• ignacio (10/5): Escellent location and comfortable,clean room to explore Venecia . - Location is perfect less than a minute walk to piazza san marcos, on a quiet street. Everything close, shopping, dinning, bars, etc.. Comfortable room with full kitchen for breakfast and eventually cooking (we did not do that) or buying something (food, antipasti, wine) at close supermarket or salumerias. Just a detail. 200 euros deposit in cash may be an inconvenience. should be able to do it through credir/card. Not clear enough in advance.

• Jason Haslemore (8/5): Must stay location in San Marco - The perfect location to be, central to everything you need and want to see in and arround San Marco and very modern suite. Close to the water taxi locations made it so easy to navigate Venice. Milly was an exceptional host, fantastic communication leading up to our arrival and through out our stay, she help us with any quiery we had and efficiently. The suite was very spacious for my wife and myself with everthing you need to be at home. Nothing to mention as it was perfect for us

Está no coração de Veneza a poucos metros da Praça de São Marco, praticamente ao lado das gôndolas, de restaurantes e cafés. O quarto é bastante confortável. A cozinha possui todos os equipamentos necessários para quem precisa ou gosta de preparar refeições. A anfitriã é atenciosa, responde às dúvidas e necessidades de imediato. Nos deixou bem à vontade e bastante seguros. Gostamos de tudo.

• Cate (9/5): Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location that made exploring Venice easy. Highly recommend. - Fantastic location near Piazza San Marco, very central and easy to explore Venice from. Perfect for a short stay if you want to see the main attractions with limited time on the island. The building felt safe and secure, and the apartment was comfortable. Our initial host wasn’t very welcoming or responsive, and we didn’t have toilet paper for the first 24 hours so had to buy our own. It was eventually resolved, but not an ideal start to the stay.

• Rachel (9/5): Amazing location, amazing place. - It was a great location, clean, and very user-friendly! Milene was amazing too! The only concern was that the shower fell off the wall and we couldn’t use it properly during our stay.

• Teona_M (9/5): - Это был мой первый визит в Венецию. Хотела остановиться рядом с местами must-see. Для этой цели расположение выше похвал: 1. До Сан-Марко 5 минут пешком. Можно выйти в 8:00 утра и в 01:00, когда она полностью пустая, и насладиться все красотой 2. При этом квартира на параллельной улице с основной туристической тропой от Риальто до Сан-Марко. Никакого шума и толпы, тишина и редкие туристы. 3. До вапаретто тоже рукой подать - 10 минут пешком до остановки Сан-Марко всего через 1 мост, что важно при заезде и выезде с чемоданами 4. Все туристические локации в радиусе 20 мунут пешком. Сама квартира также порадовала: 1. Чисто и уютно 2. Целых два отличных кондиционера 3. На кухне есть все необходимое и даже больше 4. Хорошая шумоизоляция 5. Здесь писали о свете в подъезде, но я быстро разобралась как его включать и все было отлично 1. Не было кухонного полотенца, гладильной доски и утюга. Попросила об этом, но забыли принести 2. Конечно нет никакого лифта. Я была к этому готова

• Kelsie (9/5): Location 5 stars, spacious apartment, perfect base to explore Venice - The location is excellent. St Marks square is literally around the corner. Great area to explore and get lost in.
• Gina (9/5): Excellent location, nice place! Would return! - This property was in a great location though it was a bit hard to find because the address is not correct on Booking. It should say San Gallo 1099, Venice. It is on a small side street next to the San Marco Plaza. It really is a most wonderful location. The rooms were very clean and nice. The pull out couch was comfortable after I discovered how to unfold it… take cover and mattress off first and unfold from the middle. The smart TVs were nice! The kitchen had all the basic things you would need. The host Milly was nice. Overall very nice! I would definitely return. Only a few things… I felt a bit nervous because of the contract that must be signed with large fines if anything should happen to get broken. Also, the trash sorting felt a bit nerve wracking as well and there are also fines if you mess that up. Sheets were not provided for the pull out couch. It would have been nice to have had a few more extras included like shampoo or a few snacks. Those things are not necessary but always a nice addition to a welcoming feel. Also, make sure to have euros to pay the city tourists tax as they do not accept credit card.
• Seren (9/5): Great vacation - Location was great. Kitchen was good. It is hard to find that size of a suite in Venice. The closet in the bathroom not placed properly because if the carpenter mis calculating the dinensions. If I were the property owner, I wouldn’t place that closet. It was really funmy. Typical mosquite problem in Venice. It will be great if there had been a coffee machine. Ligthening was not enough.
