during our stay, but this could change during peak season. If you prefer not make breakfast, Hotel Sonne, its sister hotel across the street, offers a delicious buffet breakfast (for a small charge) on the roof with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Many thanks to the owner Mr. Selu for the very warm hospitality. Nothing.
• Deborah (10/5): Comfortable, modern apartment in an ideal location with great communication from the owner. - The apartment is on the first floor, so only one flight of stairs. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from the centre and minutes away from the sea. The apartment has been newly renovated, so everything worked really well – the shower was great, the bed comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. The Wi-Fi was good. There is a TV but I didn’t use it. It was quite chilly the week I stayed, so I used the Aircon unit as a heater a couple of times, and it worked really well. Selo, who owns the hotel and the apartment and lives downstairs, was extremely helpful and very friendly. There is an enclosed balcony, with big windows that open onto a partial view of the sea – there is a tall building right in front, but you can see the sea on either side. So it wouldn’t be possible to sunbathe on the balcony in the summer, but was perfect for my purposes. There are lots of beach clubs and beaches very close, so no shortage of places to relax ion a sun lounger.
