- Louise (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): Great house to enjoy a few days with a large family - The downstairs space was ideal for a large family.
Hot tub was a great success with the children and adults. Lovely flat garden. Large bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked Some of the paintwork needed updating…downstairs bedroom in particular. Mirror needed in downstairs en suite.
- Dee (9/5): Perfect for a family retreat and get together. - The location was perfect for our needs - access to Braunton, and the house was gorgeous. There were 9 of us and 2 dogs, so plpenty of space for us to all be together, or break off into smaller groups - including the hot tub. Also, very well equipped with plenty of crockery and cups. Lisa was exceptionally friendly and helpful - thank you!
- Tamsin (10/5): - The farmhouse was beautiful. The rooms were all really good sizes and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful answering any questions I had leading up to our stay.
There was a lovely touch of a real Christmas tree for our Christmas stay and we were also left a treat on our arrival.
Myself and my party could not have been happier with our stay. We would definitely recommend.

- Donna (10/5): Spacious - Our second family stay in the house it's fabulous.amd the area is beautiful. We tried to leave on time but got held up by my daughter breastfeeding her infant. We spent ages clearing up and it looked as good as anything iv cleaned up when I was a professional cleaner. However we had feedback announcing the property was not up to their liking so be advised to totally leave it as you find it !!!!
- Louise (10/5): An excellent property & would definitely return - Spacious, comfortable beds, great sized dining table, well equipped kitchen & the hot tub was amazing! This is a perfect property if you have young children, plenty of settees & an enclosed garden. The location, though not rural, is in easy driving distance to fabulous beaches. Nothing

- Walker (10/5): We had a really good trip for our mums 60th. Right on the edge of the beaches and - The garden and the hot tub were amazing. Lots to do outside of the house and the garden is nice and flat for the kids to play in.
- Lesleyanne (8/5): Very good - Spacious Hot tub stuck on sleep mode with a low temp
- Catherine (9/5): Great place for us all to stay in. - Great location with plenty to do in the area - could easily walk into town. Plenty of space for 7 adults and 4 children. Lovely little play area for the children in the garden and loved the hot tub. Lots of equipment and utensils etc in the kitchen and a large dining table to sit round. The only real negative was that we could have done with more bathrooms - often queuing got shower or toilet.
- Bobbi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -

- Darren (10/5): Property is ideal if you are either a group of friends or 2 or 3 families looking to stay in this part of country ! High - Bedrooms spacious! Just an excellent property for our trip to play golf at the local courses All good ! Would have to think really hard to find anything wrong !
- Julie (9/5): Brilliant family holiday for 10 people aged 2 to 81 - Shower in the ground floor bedroom difficult to use
Ability to regulate the cooker and turn off overhead light
Everything else was fine in the property
- Sara (10/5): Lovely stay at Poyers Farm - It was beautifully clean and had plenty of space for socialising as a family. Its location is more residential than the photos indicate.

- Amanda (10/5): 5 stars! - The cottage was warm and cosy and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.
The log fires were a super cosy extra in both the dinning room and lounge.
TV facilities were easy to connect up to with own accounts.
Pub over the road was perfect for food and portions were generous.
Highly recommend I liked everything.
Local shops were lovely, great beaches close by and easy access to Barnstaple which had an impressive selection of shops.
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Great house for a family gathering - Beautiful well equipped house. It had everything we needed, all the rooms were very comfy and spacious. The property manager James was very helpful and responsive. Not much!
- Matthew (10/5): Lovely stay - The space and house was beautiful. A little dated.
- Anthony (10/5): A wonderful break in ideal surroundings. - The farmhouse was ideally located for what we wanted to do. It was very spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with a great garden for the children to play in. The contact we had with Lisa was both professional and friendly. Would certainly look to stay there again. Nothing to report
- Tracey (8/5): A lovely old house in a good location with plenty of places to walk to, including pubs, cafes and the Tarka Trail. - A great house for our family group of 10 adults. Full of character and nice and spacious inside and out. Hot tub was a bonus and the snug/bedroom 6 was a handy extra space. The kitchen was well equipped for doing a large roast dinner. Really liked the large square dining table, window seats & sofa in the dining room - very communal. The lounge was a little small for our group size. Bath towels would have been nice.
- Chris (10/5): great weekend break and central so you can explore all the local coast - great character features. very warm and large enough for all of us. great to have hot tub also nothing
