- Ngwenya (2/5): - The area vonvenience No hot water the whole weekend. Their Geysers are only connected to a solar on the roof. Water is always cold. Has to boil water using an electric kettle to bath or should I say half bath. Not enough toilet papers are provided for the units. They only put 1(one). I Had to fight to get extra Toilet papers. Imagine a family of 5 people being provided with 1 toilet paper per unit. We had booked 2 units. Air-conditioning only blows cold air. No hot air. I really feel for those who are going to find themselves at the venue. No hot water in this weather....

The guest house is at the centre of everything... The restaurants, God's window, Gorge, and not far from the three rondavels and other activities. - Vadivelu (9/5): Perfect place for a stress free holiday. - The location was great quite close to many attractions, the room was really nice and we'll stocked. Very clean and comfy. The staff were so friendly and accommodating all in all a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend staying here when in the area you will not be disappointed. The only improvement would be for them to get better WiFi, due to the weather in the area the WiFi didn't work well. But other than that everything was wonderful.

- Phathisani (1/5): I didn’t enjoy my sleep due to noise - The property is clean and the host Thuso is friendly The curtains needs to be upgraded , at least buy blocking light curtains. Also the black and white room it’s not a good colour, please try to have pure white linen. I was not comfortable with black pillows, throws, carpets etc. Also the noise from other guests was unbearable. Please implement rules where people are not allowed to party and make that kid of noise with the property. I had to call the host every night to try to tell her guests to minimise noise.

They went out of their way to made our stay one for the books. Awesome Thank you. There were a little unpredictable issue with gyser that tripped, causing us not to have hot water, but, it could happen at any accommodations, so although we did'nt like it, we understood and worked around it.

I wholeheartedly recommend it at any given opportunity! My initial visit to Graskop was made exceptional by the guesthouse's prime location, which conveniently placed me near the tourist attractions on my itinerary. Furthermore, the owner's kindness in offering suggestions for additional places to visit greatly enriched our experience. It surpassed my expectations. While breakfast isn't provided, the availability of a kitchen for guests' use, along with the close proximity to local restaurants, offered convenient alternatives. However, offering breakfast options could enhance the overall guest experience even further.
