• Salvatore Vincenzo (1/5): Pessima esperienza, statene alla larga! - Nulla Accoglienza pessima, appartamento sporco, assenza di riscaldamento, e con tutto che era prevista la struttura di fonti di calore (condizionatore) la proprietaria di casa si rifiutava la concessione del telecomando per poterli accendere, facendoci stare al freddo tutta la notte.

• Matteo (10/5): Étonnant et splendide - Nous avons passé un **excellent séjour** dans cette maison d’hôtes ! L’appartement est **spacieux, propre, très bien équipé** et vraiment **magnifique**, avec une vue superbe sur la nature depuis la fenêtre. L’endroit est **très bien situé**, parfait pour se reposer et profiter du paysage. Il y avait **légèrement un peu de bruit** le matin dans la chambre, mais rien de gênant : ce sont les **oiseaux**, donc ça reste très agréable et en lien avec l’environnement naturel. Le **petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et à un prix très raisonnable**, tout comme le logement en général, qui offre un excellent **rapport qualité/prix**. Et surtout, un **grand merci aux hôtes**, qui ont été **accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles** tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
• Elisa (10/5): Ci torneremo sicuramente - Struttura meravigliosa, con suite calde e accoglienti, le travi di legno rendono super caratteristico l’appartamento, il vero parquet da quel tocco in più. Il bagno, con piastrelle decorate, è lo specchio in stile antico son stati i miei dettagli preferiti. I letti da rivedere, in una struttura così perfetta inserirei (per quanto riguarda l’appartamento dove eravamo noi), un letto con almeno la testata, perché la notte muovendosi spesso ho picchiato la testa nel muro😂.

• Paola (6/5): Rispetto all'ottima impressione inziale, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più - La struttura è molto bella e gli spazi son ampi e ben arredati. La vista e la quiete erano molto apprezzabili. L'appartamento era ben riscaldato. Colazione assente, a parte alcune capsule per il caffè. Anche le bustine di zucchero erano appena sufficienti a soddisfare le esigenze di tre persone (e parlo solo della colazione). Sarebbe stato apprezzabile trovare qualcosa di benvenuto, come di solito abbiamo sempre trovato. La biancheria era intrisa di profumi eccessivamente dominanti, tanto da rendere difficoltoso il sonno. Il letto matrimoniale non era dotato di un piumone (o coperta, o trapunta, che dir si voglia) matrimoniale, ma di due piumoni singoli a sacco, che hanno reso ancor meno confortevole il sonno. L'abat-jour sul lato destro del letto matrimoniale non era funzionante. Le stoviglie (posate, in particolare) erano insufficienti, basti pensare a soli tre coltelli in dotazione. Non era disponibile un parcheggio per l'auto riservato. Pertanto in alcuni casi siamo stati costretti a parcheggiare più distante e in posizione più scomoda. E' stato necessario abbassare la valutazione in seguito alla risposta ricevuta che contiene l'accusa infondata di un presunto danno (inesistente) che avrebbe arrecato al divano il nostro cane. A questo punto, è utile aggiungere che siamo stati accolti dalla notizia che purtroppo l'asse del WC era stato rotto dall'inquilino precedente (a questo punto, chi ci crede?), per cui avremmo dovuto consentire ad un idraulico di accedere all'appartamento durante la nostra assenza. Cosa che poi non è avvenuta. Dopo le accuse del tutto inventate verso il nostro cane, ho idea che è un'abitudine accusare gli ospiti di danni inventati. Oltretutto, alla nostra partenza il bracciolo del divano era intatto, come lo avevamo trovato. Insiste. Falso: il giorno dopo ho chiamato e parlato con sua moglie, indicando la fascia oraria in cui saremmo stati assenti. Ma non avete fatto niente. Ripeto: per noi non era un problema (come detto fin da subito - unica cosa vera che riferite), ma alla luce di tutto, è doveroso puntualizzare.

Beautiful location, nice views, terraces...super comfy. Entry app is a bit of a pain. Every time you go in and out of gates and doors, you have to use an app. Could use better instructions. Bedside lamps would be nice, to read in bed..

