• LeBrun (9/5): - Nous avons beaucoup aimé dormir dans cet appartement. C’était très typique, propre et bien organisé pour l’espace restreint. Le propriétaire est très réactif sur WhatsApp. Il nous a fait parvenir une vidéo pour se retrouver et c’est vraiment appréciable. Le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas vraiment bien. Seul point négatif!

• Mariusz (10/5): - Bardzo klimatyczny obiekt w XIV wiecznym budynku. Jest klimat. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Bardzo blisko na stację kolejowa i do historycznego centrum. Niektórzy piszą o nieprzyjemnym zapachu- jest delikatny i nie przeszkadza, a wynika ze starych murów. Polecam

• Jolanta (10/5): Wyjątkowe miejsce - Świetna lokalizacja, stylowe miejsce, bardzo miły właściciel, w stałym.kontakcie. Mieszkanie klimatyczne, wszystkie wygody zapewnione, czyściutko, chwilka do dworca. Brindisi to piękne miasto, blisko stamtąd do wielu cudownych miasteczek. Polecam serdecznie.

It is now the 9th ofJuly!!!! Absolutely disgraceful!! We were there BEFORE 2300 hrs. We had driven from France. Shocking behaviour!!! Booking.com have told us he registered us as a 'no show' !!! No key in the box

• James (10/5): Perfect stay in Brindisi - Lovely duplex room set in the old church grounds. Stunning ceilings and lots of room. Best hot water and bathroom we experienced in Puglia. Lots of mirrors abd even coffee capsules. Location is great just 5 minutes from down town but out enough so that free parking was easily found. Cant think of much. Maybe a better door on the shower
• Mike (9/5): Stylish loft - The apartment is a very stylish loft apartment. We never met the owner but he was good on WhatsApp. When we had a problem with the hot water he responded immediately, and then even helped us to find that rarest of things in Brindisi--an honest taxi driver. Be aware that the bed (very large with sharp corners) is upstairs and the toilet downstairs. Going for a pee in the middle of the night can be challenging.

• Natalie (5/5): Not satisfied, won’t reccomend or come again myself. You are not getting what you are paying for. - There was no internet connection. I felt unwelcomed to the property. I called host and reported problem, but he havent done or said anything normal. Just that he is not in the city and thats why we cannot use jackuzzi and internet he will check, but in the end no internet and he havent even called us back. Very unpleasant and dissapointing experience, appartment is very nice but felt you pay for “ fake” stay, you get the room but not the wifi/tv and jackuzzi. Will not come again.

• Olive (9/5): Beautiful Brindisi apartment in a secure and peaceful courtyard - Beautiful apartment in a great location. Photos online do note do it justice. The apartment is in a lovely secure courtyard of the street in a very central part of Brindisi. It is an old nullifying that has been beautifully restored with some of the original stonework on display in the main living room. It has a good sized bathroom with an excellent shower, a living/ dining/ kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom. There is another room with a jacuzzi with a little private terrace off from it. There's also a table and chairs outside the apartment in the main courtyard which we used every day. The owners were very friendly and helpful and changed the apartment regularly while we were staying. They also topped up the coffee pods for the Lavazzo coffee machine for free! The jacuzzi didn't work - I think there was a special key to turn it on that we didn't get. We weren't expecting it to be there so it didn't affect our stay but we were a little disappointed after the excitement when we first saw it on arrival and then realised we couldn't use it. We didn't ask the owners about it so we're not certain if it didn't work or we just had to ask for the key.

Superb kitchen and equipment, coffee machine and more; we did Pasta, Caprese at home. Top location; walking distance - historic and shopping parts. Very friendly host giving a hand to help whatever needed. Driving 10 mins to Hemingway Beach. Cleaning could be better.

• Mark (8/5): Great place shame about the management 😒. - The premises matched and possibly exceeded my expectations from the photographs which was a nice surprise. The location is great too. The accommodation, in itself, would sway me to stay longer to investigate Brindisi if it were to be managed better. The let down, which undermined the experience, was down to the attitude and approach of the people in charge of the running of the place. A great shame, as upon arrival I was looking forward to giving Handy Margherita a glowing feedback. Apart from obviously used and dirty towels the accommodation was excellent. However, being " knocked up" after 11p.m. when we'd gone to bed early to catch up on our sleep after lots of driving wasn't appreciated especially when there was no urgent need to do so! Brindisi being a busy ferry town, it's not rare for people to have strict travel schedules to keep. Consequently arrangements to meet and discuss any issues must be as prompt and punctual as possible, thereby preventing any difficulties with onward travel occurring. This concept was beyond the scope of the management! If they are to match the high physical specifications of their accommodation they need to work on their people/management skills. (Rude and inaccurate Emails after the event also leave extra unfortunate misgivings about using or recommending a facility to others....common sense should prevail) In summary, treat people well and they will love to stay at your premises....don't and the bookings will reflect the impact. • Federico (8/5): Good and quiet place to stay in Brindisi. - Good Italian breakfast. Location ok, not far from railway station and walkable to city center. Check in process. If you arrive on Sunday, remember to make a call to the owner upon arrival in Brindisi.
