Cordialità e professionalità del personale. Posizione e struttura molto belle. Letti troppo duri, sarebbero meglio con materassi con durezza differenziata tipo memory. Piumoni singoli separati pur se letto matrimoniale scelta rivedibile o applicabile solo su richiesta, si rimane spesso scoperti la notte. Cuscini troppo bassi, anche se viene fornito un piccolo cuscino aggiuntivo. Preferibile poter avere cuscini più alti/ortopedici. Rapporto qualità prezzo un poco penalizzante, ma accettabile.
