Nieruchomość wyróżnia się doskonałą lokalizacją – w bliskim sąsiedztwie Starówki oraz promenady nadmorskiej, co pozwala w pełni korzystać z uroków okolicy. Samo mieszkanie jest bardzo komfortowe, utrzymane w nienagannej czystości i zaprojektowane z myślą o wygodzie gości. Do dyspozycji są dwie sypialnie z niezwykle wygodnymi łóżkami, które zapewniają wysoki komfort wypoczynku. Przestronny salon stanowi idealne miejsce do relaksu, a kuchnia oraz łazienka są bardzo dobrze wyposażone i funkcjonalne. Całość tworzy harmonijną przestrzeń, która spełni oczekiwania nawet najbardziej wymagających gości. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam to miejsce zarówno na krótkie, jak i dłuższe pobyty. The stay in this apartment was truly exceptional. The property stands out for its excellent location—situated in close to the Old Town and the seaside promenade, allowing guests to fully enjoy the charm of the area. The apartment itself is very comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with guests’ convenience in mind. It features two bedrooms with অত্য comfortable beds that ensure a high standard of rest. The spacious living room provides an ideal space for relaxation, while the kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped and highly functional. Overall, the apartment offers a harmonious and welcoming environment that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests. I would highly recommend this place for both short and long stays. -

• STOJAN (9/5): ZADOVOLJNI - Artman je bio izuzetno opremljen,ljepo uređen,......možda samo mala zamjerka ,nema balkon. Jer jutarnja kava bi jako pasala vani na zraku. Ali.....mi smo to rješili ,otišli u obližnji kafić na terasu. Sve u svemu jako ljep i ugodan apartman za četvero.

What made the stay truly special is the host’s extraordinary kindness. I happened to be there on my birthday and was surprised with a birthday cake from the host -an incredibly thoughtful gesture that I won’t forget! A stay marked not only by quality, but genuine hospitality, would definitely come again! Nothing! Everything was great!

And the land lord is quite friendly, who provided some information for our tour in the city . Overall, this is quite comfortable place for stay in Split , visitors can visit majority of view points by walk in Split .

• Susan (8/5): Elegant rental! - the apartment is very clean, and tastefully decorated. stairs (lots) and parking (lack there of) it wasn't mentioned the apartment is on the third floor with no lift. A little difficult with luggage. There's absolutely no parking anywhere. fir those traveling via bus or Uber not an issue but be prepared to walk (quite a ways!) if you have a car.

We’ve been traveling around Croatia and was the best house we’ve been. I highly recommend it. The house is so beautiful and the beds are so comfy too. We are so happy with our stay in Ana chi apartment! We liked everything.

It is in the city centre so there is no designated spot for the apartment. You might have to drive around a bit. On street parking is free though so that’s helpful.

Everything in the apartment for chic and modern. Fully equipped and had such a fabulous stay. The best part is the location as its walking distance from the main center. Just didn't have a toaster!! But had sandwich maker though..

You can park in front of the building, or if not, there is a public parking lot nearby. • Seanie (10/5): Comfortable, Conveniently Located, Luxury Apartment in Split - This is an exceptional apartment located near the very heart of Split. It is beautifully decorated with every possible amenity available. It is clear the host has put great thought into how guests would be most comfortable in the apartment. There is a large bathroom with a great shower, there is tea and coffee in the kitchen and a bottle of wine was left for us on our arrival. There is a large tv with Netflix and also a tv in the bedroom. It was also spotlessly clean. The apartment is a very short walk to the centre of Split with all it has to offer, with easy access to restaurants and bars, etc. There is also a grocery shop less than a 5 minute walk away. It is absolutely no fault of the owner of the property, but it would be unfair to other guests not to mention that the apartment is next to a very busy road which was noisy throughout the night. However, I must say that we live in the countryside so we are not used to much noise and it may be as much our problem as anything else. I would still have no hesitation recommending this apartment.

• Franciska (10/5): Best apartment in Split - We really liked the whole apartment. Everything was super clean and the vibe of the flat is gorgeous! We even received nice chocolates, wine and some coffee. The host was incredibly kind! They even helped us with our car since the car broke down. The apartment is close to the old city and to the beach as well. AC was working, fresh towels and beds made us very comfortable. I can only recommend this place! If i go back to Split, I'm sure I'll stay with them again.

The owner of the apartment is very hospitable, answered all our questions quickly and recommended a good restaurant.
