La cama era muy cómoda.Ls ubicación era perfecta a 5 minutos andando de la opera y centro de Tirana.El contacto con el dueño fue muy sencillo. Se nota que se preocupa por qué nuestra estancia sea bonita. Además mi avión llegó de madrugada y el proceso del check in fue muy fácil.Volveria sin duda En general me gustó todo. Solo una pequeña observación para que no os pase como a mí. Para tener agua caliente hay que dar a un interruptor que hay en el termo del baño. Pero esto solo fue una anécdota.

• Sophie (5/5): Room was full of ants and flies - The location was really great, really close to everything but down a side street so not as loud as on the main road. The room had loads of ants around the kitchen area and on the bed. I let the owner know and the cleaner came near the end of that day, but the ants were still there the next day. The bathroom also had lots of drain flies. The owner suggested I had dropped crumbs or spilled juice but that was not the case. I noticed two ants immediately on arrival. The side street was quite loud at times. It didn't bother me too much but may bother others. There is no opportunity for dim lighting at night. Even the hanging lamp was bright and I had to hang a t-shirt over it to dim it. Conversely, the window in the room was tiny so the room was quite dark during the day.

• Caroline (9/5): - Moderne kamer en badkamer, goed bed. Koffie en thee. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam. Goede locatie, vlakbij het centrum. Enkel cash. Parkeren op straat is onmogelijk. Maak dus gebruik van de betalende parking (te reserveren). Google kent nog niet alle eenrichtingsstraten, dus niet makkelijk te vinden. De eigenaar is ons komen halen. Waarvoor hartelijk dank!

• Giuseppina (4/5): Poco soddisfacente - La posizione. L’host sgarbatissimo, a differenza del popolo albanese che ha tentato in tutti i modi di aiutarci. Ho contatto io l’host la mattina dell’arrivo comunicando che in circa due ore mi sarei trovata a Tirana. Atterriamo e lui neanche visualizza il messaggio inviato tramite questa piattaforma, così decidiamo di metterci in taxi e raggiungere la strada del beb. Purtroppo, il taxi, senza indicazioni specifiche ma solo con il nome della struttura e la via che non veniva rilevata dal navigatore, non individuava la strada giusta e ci lasciava in un posto a quasi 10 mint di auto dal beb. A questo punto, ci recavamo in un bar per essere aiutate e il proprietario, parlava in italiano, cercava di prendere contatti con l’host che, nel frattempo, non aveva mai risposto al telefono. Improvvisamente dopo 2 ore e mezza che tentavano invano di prendere contatti mi invia un mess. Su whtsapp con le foto della struttura e tutto ciò che serviva per l’ingresso. In quel momento chiedo al proprietario del bar di telefonargli e spiegargli tutta la disavventura così con estrema gentilezza l’uomo telefonava l’host che al posto di aiutarci si lamentava in quanto erano le 13:00 e non avevamo ancora effettuato il ceck- in che poteva essere effettuato max entro le 14:00. (Sempre lui che abbiamo cercato dalle 9:20 del mattino) Alla fine con l’aiuto del proprietario del bar riusciamo a raggiungere il b&b, quindi, contattavo l’host che mi diceva che nell’arco di due mint sarebbe arrivato per aprire la stanza.Trascorrevano oltre 30 mint dall’arrivo di un ragazzo che finalmente ci consegnava la chiave della porta. Detto ciò, la stanza era nuova come dalle foto ma non molto pulita, la testiera del letto presentava centimetri di polvere e il cestino non era stato neanche svuotato per non dire altro.

• Fanni (7/5): - Tiszta volt, kényelmes volt az ágy. Közel volt a belvároshoz, mindent elérünk gyalogosan. El vagyunk már ettől szokva mivel otthon nem nagyon lehet már zárt térben cigizni, de nagyon masszív cigi szag volt a szobában amit nem nagyon lehetett kiszellőztetni.
• Mark (7/5): Städetrip (kurz) geeignet - Das kleine Apartment war sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet; es war alles für einen Kurzaufenthalt vorhanden; die Lage war gut, da die Innenstadt in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht werden konnte; in unmittelbarer Nähe sind Cafés, in denen man gut frühstücken kann; der Kontakt zum Vermieter und seinem Kompagnon war unkompliziert; für zwei Personen ausreichend Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal - es stehen in der Nähe private Parkgaragen zur Verfügung, die allerdings teuer sind (€ 1,- pro Stunde!!) - hierfür kann der Vermieter allerdings nichts. Leider verfügt das Apartment lediglich über ein recht kleines Fenster, was allerdings kaum ins Gewicht gefallen ist, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

• Miguel (9/5): - No geral, gostei da minha estadia durante a noite que estive hospedado. Era um espaço bastante moderno, limpo, central e tranquilo. Apenas houve uma situação relacionada com a reserva de uma suposta segunda noite, que infelizmente não terminou da melhor forma por falta de comunicação do proprietário ou da pessoa que estava a gerir o alojamento. Acabei por ficar hospedado noutro alojamento. Contudo, quero acreditar que foi um caso isolado e que não se irá voltar a repetir com outros hóspedes. É necessária uma comunicação mais célere e atenta, de forma a evitar situações que podem ser evitáveis e que acabam por ser um desperdício de tempo, principalmente quando estamos de férias e queremos aproveitar para visitar outros lugares. PS: não tinha janela, portanto, só luz artificial.

