• jasmine (10/5): Comfortable, clean and close to the old town, couldn't be better for travellers with a car. - Great property with lots of space. Clean and comfortable. Instructions were really simple, we got in no problem. It's perfect for travellers with a car, your couldn't be closer to the restriction zone. It's a short walk into the old town. Fridge space, kettle and microwave was so useful so we could have a bite to eat in the morning.

• Sin Yu (8/5): good location with parking provided - The host answered quickly and provided instant information especially when we were driving by car and couldn't find the reserved parking space and the property keys. The room is spacious with a dining table. The location is good, just around 10 - 15mins walk (downhill & uphill) to the old town. A bit difficult to park when arriving as need to get the property keys in front of the property first before we could unlock the iron chain of the reserved parking area, however, the road is very narrow which may not be able to park aside, it may take some time to handle.

• martine (7/5): - L emplacement du logement - à 10 mn à pieds du centre historique, proche du bus le parking, la taille de l appartement. Absence d informations concernant les aspects pratiques, mais aussi sur la manière de rejoindre la ville, le centre historique ...pour un séjour d une ou deux nuits le logement est suffisamment équipé mais au-delà cela devient insuffisant (pas de balai par exemple) Une seule chaise à disposition car la 2ème est en réparation ...et cela ne semble pas perturber la propriétaire : devant mon insistance à obtenir une 2ème chaise, elle me suggère d'en récupérer une dans le jardin en face du logement.

• Julianna (9/5): Tökéletes lett volna, ha nincs az alábbi két probléma. - Nem értem, hogy egy 2 személyes apartmanban, ami elég nagy és jól felszerelt konyhával rendelkezik, miért csak 1 db szék van. Elég furcsa elképzelés a szállás tulajdonosától... A törölközők valószínű nem megfelelően száradtak, de tiszták voltak.

• Tuuli (8/5): Just a short walk away from everywhere! - Private room in a less touristic area among the locals. Grocery shops, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Short walk to both to the old town and to the other side of town to the cruise ship harbor. The apartment was clean and everything worked as described. Good to know: These was a cute golden retriever "guarding the yard" off leash. She was lovely and playful, but if you are afraid of dogs this should be noted. We didn't mind her at all. The yard could be lit a bit better since it gets dark quite early in the evening. All in all a great place to stay.

• Gillian (9/5): Idéal pour visiter la vieille ville de Dubrovnik ! - Un hébergement confortable et fonctionnel, relativement proche de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik (environ 15 minutes de marche avec un peu de dénivelé). Une hôte très sympathique et à l'écoute. Une place de stationnement garantie, très appréciable à Dubrovnik.

• Cosmin (8/5): Un sejur foarte fain - Un apartament fain. Ce-i drept am gasit mai greu locatia, pentru ca trebuie sa intri intr-o curte, apoi prima la stanga sunt apartamentele respective. A fost curat, wi-fi bun, parcare foarte buna, locatie potrivita, comunicare perfecta cu proprietarul apartamentului. Ai cam tot ce îți trebuie pentru un sejur. Ne-am simtit bine si am putea reveni daca vom mai merge in Dubrovnik. As putea fi subiectiv pentru multe chestiuni mărunte. De exemplu: ușa de la baie scârțâia rău de tot. Era binevenită o rolă de prosoape de bucătărie din hârtie, mai bine un gel de duș și un șampon decât două de același fel. În fine, una peste alta a fost bine.

• Jeremy (6/5): Walkable to the walls, however beds were not comfortable, and walls are thin - Check-in was super easy, host was super responsive and instructions were clear. Apartment was walkable to the walls, about 15 minutes on foot, otherwise Uber would cost you about 10 EUR. Apartment was clean. Parking was just in front of the apartment, and this was very convenient. The biggest problem for us was the bed. The mattress and pillows were too soft, we didn't get any good rest. The walls are also abit thin, we got the ground floor apartment, and we could hear everything when the upstair neighbours were checking out early morning.
• Iván (6/5): Aceptable, pero demasiado caro - La habitación es amplia. Se encuentra cerca del centro, a pesar de que hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a él. La cama es cómoda. Es muy caro para lo que se ofrece, a pesar de tratarse de temporada alta. La limpieza de la habitación, y sobre todo del baño, es muy superficial. Además, las instalaciones necesitan actualización o una pequeña reforma.

• Fernando (1/5): - La ubicación. La cama era horrible, y las instalaciones no se ajustan al precio tan caro. En España es como un hostal malo. También se negaron a que dejáramos el coche en el parking el último día aunque estaba libre, y salir antes de las 10 de la mañana. Alegaron que entraban huéspedes pero no fue así.

• Kreni (9/5): Nice place in you visit dubrovnik - I liked location , also parking lot for the car was good, the room east to acess and clean. When we leave we was late in check out around 15min , they didn`t wait to take everything out they just run inside , I didn`t like the way they treat us in the end.
• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the location. It was about 10 to 15 mins to walk to the old town but in a quiet neighborhood with parking. Cute apartment with a grocery store across the road and a nearby laundry spot. Check in and check out were easy to do with lock box. Great shower and comfy bed.

Everything worked brilliantly, Wifi, Heater, etc. Response time immediate when we needed some assistance. Close to Tourist centre( less than 10 minutes walk) to see the sites. Couldnt have asked for a better abode for our Trip. Thanks so much Maria!

• Bernadett (10/5): Nice flat within walking distance of the city centre - - The flat is only 10-15 mins walk from the Walls of Dubrovnik. - There are shops, a bakery and a bus stop nearby. - Getting the keys is really flexible: the host gives you detailed instructions about how to get the keys from the key box. -
• Maureen (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal location, shop, bus stop, taxi rank and italian restaurant all within a minutes walk from the apartment. 10 min walk to old town and the no 8 bus drops you right outside the apartment if ur tired and don't want to walk up the steps, which are part of Dubrovnik. The communication with Maria was excellent, any query was answered immediately and she organised transport to and from the airport for us. Nothing, it was all super.
• Lamprini (7/5): Good - The location is good, it is a 10min walk to the Old town (coming back is uphill). Free parking space in front of the apartment is provided. The apartment is nicely furnished and comfortable and the commucation and instructions to enter were clear! High cleaning fee is charged on top of the price, however the apartment is not very clean. Many items are in bad shape, for example the curtain rails were loose, the bedside tables were unstable, the shower head was also loose etc.

• Marta (7/5): Good - The host is very friendly and answered the messages very fast. Decoration is modern and kitchen has everything we need. Location it's good and close to a bus stop and small supermarket. Would be nice to have bigger windows. There's a terrace in front of the door, in a common space, but the room is a bit dark. We should get and advice to switch on the water heater, because not everyone opens the drawers and read the book. Would be nice to get more indications to find the apartment before the arrival. To have the explanation inside the apartment is not really useful. Cleaning could be better, specially inside the drawers.

• Ciara (10/5): Exceptional - Overall this apartment is perfect to stay in. Very clean, comfortable, great location and very close to the old town. Prior to arrival the information shared in PDF format made it very easy to locate the apartment and key collection was also very easy. Many activities, bars, restaurants, excursions to keep you occupied. Finally, a lovely dog named Dixie lives next door and was a lovely friendly face to see every morning :) There are alot of steps to climb up to this apartment, so be aware of this before hand!
