- Marina (10/5): Predlog/sugestija - Domaćin je bio jako ljubazan. Apartman je jako lijepo opremljen, kuhinja mala ali funkcionalna. Lokacija je jako dobra. Malo čistoća. Dlake sam nalazila i u kupatilu i u fiokama, prekrivaču na krevetu. Hrana je ostala u frižideru od prethodnog gosta koju smo bacili. Htjela sam da skuvam čaj ali kuvalo je vidjelo bolje dane. Ono što mi je najviše zasmetalo je činjenica da pravila kućnog reda i kao i ostale informacije su ispisane na Engleskom i Albanskom jeziku ali ne i na našem. Ipak treba poštovati zemlju u kojoj si. Na tv-u je vise od 90% Albanskih kanala.

- Alexandra (10/5): - Everything was perfect, our host was always helpful whenever. Quick response, quick help. Very clean, we didn’t have any issues during the stay. Beautiful view to the river from our balcony. The beach was pretty close, 2-3 minutes away. Also restaurants, markets and anything you need at one foot distance. We will be back for sure!🤗

- Kinga (1/5): - Apartament faktycznie jest bardzo duży z dwiem łazienkami, przestrzenny, ale to jego jedyna zaleta. Posiada zadaszone miejsca parkingowe. W apartamencie cały czas unosił się zapach kanalizacji naprzemiennie ze smrodem z rzeki płynącej tuż przy apartamentowcu. Właściciel manipuluje zdjęciami, na których pokazane są nowe piękne apartamenty w nowoczesnym budynku, tymczasem ten znajdował w starszym budynku i z pewnością nie był nowoczesny. W łazienkach prysznice bez kabin i uchwytów. W opisie dwie rozkładane sofy, tymczasem była to jedna brudna rozwalająca się mała sofa dla dwóch krasnoludków. Lokalizacja owszem przy Vielka Plaża, ale niestety przy tej brudnej i zanieczyszczonej części. Płatność oczywiście z góry tylko gotówką.

- Aneta (10/5): - A wonderful stay! The host was friendly, always smiling, and extremely helpful, with seamless communication at any time of the day. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the accommodation offered excellent conditions, and the location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach and the town center. I truly recommend it!

- Dmytro (9/5): - Близко от песчаного пляжа и вид на речку. Рядом магазины и рестораны. Номер чистый. В душе хороший напор воды. Много мелочей, которые создавали неудобства (мало посуды, холодильник не разморожен и продукты в нём замерзали, душевая без шторки и лейка душа не исправна. На терассе с кондиционера текла вода на пол, тапки всегда мокрые).

I didn’t like that in this apartment you could hear everything through the walls from the other apartments, even when they flushed the toilet or took a shower, you could hear everything..

- Valdet (7/5): - Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß und bot viel Platz zum Entspannen. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zu einem Supermarkt und mehreren Restaurants – alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar Die Unterkunft bietet sehr große Zimmer und liegt in der Nähe eines Supermarkts sowie mehrerer Restaurants – das war praktisch und positiv. Leider gab es aber auch einige deutliche Mängel: Im Zimmer waren unangenehme Gerüche wahrnehmbar, der Kühlschrank war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber und unter dem Sofa war es sehr staubig und schmutzig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig und schien schon lange nicht gewartet worden zu sein. Der nahegelegene Strand hat mich leider enttäuscht – er war nicht besonders schön. Bessere Alternativen wie der Strand bei „Toni Grill“ sind zwar vorhanden, aber zu Fuß deutlich zu weit entfernt. Angesichts des Preises, den man für das Apartment zahlt, hätte ich mir insgesamt deutlich mehr erwartet.

