• Mat (7/5): Correct place. - Nice welcome, excellent location. Sufficient space. It was ok. Room is dark, even during daytime, as it faces a small patio, and it is on the first floor. Bed sheets were old and too small for me. No fitted bed covers, so they move aside. The sofa is ok, not so clean. Payment in cash, which is always a bad surprise when you travel for work and have to use the company card, and when you know it after you have booked a non-refundable rate.

Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το διαμέρισμα από κάθε άποψη! Είναι στο κέντρο, κοντά σε παρκιγκ,πεντακαθαρο.Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα αρνητικό να πω. Εννοείται ότι θα ξαναερθουμε! Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μη μας άρεσε!
• Victoria (10/5): Awesome Stay in heart of Belgrade - 1. Very kind and communicative host. 2. Awesome location in the heart of old town. 3. Parking garage about a block away. 4. Very clean and modern apartment. 5. Washing machine. 6. Kettle and coffee/tea supplied. 7. It was nice that olive oil and salt and pepper and sugar was in kitchen. 8. Host kindly gave me laundry detergent because I didn’t have any. 9. Great lay out. 10. Air conditioning in both bedroom!
• Katalin (10/5): A város felfedezéséhez ideális, kényelmes lakás, vendégszerető tulajdonossal. - A városközpontban található, de mégis csendes lakás jól felszerelve.Otthonos, jól kialakított, minőségi.Innen tényleg minden könnyen elérhető gyalogosan, plusz pár méterre 0-24h élelmiszerüzlet, pékség, éttermek könnyítik meg az utazást. Ez is sétálóutca, azaz parkolni nem lehet, de a közeli parkolóházban kényelmesen letehető az autó. A tulajdonos gyorsan válaszol, elérhető, rugalmas.És hideg üdítőkkel várt😊
• Limpz (9/5): Superb - I liked place very much. Perfect location, but quiet in the apartment. It has closet and washing machine. Very appropriate for a long stay. I like host - he was very hospitable and contact was very easy. Washing mashine was too lound, so you can't wash your items in the evening after you came from a pub :)

• Nevena (9/5): Superb - Location is excellent and the apartment is well equipped, we had everything we needed. It was also really clean and tidy. It's city centre so windows face into a courtyard which made it quite dark. It was very well insulated though (very quiet, no city noise).
• Dijana (10/5): Amazing stay - Perfect location right in centre of Belgrade. Host Nikola is very friendly and he gave us personal approach by welcoming us to his apartment in person. Apartment looks better than in photos, everything was super clean and well decorated. We slept very well considering that apartment is in very central crowded street. I would definitely come back while visiting Belgrade next time! Shower step is not very convinient as there is no shower doors

Modern, well decorated and immaculately clean apartment Modern bathroom with excellent shower stall Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed with good quality bedsheets and pillows This is relatively spacious apartment but it is extremely narrow,. Facing onto an interior courtyard, window size and natural light is very limited. This makes the apartment extremely dark, requiring lights even during the day. There is also a privacy issue in the bedroom which has the largest windows. Several apartments on the opposite side of the atrium spoace can look directly into it which is not agreeable..

It is really well equipped, really clean and spacious! The host is amazing, really helpful, eager to help with everything! Congratulations and a 10 is the most honest rating i have made ever. -

Host is very friendly and helpful - even its early check-out(12), i was able to leave stuff with host until 5pm. Few treats in fridge and out (sweets&cola) - really nice gesture. Price is good for overall offer. Small things could make this flat even better. Apart of bed and bed lightning rest of the flat is very basicly decorated. No Sun light here.