Firstly, he didnot like the fact that I left the apartment at a time he did not want, this is the first time I have seen this. Secondly, he started demanding that I pay him in cash, although I was already at the airport. Thirdly, when we settled the issue with the payment, I noticed that I left my headphones in his apartment, asked him to pack them, I will call a courier to pick them up, but the owner of the apartment started disappearing from the chat. I do not recommend anyone to contact them. He is an extremely impolite person.
• mireille (3/5): Nooit meer. - Locatie ok. In de buurt van centrum Handdouche ontbrak ( afgebroken en weg) regendouche alleen grote straal KOUD water. Gemeld, maar kwamen alleen hun geld halen en deden er niets aan. Gehorig ( straat) Bed erg hard, wel zacht laken.
• Jamille Siqueira (9/5): Excelente opção em Tirana - Localização privilegiada. O proprietário foi muito atencioso, até me ligou quando cheguei no aeroporto de madrugada. Fazer o check-in de madrugada não é fácil em Tirana, muitas hospedagens tem horário limite e consegui fazer sem problemas com a ajuda do proprietário que enviou fotos e mapa. O quarto é amplo, bem equipado e decorado. O proprietário aceitou negociar um desconto por causa do chuveiro quebrado. Tinha alguns itens de outros hóspedes, como um refrigerante aberto, um boné e uma sandália. O chuveiro estava quebrado na ducha e a parte maior estava entupida caindo a água na parede. Se eu fosse lavar o cabelo ou ficar muitos dias seria incômodo continuar tomando banho "de mangueira".

Zona muy buena en pleno centro, cerca de todo.A su vez al ser una calle pequeña y contramano aunque este en pleno centro no tiene tráfico y es súper tranquila se descansa perfectamente.La cama super cómoda, todo de muy buena calidad y lo necesario para visitar unos días Tirana.El propietario super atento, pudimos hacer un check in tardio y un late check out con flexibilidad.

• Véronique (7/5): Pratique mais dénué d'accueil et pas très bien entretenu - Bien placé, proche des centres d'intérêt. L'accueil inexistant. Pas de rencontre. Une caméra sur la porte. Tout ce que je déteste alors que j'aime rencontrer les gens. Porte sous l'évier cassée, tiroir pour couverts sans bouton pour ouvrir et douchette cassée...déçue du lieu plus petit que sur les photos et accueil irrespectueux tandis que suite à mon annulation de vol, j'ai choisi un vol arrivant plus tôt pour ne pas déranger.

The guesthouse had no sign on it.I was walking up and down the street without findung it.I then contacted the host and he send me direction and photos on What's App.So it worked out fine in the end

• PatriLJ (9/5): Habitación con cocina ideal para pasar algunas noches en Tirana - La habitación tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar algunas noches, está limpio y el colchón fue muy cómodo así como la ubicación cercana al centro de la ciudad para poder visitar Tirana a pie, al final de la calle hay una calle comercial con varios pequeños supermercados y el aparcamiento (de pago) se encuentra a solo 10 metros de la habitación.Calle sin mucho bullicio por lo que pudimos descansar de 10 después de recorrer la ciudad! Echamos en falta algún sobre o pequeño botecito de gel/champú, por lo demás todo correcto!

• Victoria (7/5): Bonito y buena ubicación. - Céntrico. Cocina completa. Habitación y aseo bonito. Aire acondicionado. Colchón cómodo. Aire acondicionado. Es una pena que siendo tan bonito lo dejen tan sucio. Incluso nos dejaron una bolsa de patatas abierta de los anteriores inquilinos. Las almohadas deberían cambiarlas. Sólo acepta efectivo. No tiene bien aislado el sonido, se escucha mucho el ruido de fuera.

The host is very helpful and always i - The place wasn’t ready for our arrival but the host quickly organized another apartment in the same building and stayed in touch to make sure that our stay is going well. The new apartment was clean, had an AC in the living room. The kitchen had all the supplies to cook there. The apartment that was provided didn’t have an AC in the bedroom, so it was quite hot in there. The ventilation in the bathroom was loud so at some point we stopped using the light not to activate it (the mirror had an LED light in it, which was enough). The stove was genuinely confusing - the parts of the stove didn’t match so you always need to check which stove part you actually turn on and not leave it even if you just warm up water.

• Margaux (8/5): Confortable et à proximité de toutes les attractions touristiques - La guest House est très bien placé. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds (nous aimons marcher). La place principale est à moins de 10min à pieds, je pense que le plus loin où nous avons été est le parc et nous avons mis à peine 40 min pour rentrer. Il y a des restaurants sympas autour. L’hôte n’est pas à la guest House de manière permanente, je conseillerai de le contacter bien en amont pour s’organiser sur la remise de clé … en demandant le whatsapp par exemple. Pour notre part, nous l’avons contacté une fois devant la porte et il a mis 10 min à venir pour nous remettre les clés. Et pareil pour le départ et le paiement, il faut s’organiser avec l’hôte.

• Daniel (7/5): Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Tirana zu empfehlen - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über alles Notwendige. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, Parkplatzmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Definitiv die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir hatten den Eindruck, als wussten sie nicht, dass wir kommen. Die Kommunikation wirkte insgesamt unorganisiert.

• Anja (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert. - Unmittelbare Nähe zum Stadtleben Zimmer war ziemlich dunkel, nur ein kleines Fenster. Warmwasserbereiter hatte bei Ankunft kein warmes Wasser. Wir wurden nicht informiert, dass das Warmwasser angestellt werden muss.

• Noelle (10/5): Perfect! - Een erg vriendelijke host en perfecte centrale ligging! We kwamen iets te vroeg aan en konden hierdoor nog niet inchecken. De host was zo vriendelijk dat we onze koffers even bij zijn ijswinkeltje mochten neerzetten! Daarna kregen we ook nog een gratis ijsje.
