• Mashtaler (9/5): My impressions are positive. I recommend it. - The apartments are located in the old part of the city. All the necessary locations were available to us. The owner is polite, promptly answered all questions. I recommend. The reviews mentioned the presence of a washing machine. But, during our stay in the apartment, it was not there. Also inconvenient was the lack of a clothes dryer.

• JoriWagenaars (8/5): Heerlijke plek in centraal Zadar - De ligging, weinig trappen op, 2 slaapkamers, zeer netjes, heel rustig, geen geluidsoverlast De gehorigheid, bovenburen waren totaal niet luidruchtig maar de vloer kraakt heel erg dus je hoort elke stap.

• Bucur (10/5): Eccellente - La struttura è facile da trovare e all’interno è molto moderna e pulita. All’interno trovi tutto l’indispensabile. L’host è molto gentile e ti segue passo per passo per tutta la durata del viaggio. Inoltre si trova al centro e appena si esce dalla porta, ci si trova già tra le viette di Zara. Purtroppo, essendo nel centro vecchio di Zara, i parcheggi sono un po’ lontanti e a pagamento

• Macina (5/5): Non penso di tornare - Ubicato in una stradina buia ma vicinissima al centro Condizionatore unico in soggiorno funziona male ! Impossibile trovare parcheggio ( tutto a pagamento, ma non c’è ) abbiamo trascorso ore x parcheggiare lontano l’ auto Meglio b&b fuori centro storico, poi arrivare senza bagagli ed auto con i mezzi pubblici è più semplice

Para los días y noches calurosas como estas un ventilador para los dormitorios sería bueno. Y unas mesillas de noche.

Wszyscy się o nią potknęliśmy. Zamontowany w salonie klimatyzator nie jest w stanie schłodzić powietrza w innych pomieszczeniach.

We had to keep the bedroom doors open at night to let the cool air from the living room in, but I guess that’s pretty typical setting in Croatia. - One downside was the bathroom being inside the kitchen, and the smell wasn’t great.

• Patricia (9/5): Great stay for a group of 3. - Location was first class. It was so clean. Beds were comfortable and only one set of stairs. Shower was very good. Could have done with blockout curtains in the bedroom as a bright light shone all night.

• William (10/5): Super bezoek aan Zadar - De diner op de naast liggende eiland Ugljan bij het restaurant van de eigenaar was fantastisch een ervaring die je niet moet missen!! in de centrum van de oude staat. Parkeren net buiten de hoofd ingang was ook betaalbaar.

Спасибо Если на несколько дней заселяться, то удобно было бы иметь там сушилку для купальников и т.п. возможно по запросу хозяин предоставит, мы не просили, так как снимали только на 2 ночи.

• Olesia (9/5): - Great location on the seafront in the old town. It was quiet and cozy, with windows overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a pleasant fresh scent. There were no signs of mold or dust. The host, Svemir, was very attentive, always available, and ready to answer any questions. I was very happy with my four-night stay. There is no microwave and Wi-Fi in the apartment. Otherwise, everything was just great.

During the hot summer months another air conditioner in the bedrooms would be amazing, or at least a small fan.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with two bedrooms (one double, one single), perfect for our group of three. The washing machine was a helpful bonus during our extended stay in Croatia. The only downsides were the air conditioning—just one unit in the living room, so the bedrooms didn’t stay as cool as we’d hoped—and the lack of Wi-Fi, though this was mentioned in the description.

• Carina (6/5): Great location, bad experience with owner - Apartment in a central location, easy acces to town centre and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. There is public parking available on the street however there is no guarantee to have a parking space around the place and the cost 1.3 euros after 8am/hour. The owner showed no flexibility when it came to an even slighter later check-out from the property, stating that the rules are clearly written in the booking app.

Even though the public parking was about 10 minutes’ walk, you can’t beat the 3-euro overnight parking fee! It was difficult to attach passport photos through the Booking.com messages.

Ci ha fatto sentire la sua presenza senza essere invadente anzi, per il ritorno ci ha pure aiutato nei trasferimenti verso l’aeroporto. Casa internamente nuova, pulitissima e spazi adeguati, fornita di tutto il necessario. La miglior esperienza su Booking!
