• Filipe (8/5): - Nice and clean accommodation overall, with a simple but decent breakfast. The room and the property in general were very clean, and although the accommodation is not very close to the city center, this is clearly indicated in the listing. It is about a twenty-minute walk from the center of Berat, and the route is easy and straightforward. However, there were a few inconveniences during our stay. The room facing the street is not very quiet. We woke up several times during the night because of cars passing by, so if you are a light sleeper, it is probably a good idea to bring earplugs. In addition, around 7:00 a.m., we could hear furniture being dragged across the floor upstairs. There were no other guests staying at the property, so I assume it was someone cleaning. It is not ideal when you are on vacation and hoping to rest. We also had an issue with the shower drain being clogged. We could have informed the owner at the time to see whether a solution could be offered, but I took my shower very late at night. I hope the issue has since been resolved and that it was only a temporary problem. Overall, the stay was good, but not the most relaxing one.

• Smaka (1/5): Terrible - Nothing The location is very bad, the breakfast was disgusted , the food was not fresh and smelled all bad . The price was not worthy for that kind of location and breakfast. And also the owner insisted onstage bothering us all time gives us a review while the service was out expected. I don’t recommend to anyone.

Poza tym nie szło się z nią dogadać w języku angielskim, z translatora też było ciężko. Widok z okna na jakiś magazyn…
• Jonah (9/5): - Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und das Bad war auch komfortabel. Die Vermieterin empfing uns sehr freundlich und das Frühstück am Morgen war sehr lecker. Für den Preis kann man definitiv nichts falsch machen, wir kommen gerne wieder! Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, lediglich die Schrankgriffe waren etwas schmutzig.
• Stephan (8/5): - Guesthouse neuve, chambre bien équipé et propre. Nous sommes en vélo, un espace pour pouvoir les stationner serait top. Et peut être un endroit pour étendre du linge. Bien situé par rapport à la ville si vous êtes véhiculé. Nos recommandons.
• K_t_23 (10/5): An exceptionally clean, convenient and friendly place that we would highly recommend to anyone visit - What a wonderful find! This place is run by a lovely family who made our stay truly special. Our group of nine booked three rooms, and we were all impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Having a private bathroom and Wi-Fi in each room was incredibly convenient. The family's hospitality really stood out. The mother was so helpful with everything we needed, and her homemade breakfasts were a delicious start to our mornings. They even have a small market right there, so we could easily grab water and snacks. Since we were traveling by car, the location was perfect—just a quick 3-to-5-minute drive into Berat's Old Town. P.S. If you're looking for a great dinner spot, we loved Taverna Panorama! All in all, a fantastic experience. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! Everthing was great!

The lady who run the house didnt speak English but she made her best to understand us and communication wasn't a problem. The guesthouse is a bit far from the city centre so I would recommend to stay there as long as you have a car.

• Melany (9/5): Simplicidade e Conforto - The accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant night: it's in a quiet location, the rooms are well-equipped (including AC and a mini-fridge), and they are clean and well-maintained, with the sheets and towels smelling wonderful! It is evident that the rooms are recently refurbished, with new materials and furniture. I suggest adding a shower curtain or a glass divider to prevent the bathroom from getting completely wet, though I understand that having an unprotected shower might be common in Albania, as we encountered the same setup in other accommodations. The young man who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, even assisting us with printing our boarding passes. Breakfast is simple and likely reflects a typical Albanian breakfast (cucumber, tomato and peppers, fried pastries, white cheese, boiled egg, juice, and watermelon). I recommend including butter and jam, as well as coffee. However, the vegetables and watermelon seemed to come from the house garden, and the egg appeared to be from the chickens in the coop (the natural alarm clock of the house)! The street where the guesthouse is located is not very busy, making it easy to park the car there. This guesthouse is about a 20/25 minute walk from the center of Berat. We went there for a stroll and dinner, and it was very peaceful. We liked everything! We only have suggestions for improvements, which were already mentioned in the positive points.
