• Gregory (10/5): Great location, amazing apartment, very friendly owners!! It will be our go-to for Villach! - I can't recommend this property more! The property was brand new and very clean. Tatjana came to greet us with the keys to the apartment. She was lovely - very warm and friendly and we felt at home instantly. We had everything we could have wished for - a working, amazingly large kitchen, a lovely bed/bedroom and a great shower (very modern) with amazing amenities!! There was enough storage for clothes and accessories too. The whole experience was sweetened by a complementary bottle of wine and beer to be enjoyed by us whilst there. We will be coming back for sure, as we have friends in Villach and the location of the apartment couldn't have been better - within walking distance to town too!!!!

• Claudia (10/5): - Eine superschöne, ganz neue moderne und komfortable Wohnung in ruhiger Lage (das Zentrum ist dennoch mit einem kurzen Spaziergang schnell zu erreichen ) . Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist super . Sehr gern kommen wir wieder , wenn wir nochmal in Villach sind .

• Michael (10/5): - Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung und Atmosphäre. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Wohnungsbesitzerin empfangen, die uns dann die sehr schöne Wohnung übergeben haben. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer, separate Toilette, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die noch eine Schlafmöglichkeit beherbergt, und ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett und Fernseher. Alles ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die gesamte Wohnung duftete sehr frisch und sauber, als wir ankamen. Die Wohnungsbesitzer begrüßten uns mit einer Flasche Wein und Süßigkeiten. Im Kühlschrank waren Wassern und Bier, welches wir ebenfalls nutzen durften. Obwohl die Besitzer in der Wohnung oben im Haus wohnen, fühlten wir uns niemals belagert oder bedrängt. Wenn wir uns im Flur getroffen haben, wurden sehr freundliche Gespräche geführt und wir haben viele Tipps bekommen. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, was den Urlaub, zusätzlich zur schönen Umgebung, unvergessen macht. Das Haus selbst liegt ca. zehn Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Auf dem Weg zur Innenstadt liegt auch der Bahnhof, den wir häufig für Reisen nach Italien oder Slowenien genutzt haben. Das ist ein großer Vorteil von Villach, das am Dreiländereck liegt. Keine drei Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist ein kleiner Sparmarkt, der neben einem Bäcker, alles zu bieten hat, was man braucht. Alles in allem in diese Ferienwohnung in jeder Hinsicht absolut empfehlenswert.
• Isabell (10/5): Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Familie - Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern. Mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr nett eingerichtet. Es gibt auch einen Garten mit Kinderspielgeräten. Ein Spar ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

• Zita (10/5): - Our host Tatjana was wonderful, she did everything for our convenience. The apartment is clean and comfy, was perfect for us travelling with a kid. There is a garden where you can sit in the evening, it is nice to chill after a long day. The neighborhood is really quiet as well. She also recommended some sights for us, and prepared a small surprise for my son. Overall I would highly recommend Lind Appartments for anybody who wants to discover the beautiful Kärnten region! Nothing to mention here.

• Radl (10/5): Absolut Empfehlenswert - Das Haus/Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet alles ist sauber und die Besitzer waren sehr nett zuvorkommend und um unsere Wohl bemüht Kommen gerne wieder
• Bettina (10/5): - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Lind Appartement. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – die Innenstadt (und somit auch der Kirchtag) ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, aber dennoch weit genug entfernt, sodass man die Ruhe genießen kann. Mit dem Auto sind sowohl der Faaker See als auch der Ossiacher See in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, was die Unterkunft perfekt für Ausflüge macht. Das Appartement selbst ist äußerst schön und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts, was den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machte. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber, die uns überaus freundlich empfangen haben und stets hilfsbereit waren. Insgesamt ein großartiger Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

• Laurin (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war super! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Apartment. Dazu ist das Apartm - Sehr schön eingerichtet, angenehm kühl Keine Gewürze in der Küche, ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.

The apartment is very clean, fully equipped, beds are very comfortable. it is very child friendly, has lot of toys as great big garden. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. The house and the surrounding is very quiet. The location is very good, easy to reach everything.