- Branislav (10/5): - Topla preporuka za ovaj smeštaj. Apartman sto se nas tiče na idealnoj poziciji. Mirna ulica,nema toliko buke i galame,a opet na samo nekoliko koraka u sredini si svih desavanja. U bukvalnom smislu sve je na 5min hoda iz apartmana. Prodavnica,pekara,apoteka,restorani,luna park itd itd. Nema računice paliti auto,i negde se zaputiti,kada sve to mozes mnogo brze peške odraditi. "Velika plaža" je na dohvat ruke.... Toliko blizu,i ako nesto zaboravis u apartmanu,treba ti svega par minuta hoda do smestaja. Pritom sve je ravno,nema stepenica,uzbrdica i sl tome. Mi smo svaki dan isli s dečijim kolicima bez i jednog problema.Mislim da je to dovoljno objašnjenje. Doček u sam apartman fenomenalan.Ljubazno osoblje. Odmah smo dobili smernice i preporuke gde otici,sta probati i sl tome i stvarno vredi poslušati. Sama vila,ima svoje ljude koji odrzavaju higijenu,ciste,spremaju,odrzavaju sobe. Tu su non stop,ali ne nametljivi. Vlasnici su fenomenalni,samo reci hvale za ljude. Parking za kola odlican,auto ne stoji na ulici.Fino zasticeno od sunca i pogleda drugih ljudi. - Marija (8/5): - Apartman je veoma uredan i komforan, na super lokaciji 5 minuta hoda do plaze 5 minuta hoda do ulice sa restoranima i prodavnicama. Domacini preljubazni predivni ljudi cak smo dobili i poklon pri odlasku
- Ursula (7/5): Man arrangiert sich - Das Zimmer ist im 2. Stock und ist wirklich sehr schön, auch das Bad ist toll. Dazu gehört eine große Terrasse mit der Aussicht auf den Port Milena, ein Wasserzufluß zum Vogelschutzgebiet. Das Bett ist bequem und die Bettdecke herrlich groß. Es gibt einen großen Schrank und sonstigen Stauraum - eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Wasserkocher ist ebenfalls im Zimmer. Es gibt weder im Bad noch an der Küche eine Steckdose. Den Wasserkocher muss man an einer Steckdose in der Nähe des Betts einstecken. Das Geschirr ist zusammengewürfelt und unvollständig. Das Wasser zum spülen ist nur kalt. Es gibt kein Geschirrtuch. Es gibt keinen Kaffee, Zucker, Salz......

- Olja (10/5): Bas smo uzivali!!! - Lokacija odlicna, blizu Velike plaze. Smestaj lep, cist i udoban za parove odlican. Kolima se brzo stize i do Ade Bojane. Domacini su izuzetno prijatni ljudi. Uputili su nas i kako da se lako i brzo snadjemo u Ulcinju. Apartmani Gucci su smestaj koji cemo rado preporuciti i svakako opet posetiti.😊

- Fatos (9/5): - The host is very friendly and helpful, he was trying to make it as easy as possible for us to stay there. He even offered to us turkish coffee made from his mom. The room was clean and contemporary furnished. There was a balcony to be able to have some breeze while having morning breakfast or late night dinner. The beach is about 15 min walk, not too far. The location is in between Old town of Ulcinj and Ada bojana.. Each way you need to drive in order to get there. The other thing that I did not like about the place was that in the side of the lake it was stinking as sewer outside!

Wyposazenie aneksu kuchennego bylo mniej niz minimalne.Na dwie osoby jedna lyzeczka,jeden gleboki talerz,garnek dopiero po naszej prosbie otrzymalismy,a wczersniej wasciciel zapewnial w mailu,ze wszystko co potrzebne jest w aneksie...Wiec jesli ktos chcialby tam zrobic obiad to niech raczej zapomni o tym...Pod lozkiem rozne odpady,w calym pokoju niezbyt czysto,pajeczyny,poplamione firanki,w szufladach jakies fiolki po perfumach,gumka do wlosow itp.Przy pierwszym uzyciu odpadla czesc kranu w kabinie prysznicowej (widac,ze byla wczesniej juz klejona na silokonie).Jedne drzwi kabiny prysznicowej niezamocowane u dolu-dyndaja...Oczywiscie tez sporo plesni w kabinie.Internet raz dzialal,raz nie.W kuchni brak kubla,jest tylko maly kubelek w lazience.Brak workow na smiecie na wymiane.Na 3 dni,dla 2 osob byly 2 male rolki papieru toaletowego.W kuchni mocno zuzyta gabka do naczyn i odrobina plynu do naczyn.W pokoju tylko malutki,niski stolik,na ktorym nie da sie zjesc sniadania czy innego posilku.Czajnik stoi na podlodze kolo drzwi wejsciowych...Wlasciciel nie wydaje reszty,nie wystawia zadnego rachunku na pobrana kwote.Z niewiadomych przyczyn-najprawdopodbniej,aby uniknac zlych opinii-jakims sposobem przeksztalcil nasza rezerwacje w odwolana i napisal,ze nie dojechalismy do obiektu,gdy my caly czas tam bylismy (mamy zdjecia,filmiki specjalnie zrobione,aby nie bylo watpliwosci).Dziwi nas takie zachowanie.

- Elizaveta (10/5): - The apartment was very good and comfortable, we enjoyed our staying there. It's located very close to the beach and restaurants, there are a couple of minimarkets nearby, were you can buy some snacks, beverages and even fruit. The owner is very nice and caring.

I was incredibly happy with how close I was to the bes - Right on top of shops, the best restaurants and 50m from the taxi stand! The staff are so friendly and the rooms are great for singles, couples or groups/families.

