• Stefan (8/5): Tiny, but well equipped. Ask for arrival instructions and wifi pass - It had everything I needed, as well as an induction plate which was nice. Nice water pressure and shower. Friendly service. The room was very small, I bumped my head several times. Communication was lacking, I didn’t know where to go, no message was received with instructions, no paper with wifi password and no answer on messages.

L'appartamento è in una posizione comodissima, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con facilità di parcheggio proprio nelle vicinanze. Ho apprezzato molto la camera, spaziosa e curata, e la presenza dell'angolo cottura, dotato di tutto il necessario per prepararsi qualcosa in autonomia. Il bagno, ristrutturato di recente e molto moderno, è stato un vero piacere da usare. Inoltre, il balcone è stato un bonus prezioso per me che fumo. Nel complesso, una location eccellente che consiglio a chiunque cerchi comfort e praticità! vorrei segnalare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere il soggiorno impeccabile: Istruzioni per il piano cottura: Sarebbe molto utile avere delle indicazioni chiare su come utilizzare la piastra elettrica. È un problema già segnalato da molti altri turisti e faciliterebbe molto chi soggiorna. Mensola in bagno: La mensola sopra il lavandino è posizionata in modo da rendere quasi impossibile lavarsi il viso comodamente. Biancheria: Nonostante le lenzuola fossero pulitissime e molto profumate, si vede che sono ormai usurate dal tempo e andrebbero sostituite con un set nuovo. Nel complesso è una location eccellente, basterebbe davvero poco per renderla perfetta!

• Angelina (10/5): Klein, aber fein – alles super! - Das Zimmer ist zwar echt klein, aber super durchdacht – es war alles da, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Für den Preis total fair! Die Lage ist ruhig, sicher und auch super für Familien geeignet. Die Gastgeber waren richtig nett, hilfsbereit und professionell – da fühlt man sich direkt willkommen. Alles war sauber und gut organisiert. Für Alleinreisende wirklich perfekt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

• AronB (7/5): - kupatilo je pristojno i sve je bilo jako cisto i uredno, klima je radila frizider proizvodi zvukove kao brujanje vulkana na otoku Stromboli a soba je toliko uska da se cini da ce svaki trenutak zidovi pasti na vas i pojesti vas ali to sam vidio na slikama i bio sam na to spreman, u sobi ima puno detalja pa se cini jos uza. budio sam se vise puna u noci a i programi na televiziji su odjednom nestali navece i vise nitko to nije mogao popraviti. U sobi nije bilo cak ni vrecice caja ili kave sto je stvarno tuzno ako uzmemo u obzir da je cijena sobe za noc skoro 50 eura.

• Zguzvanec (9/5): Mototrip - The staff were really nice and friendly. I was solo travelling on a motorcycle. The room is small, but it has everything you could need and more. Tv, toaster, cutlery, water kettle, induction coocktop. Bathroom was with a shower and a toilet. Beach is 5 min by foot, so is the nearest store, centre of Rovinj is around 10 min drive.

• Alexander (9/5): Great place to stay on the outskirts of Rovinj - The room is quite small, but I was surprised how much stuff you can put in such a small room. It has everything you need to stay for a couple of nights. The host is super nice and flexible. I did not know exactly when I would arrive, so she left me the key and was flexible in regards to the time of my arrival. When she heard that I did not have a car and walked all the way she offered to give me a ride the next day back to the bus station. What a nice gesture! :) It is very close to a beautiful beach and a nice place to visit on the outskirts of Rovinj.
• Abdulaziz (9/5): Thanks Mirta - Mirta was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and parking is available. The price is a bit high in comparison, and the room is small, anyway I was traveling by car and only stopped to sleep.

It was difficult to get the keys of the room and the daughters were not that helpful, never met the lady of the house during my stay.

• Alexander (4/5): It is too expensive (53 euro per nigth) for such a small room (2 x 4 m) without internet access. - The room was very small (2 x 4 m), so it was inconvenient to move around and eat in the room. There was no internet access in the room, only outside. The owner did not provide soap and a kitchen board.

• Anton (8/5): Very good - The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and street, close to the beautiful city of Rovinj by car. It's not easy to park there. It's a nice appartment with all commodities in the same building where the owner live with her family. You can contact her by phone for any question and check-in if she's not there. She was very kind. Nothing.
• Pasquale (8/5): Very good - Host super available. Kind from the host to accompaign me to the bus station with the car. The area is quiet and there is a very close beach reachable with only 5 minutes of walk. The position is a bit outside the city. If you don't have a car you need to walk a lot or spend 13 euro of taxi because the city transportation is basically not existing (that's not fault of the host of course).
• Tina (10/5): Exceptional - I booked the small room for one person and I was very happy with what I got. In the rooom I found everything I needed. Water heater, plate for cooking, fridge and even hairdryer. I also didn't expect to have mugs, plates, ktichenware etc- not usually included when you rent a room. Nice backyard. Close to the market, restaurants and beach. The owner is very lovely person.
