• Boban (10/5): Phenomenal experience - We are absolutely delighted with the apartment. It is new, beautifully decorated, spacious, and perfectly equipped down to the smallest details. It has lovely bedrooms and a huge terrace. There are cute little stickers with instructions everywhere, which is very helpful. We will definitely come back again.
• Ιωαννης Μουρατιδης (8/5): - Ήταν καθαρό και ζεστό όμορφα διακοσμημένο ήσυχο κατάλληλο για οικογένεια με παιδιά από άποψη χώρου προσεγμένο στην λεπτομέρεια γενικά θετικές εντυπώσεις. Με λίγη βελτίωση αν είναι δυνατόν σε αυτά που έγραψα σαν ελλείψεις νομίζω ότι θα είναι τέλειο. Θα ήθελα να έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ για την αίσθηση ασφάλειας περισσότερο και όχι γιατι δε βρίσκεις έξω στον δρόμο και το λέω επειδή υπάρχει πολύ μεγάλος χώρος ιδιωτικός. Επίσης μια τηλεόραση σαν αυτες που έχει στα δωμάτια για το σαλόνι θα ήταν καλύτερη επιλογή. Γενικά το σπίτι ήταν καλό.

You can find supermarkets and bakeries in just few minutes walk. We were 3 adults and 3 children and we really enjoyed our stay at Fterna Family Apartment. We will definitely come back again.

• Jelica (10/5): Perfect place for vacation, city visit, relaxing weekend. - Everything was perfect, from spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful terrace, kind and supporting host. Parking was easy. Shopping mall is on 15 minutes drive and sea just 5 walking minutes away. So, you can come to enjoy on summer vacation, city visit or just to enjoy great air and relaxing atmosphere. It will be additional plus to have dishwashing machine.

• Sorin Bogdan (10/5): Great stay - Quiet location, not far from the beach and the city center. Spacious, with two bedrooms, one large living room, one very large terrace and a.smaller balcony. Also had everything we needed: cooking utensils, air conditioning etc) Some things needed a bit of maintenance (doors, air conditioning units), but overall they still worked well enough.

• Dobrinka (10/5): Прекрасно място за настаняване - Чудесно място за настаняване. Общата част за ползване на апартамента е много голяма и комфортна, напълно функционална кухня, кафеавтомат, който прави кафе от прясно смлени зърна. Спалните са с достатъчен размер, удобни матраци, ползвахме детско креватче и не сме се чувствали притиснати. Има прекрасна и просторна тераса за почивка, сутрешно кафе и закуска. Втора тераса с малък кът за отдих и място за поставяне на общи вещи след плаж. Целият апартамент е много добре оборудван, чусвтваш се като у дома си до най-малките детайли, навсякъде има оставени бележки, за да може да се ориентираш възможно най-бързо, има инструкции за употреба и кое, къде се намира. За първи път виждам толкова голямо старание към хората, които отсядат. Помислено е за всичко, което би било необходими, че и много повече. Не сме се срещали със собстбениците нито при пристигането, нито при тръгването, получихме на лично съобщение инструкции от къде да вземем ключа и къде да го върнем. Това е беше удобство за нас, защото нянаме ограничаване във времето за точен час на пристигане и взимане на ключове. Единствен малък недостатък, че апартаментът е с вана и това е неподходящо при повече от двама гости. Закупих препарат от магазина. Преди всяко къпане на детето ни - на 2 години задължително първо чистех ваната. Това за много хора не е проблем , а е плюс.

It is well equipped, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and it truly feels like home. The terraces are absolutely fantastic – large, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Although not on the beachfront, it’s absolutely worth it, the sea is just a 5-minute walk. At the same time, the location is peaceful, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. We got a great value for money. n.a.

The owner was kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. I appreciated the owner's efforts to help, but unfortunately, we couldn't get the TV to display Greek channels. It had Polish, Italian, and even Arabic channels, but no Greek ones! 😊

• Mitko (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful apartment fully meeting my expectations and the information on the website. Communication with the host is very quick and easy. He was willing to help with anything, even if we didn't need it. The apartment is described very accurately and fully corresponds to this description. This is the fourth or fifth time I've been to Peraya, the first time I've slept in the property, but I'll do it again. It is located in the middle of the village with quick access to main roads, shops, taverns and the beach. Children's playground nearby, bakery 50 meters away. A quiet and well-maintained condominium with a free parking space in front of it. Thanks for a wonderful weekend :) There is no such thing

• Eunice (9/5): The apartment is really nice and totally worth it. - Everything looks like in the picture. The big terace is very nice. Both rooms have access to a terrace. Apartment is a equipped with everything you need. The owner is very responsive and has helped us with everything we’ve asked for. Beds are very comfortable. At 11:57am cleaning lady just called and came up rushing us out while we were with our baggage at the door with an unpleasant note . We understand that check out it’s up until 12:00 and that she had some business to attend, but 5 more minutes is not to much to have a nice attitude towards guests. We left at 12:02. Recommendations: It would be great to have at least 2 sets of keys if both rooms are occupied.