- Edolind (10/5): - Der Besitzer war ein sehr sympathischer Mann, der sich stets bemühte uns einen erholsamen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Die zwei Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber. Es ist definitiv das beste Apartment in Ulqin in dem ich je meinen Urlaub verbracht habe! Das Apartment ist ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und bietet somit eine optimale Lage.

- Korab (10/5): Everything was perfect, will definitely visit again. - I enjoyed the stay at the Apartments Gucci. The location was near the beach, and the staff were very friendly. There is nothing I didn't like, it really exceeded my expectations.

- Eugenia (10/5): Total schön - Perfekte Lage, man müsste nur über die Straße laufen und ca. 200 m war das Meer! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber! Wie Vermieterin sehr sehr nett! Parkplätze gibt es im Hof! Müssten leider 1 Tag früher abreisen als geplant da es sehr stark geregnet hat und auch da war die Vermieterin sehr nett, war sofort für uns da, zum Schlüssel Übergabe.Ein extra Dankeschön an Sie! Vielen Dank für alles !

- Marina (10/5): Prelep odmor! 😊 - Domaćini su jako ljubazni. Apartman nov, uredan, čist. Dobra lokacija, u blizini svega. Čak smo i produžili letovanje još 2 dana, u to ime su nam u apartman doneli vino i vinske čase, kao i plazmu za našu bebu. Divni ljudi, sve preporuke. 🥰 Apsolutno sve nam se dopalo. 😁🥰

- Samra (1/5): KATASTROPHAL- NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT - Die Unterkunft war zentral. Leider weiß ich nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Es beginnt bei der fehlenden Sauberkeit und reicht bis zum absolut unverschämten Personal, endet aber auch beim Preis-Leistungs-Skandal. Auf den Betten lagen Haare, die Handtücher waren völlig verdreckt, der Kühlschrank war aufgrund starker Verschmutzung nicht nutzbar. In der Schüssel befanden sich sogar noch Kotrückstände vom vorherigen Gast. Als wir die Gastgeberin darauf angesprochen haben, wurde uns trotz ihrer Uneinsichtigkeit eine Zimmerreinigung zugesichert. Daraufhin kam der Sohn der Gastgeberin und begutachtete das Zimmer, bevor es gereinigt werden sollte. Plötzlich eskalierte die Situation, und der Sohn meinte lautstark, er werde sich nicht mit einer solchen Kleinigkeit befassen und wollte uns daraufhin rausschmeißen. (Wir hatten zwei Appartements gebucht.) Nach einer anschließenden 10-minütigen Diskussion konnten wir die Apartments schließlich beziehen (wir hatten keine andere Wahl). Allerdings sollten wir unsere Bettlaken selbst beziehen und den Boden eigenständig fegen. Nachdem wir bezahlt hatten, wurde uns versichert, dass im Laufe des Tages eine Rechnung/Quittung ausgestellt würde (aufgrund von Zeitmangel). Trotz wiederholter Nachfrage habe ich diese Quittung jedoch nicht erhalten. Zudem erhielten wir weder frische Handtücher noch Toilettenpapier. Außerdem hatten wir auch kein warmes Wasser zum duschen. (Zeitweise)

- Michelle (3/5): dirty and smelly, close to the beach and restaurants - Close to the Big beach, (15min) by Walk. a lot of restaurants nearby. the room was so dirty and the smell was disgusting. a smell of dampness and sewage. the sewage went into the lake behind the properties, so the area stank a lot. many mosquitoes. the toilet could not flush and there were generally many small defects. the pictures do not do justice to the room we got. I have to write this review as I am confused that the place has been given anywhere near 9-10 stars. I am really disappointed and the price is way too high for such a disgusting place

- Sumeja (7/5): Ok for rent - The hosts were really kind and helpful. Location is few minutes of the beach. For people who will choose to visit only Long beach it’s perfect. You have enough space for all of your stuff and we had 2 terraces, one for sitting and another for drying clothes. The sheets were clean and they will change it when you ask them, which is great. The apartment wasn’t clear enough. Couch was full of dust and also another parts of apartment were dirty. I asked them to clean, because they have cleaning woman, but she cleaned with vacuum after she cleaned the floor with it, so I had to cover it with towels all the time. Some parts (see photos) had stale dust, it’s not like they didn’t cleaned well but it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. The hosts are really good so I believe it’s mistake of cleaning woman. My advice to them is to check all rooms before rent. Dishes were dirty, too. I had to buy cleaning products to clean important things. The building is near river so it really smells bad outside all the time, but we were ok with it. It’s not the fault of the hosts.

Desi apartamentul este amplasat peste drum de parcul de distractii asta nu a deranjat deloc, fonic a fost foarte ok pentru noi.
