• Deniz Şara (10/5): harika konum, temiz, konforlu - ev konum olarak çok güzel bir yerdeydi. her yere yürüdük diyebilirim. eğer yürümek sizi yormayacaksa taksi kullanmanıza gerek yok. temiz, konforlu ihtiyacınız olan her şeyin bulunduğu bir ev. saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu ve ev sahibine yenisini getirebilir misiniz dedik ve ertesi gün yenisini verdiler. nakit ödeme için bize kolaylık sağladılar. bizimle gerçekten güzel ilgilendiler. bizi ağırladığınız için teşekkür ederiz!!! tekrar Tiflis'i ziyaret edecek olursam yine burada kalırdım.

• Artjom (7/5): - Уютная атмосфера, интересный дизайн номера, просторный балкон. Общая изношенность номера. Стены пошарпаны, много паутины на потолке и в углах, стоперы на кухне слишком сильные, пасуда потресканная, держатель туалетной бумаги сломан, запах лука.
• Artur Rusnak (5/5): - המיקום של המקום די טוב ובמרחק של כ 10 דקות ממרכז הישן של העיר. אהבתי את העיצוב מדרגות ברזל בכניסה לדירה ממש גבוהות וקשה לעלות עם מזוודות. לדעתי צריך שיהיה בדירה מינימום דברים לקבלת אורחים כמו סוכר, תה, מלח, פלפל, שמן. בקיצור לא היה כלום שם. ( השארתי אחרי שעזבתי את הדירה, מקווה שהבעלים ישאיר את זה לאורחים הבאים) לא היה אינטרנט ולכן הטלוויזיה לא עבדה, ובערב עולה ריח של ביוב ולא ממש נעים.

• Craig (9/5): Comfortable loft central located - The location was central, we were able to walk anywhere near the old town in 20 minutes. There was a supermarket just across the road with a good range in it. The loft was a great retreat, really quiet. The owners were really responsive to questions and gave instructions on how to find the loft. The douche near the toilet was welcome The two flights of stairs to get to the loft were steep and hard to get a big bag up. The bathroom has an odd smell and the rainwater shower was faulty and spread water in the shower, but was manageable after a bit of trial and error

• Paul (10/5): I will be staying here again. Exactly what I needed. - Close to the supermarket and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Liberty Square. No passing traffic and not overlooked.
• Levi (8/5): Nice apartment, some blinds would be ideal, or something to cover the bedroom area. To stop light and give privacy - Great location, nice and spacious, comfy bed Lots of spiders when entering the main entrance stairs. Noise from the bar below until 6am, wearing ear plugs helps! Also curtains are needed, the sun woke me up at 5am
• Martin (6/5): Good but noise level needs addressing - It’s nice having a sort of balcony and the apartment is spacious. We loved the location and the owner was somewhat communicative. They communicated better over WhatsApp than the booking app. Overall you can see they have tried to make the place welcoming and quite fresh for guests. The noise was highlighted as it being a bar downstairs however I think it’s more accurate to call it a nightclub that runs until 2-4am depending on the night of the week. The noise is one thing but the vibration from the powerful speakers is what makes it hard to sleep as it creates that uncomfortable metallic vibration along the pipes and radiators. We squashed a roll of toilet roll to help manage this … we went back to Tbilisi during our trip and didn’t stay there again. I understand the owner cannot do much about this which is why I truly empathise but unfortunately the reality of hospitality is as such that things like quality of sleep is really important at this price point. 3/5 is fair in my opinion.

The sofa already had dust particles etc in it. The toilet butt shower was also leaking and did not work properly.

• Mindaugas (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and cozy. There was a huge minus that made me very disappointed. At the same building there is a club that works EVERY day from 00 till 7 am. When it starts working the whole building starts trembling. Midamo apartment where I stayed was above that club with windows facing the street with the entrance to it club where each day there were many drunk and noisy people gathering till 8 am. Neither earplugs nor any sleeping pills worked and I wasn't sleeping for 3 days in a row. The host was trying to call the club and ask them to be a bit quieter but it hardly helped. I understand that the host is not guilty and he really tried to help me, however every person who wants to book this apartment should know the reality.

• Thanu (10/5): Must stay - Exceptional property and hosts. Love the minimalistic vibe but yet with all essentials for a great stay. Right in the center of Tbilisi. The hosts are exceptional. They gave tons of recommendations before we even landed in Georgia and made sure they checked in on me and my husband on anything we needed throughout the stay. Extremely hospitable and flexible, definitely staying here again when we return to Georgia. Nothing at all

The location is more than amazing, you are literally couple of meters away from most important places. The hosts were by far the most helpful host i have ever met. They went out of their way to make our stay joyful and for that i can't thank them enough.
