Gavin (5/5): Not what we expected. - Great location Booked this property during school holidays and was charged the relevant high price for this period, due to work i had to change the dates to a later date. The new dates were far cheaper ($700) for 4 nights yet apparently I wasn't entitled to a refund of the difference in prices. Parking situation is a joke. I had my small boat and two vehicles. Rules state all vehicles must be parked in garage yet there is barely enough room in garage to park 1 vehicle. Even with only the boat in the garage the way the property is laid out it completely blocked the only access inside the house. None of this was found out until our booking was confirmed. After squeezing our way into the property we found it to be filthy. Floors, benches and toilets were all dirty. Both wheely bins and all the inside bins were totally full which meant we had to stockpile our rubbish until the bins were emptied 36hrs later. Definitely not worth the price.
