• Chaya (9/5): - המיקום קרוב למעליות הסקי (5 דק ברכב) הדירה נקייה וחדשה. מחומם היטב. יש מרפסת גדולה ונוף מהממם. יש חנייה מסודרת. המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך. יום אחד התלכלך הסדין והם החליפו בשמחה. השירות היה זמין בווטסאפ לאורך כל השהות. כמו כן הציק אין היה קל ונוח. שירות נקיון בעלות גבוהה ממש בגובה החופשה כולה. אין החלפת מגבות ומצעים וזה לא הגיוני להשתמש במגבת אחת 5 ימים. אם רוצים החלפת מגבות זה בעלות גבוהה. שילמנו כי לא היתה ברירה. חסר מכונת כביסה ומייבש כביסה לדעתי אפשר היה להוסיף במקום הארון ליד מסך הטלוויזיה.

• Taekyung (9/5): 잘 쉬다 갑니다 - 깨끗한 새 아파트에요.시원한 통창으로 보이는 뷰가 너무 평화로워요.시스템이 처음엔 복잡한거 같지만 한번 숙지하면 괜찮아요.주차장도 좋고 돌로미티 전 지역이 깨끗하게 관리되는건 모두의 노력때문이어서 존경합니다 세탁기가 없는점
• Sa (9/5): - The location is great, the apartment is new, 2 bathrooms, the view is amazing. the smill of cooking from the restaurant downstairs, we stayed at October and it was pretty cold in the evening and early morning and we couldn't figure out how to use the heating. There are no shampoo or body soup.
• CHIH TING (10/5): - 停車很方便，空間寬敞，房間浴室都乾淨，距離鎮上開車5-10分鐘就到了 如果提早到住宿地點或者是退房要離開，行李還可以放在隔壁的muse辦公室 Parking was very convenient, and the space was spacious. Both the room and bathroom were clean. It's only a 5–10 minute drive to town. If you arrive early or need to leave after check-out, you can store your luggage next door at the Muse office.

• Ilektra (7/5): Good - Spacious, clean and modern. The cafe below offered good coffee and sandwiches. Private parking and easy location. Too early checkout. Limited basic kitchen essentials (ie. Coffee and sugar). Sofa was not the most comfortable. A sofa table could have been a good addition. It was warm, but we would have liked it a bit warmer.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - The apartments (we rented 2, both on the second floor) were essentially new construction but by appearances well maintained. Unit 195B is a little bigger than 195A although I liked the views better from 195A. I liked that the apartments were right beside a raging stream - we liked the white noise from the stream (others may not) and there is a raging river across the road. [Note: we were there in summer for hiking so there had been a lot of rain in the region prior to our visit and corresponding snow melt most likely made both the stream and river more robust than usual.] The apartments are on the main road in Ortisei and very near a bus stop which run into town and the various ski lifts. The property management provides free transportation passes which, even though we had a car, we used on occasion throughout our 5-day stay. Being on the main road might be offputing for some but the double-paned windows effectively keep the noise level to a minimum - which would apply to the sounds from the stream and river as well. All in all, I would recommend the property. I didn't realize how far from the town center the property is located. My understanding is that one could walk to the town center but it appears to be a half-hour walk and cannot be undertaken on the main road. The couch in Unit 195A was not very comfortable - too hard and straight-backed - and made socializing in the common area (living room/ dining room/ kitchen) difficult. That area in Unit 195B was more accommodating as was the couch. I think it would have been better for our group if both bathrooms (there are two full-sized bathrooms in each unit) had been en suite but I understand that one of them really should be available to visitors without having to pass through someone's bedroom. I can't comment on the utility of the kitchen (number and types of appliances and utensils) as we ate out every night and were not in for lunch. While the bus passes are nice, we couldn't find a decent map - either physical or digital - that indicated the routes. Two of our fellow travelers were much more savvy with technology (ah, youth . . .) but the older folks had some difficulty finding bus schedules. That said, our experience would seem to indicate that the schedules were more advisory if not ephemeral.

• Haolun (1/5): Not recommended for a short stay. - Just location and new property. Please note that check-out time is at 9 a.m ! The room is very overpriced. We paid nearly 600€ for a night, but the check-out time was not even shown or emphasized during the whole booking process via app. If it was in the snow peak season, it would be understandable, but it's low season and to be asked to check out at 9am is outrageous. The cleaning fee costs 80€, the flat was a very ordinary standard room with basically nothing but some furniture. According the PDF they provided ,we were also required to wash the dishes by ourselves, so what is the 80€ cleaning fee used for? And paying 600€ a night, the room doesn't even provide the most basic things , e.g. coffee, tea bags, kitchen paper and tissues. In the bathroom there is no shower gel and shampoo. Daily at your disposition by phone and WhatsApp from 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-19:00! From 19:00-09:00 available only for cases that cannot be postponed to the following morning (Night service not guaranteed) This is the worst hotel or airbnb I have ever stayed in.
