• Alina Zofia (1/5): Schlechte Erreichbarkeit, fehlende Unterstützung durch die Unterkunft und ein problematischer über die Unterkunft vermit - Die Unterkunft selbst war modern eingerichtet und optisch ansprechend. Das Personal an der Rezeption war zunächst freundlich. Bei unserer Ankunft waren extrem viele Stechmücken im Zimmer, als wäre zuvor längere Zeit das Fenster offen gewesen. Wir wurden in der Nacht vollständig zerstochen. Zusätzlich liegt die Unterkunft sehr abgelegen. In Tulum gibt es kaum verlässliche Transportmöglichkeiten ohne eigenes Fahrzeug, Uber ist dort nicht verfügbar und selbst Taxis waren nur schwer zu bekommen. Mehrfach wurden wir von Fahrern versetzt. Aus diesem Grund haben wir über die Unterkunft ein Fahrzeug organisieren lassen. Der vermittelte Verleih stellte sich jedoch als äußerst problematisch heraus: Das erste Fahrzeug war nicht straßentauglich, das zweite Fahrzeug hatte technische Defekte und fiel später mitten auf dem Highway vollständig aus. Wir saßen dadurch über 30 Minuten in einer gefährlichen Situation fest. Zusätzlich wurde unser Ausweisdokument im Zusammenhang mit der Vermietung zunächst einbehalten, und wir hatten erhebliche Probleme, dieses zurückzuerhalten. Bis heute haben wir unser Geld nicht zurückerhalten. Besonders problematisch ist außerdem, dass uns bis heute kein eindeutig identifizierbarer Anbieter genannt wurde und die Unterkunft auf unsere Nachrichten gar nicht reagiert oder uns bei der Rückerstattung unterstützt.

• Bryce (5/5): Nice property but I would not recommend staying here. - Staff was friendly and patient. The apartment and grounds were mostly very nice, but with some critical drawbacks. I had to wait 30 minutes to get the code for entry. The host said they'd message me but did not, and the person at the front desk did not have the door code. Eventually I messaged them on booking.com, and they finally sent me access info. While I was at the desk someone else came by and said they had cockroaches and no hot water for 3 days. When I got to the room, there were no towels, blankets, or soap in the bathroom. The large sliding doors at the patio didn't seem to lock. It's on dirt roads that are only good for brave people or people with a car. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here unless it's really cheap or if they improve their processes, even though everyone I spoke to in person was very nice.
• Isaac Otoniel (10/5): Bien agusto! - Alberca del desarrollo: de lujo! Alberca privada de la habitación: de lujo! Roof, Jacuzzis, Amacas, Vistas, Ambiente, Wifi, delujo! 👌 Hay que tener cuidado en no dejar las ventanas abiertas si sales a la alberca de la habitación, se nos metieron arañas e insectos por no cerrarlas por completo. Las pulseras que nos dieron al llegar se empezaron a decolorar y a soltar el color naranja con las albercas y empezaron a manchar la ropa con los roses, preferimos quitarnos las pulseras cuando nos dimos cuenta. El agua de las llaves como el lavabo y la regadera salía algo salada, no me molestó pero se me hizo algo curioso. Hay muchos baches porque el camino no está pavimentado, si entras por la 17 el camino es plano pero muy angosto y la 6 igual tiene hoyos y por av chechén también hay muchos hoyos en el camino
• Laura (1/5): As above - The swimming pool was the only nice thing about this property Absolutely TERRIBLE experience at this place. My first night, the power went off in the middle of the night, and it took hours to come back on (and was told that this happens ‘all the time’ and I just had to ‘deal with it’) - during this time the fridge obviously went down which spoiled the food, there was no running water which meant the toilet stopped working, and of course no cell reception, WIFI or lights etc. I went to reception in the morning to try and find solutions for these problems, and of course they told me only the owner could address these. So I messaged the owner, It took HOURS for the owner of the apartment to respond to my messages about the issue, and were very unhelpful after that. Not only this, but the shower had huge cockroaches in it (which jumped on me in the shower), the towels had not been washed, and there were mosquitos everywhere that ate me alive. When I told the owner I wanted to leave early due to these issues they refused to refund my remaining 3 nights, and were very rude about it to me and lied to Booking.com about what happened to get out of paying me my refund. Furthermore, the road to get into this property is a nightmare (unfinished, full of potholes - only a 4WD can drive down this ok), and there are no elevators so if you are staying on the higher floors you need to carry your luggage up yourself (which of course I was on level 3). If I could give this place zero stars I would, AWFUL!!

• Pascacio (9/5): - La plataforma de booking tardó en responder hasta una hora de espera sin poder descansar y estar en la habitación. Y este es el dia (casi una semana) que booking no deposita al dueño de la habitación para que me hagan mi factura.
• Okai (10/5): Amazing honestly exceeded our expectations we could even see ourselves staying here long term - Absolutely loved our stay at Seremonia Origen. The place is peaceful and beautifully designed. Amazing rooftop, the gym was a huge plus and the vibe made it easy to both work and rest. Quiet enough to feel like a retreat, but still close to the city. We will definitely come back

• Claudia (10/5): Aesthetic stay - Beautiful location, the staff are nice, kind and always available, they get in contact with you before the arrival with details and info about the room, this also give you the possibility to text if any requests during your stay. As this place is really amazing , could be even better with a more accurate cleaning, the staff are nice and fast I'm 100% sure they will improve