We thought there may be more access to the garden & grounds than there was, based upon what the pictures had shown. It may have been helpful if photos could more clearly correspond as to which rooms have which views, access (if any?) to garden, common areas, etc

The owner was outstanding — very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. When we had a small issue opening the lock, she arrived within a minute to assist us. Her kindness and attention made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! none

• GMario (8/5): - L'appartamento è ospitato al secondo piano con ascensore di una casa colonica immersa nel verde alla periferia della città. Accesso smart attraverso un'applicazione e chiave della porta d'ingresso a codice. Si accede attraverso un corridoio a cui affacciano il bagno completo con doccia e lavatrice, una camera matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli, ognuna con armadio e climatizzate. Materasso molto comodo In fondo al corridoio si apre l'ampio soggiorno cucina, dotato di tavolo molto grande, divano e TV, la cucina è ben attrezzata, dispone anche di lavastoviglie e di macchinetta a cialde "Nespresso", anche questo locale dispone di climatizzatore. Terrazzo con arredamento da esterno e dondolo, ben illuminato. WiFi buono Nulla di che, avrei preferito un frigorifero un po' più capiente e la presenza di un forno a microonde ma sono piccole cose

• Dmitri (10/5): - Was a real great and cosy place for us. Very clean with a great rural view over the vineyards and toward the Apennine north mounts. Spacious with high ceilings and a big terrace to enjoy the evenings with a glass of champagne ( if applicable). Two supermarkets nearby. Reggio is about 10-15 m close. Alberto is a very kind and easy going person. The lift is present. No problem with a parking.It took me about one hour to Piacenza and less to Bologna. My strongest suggestions to stay only here! none
• Gerwin Wiersma (9/5): Doorreislocatie - Prachtig en heel ruim appartement, voorzien van een immens balkon. Prima bedden en slaapbank. Wij waren op doorreis, maar dit is ook een prima locatie om Emilia Reggio wat langer te verkennen. De gastheer was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tip van de host voor wie zin heeft in Italiaans ijs of huisgemaakte Tiramisu: een dorp verder zit ijssalon Mama mia. Een aanrader! We waren met zijn 5-en. Dan is een apart toilet wel handig. Hier zit het toilet in de badkamer.

Dotato anche di una terrazza con dondolo, tavolo e sedie. Nonostante la calura estiva siamo stati benissimo senza ricorrere ai condizionatori.

I received instructions where to park, namely in the street when the parking was full. The instructions did not say that the end of the street is private and that we cannot park there (there was no sign on the road either). We parked at the end of the street. When we wanted to leave the next morning, the neighbor of the owner blocked our car on purpose, started screaming and threatening us and put shit on our doors. All of this, without any assistance from the owner - he did not answer his phone. Because of this chaos, I was 1 day late with the payment. The owner texted me that it was my responsibility and threatened to call the police. Of course I would pay but I forgot because of the chaos of that morning. The owner was extremely rude via WhatsApp and I will never come again with such unfriendly and unhelpful owners.
• Eric (9/5): Superb - Modern, rustic, well equipped apartment. At the end of a no exit street, so was fairly secluded. Nice outlook. Traffic holdups morning and evening as it is close to feeder roads into Reggio. Day trips by car started and ended fairly slowly. Washing machine cost an extra 5 euros to use.

It was not walkable to town, but we knew that when we booked it so it really wasn’t a negative. The big dog barking and sticking his nose through the fence was a bit unnerving when trying to g to get into the apartment.

• Dave (10/5): Relaxing and beautiful - The apartment was beautiful and had a wonderful clean smell the perfect place to recharge before moving on. We struggled slightly to get into the property and then once upstairs the lights went off before entering and in unknown and hot place got slightly stressed but once in it was a lovely stay. The unlocking system was quite tense, lighting went off too soon before we found the property and we parked down the street as no on street parking but the whole beauty of the property outweighed this.

The staff were very quick to respond with any queries and proactive to solve any issues. On our first night we had issues with the online check in but the staff resolved it within 5 minutes.

• Amanda (6/5): Pleasant - Large space, responsive host. The pictures are misleading and so is the description. No front desk and the outside space does not look like the pictures. We had several problems with the unit, some of which were resolved by the host. You must have internet or you will not be able to enter. Although we stayed at the beginning of June and the daytime temps reached into the low 80s, the AC was “not yet set switched over” so it was very hot and we were not given the controls to even turn on the fans. Keeping the windows and doors opened (no screens) only ended in MANY mosquito bites that were not helped by the big plug-in repellent. The unit is at the top of three steep sets of winding stairs. No microwave. We would not recommend it.
