Luca (3/5): Totalmente delusi. Abbandonati al problema. - Siamo rimasti molto delusi per vari motivi. Per prima cosa (forse la meno grave) la nostra stanza invece di avere la cucina in camera era in una stanza condivisa. La stanza era sporca e davvero poco curata. Lo stendino per i vestiti era rotto in 3 parti e completamente arrugginito, non capisco come si possa solo pensare di fornire un oggetto in quelle condizioni ad un cliente. La cosa certamente più grave che ha rovinato in parte i nostri giorni di vacanza a Lefkada è stato il letto. I supporti centrali si sono rotti la prima sera e siamo stati costretti a dormire in condizioni inaccettabili per tutta la permanenza. Chiaramente dormendo in quelle condizioni, abbiamo passato nottate in bianco e con inevitabili mal di schiena. C'è un ultimo ma non meno importante particolare, il problema del letto è stato fatto presente alla signora che si occupa della gestione delle stanze, gli abbiamo anche consegnato una delle gambe rotte del letto chiedendo di fare qualcosa. La signora ha preso con se la gamba del letto e quella è stata l'ultima volta che l'abbiamo vista. Spariti, nessuna assistenza, nulla di nulla. Questo ci ha dimostrato il totale disinteresse per un cliente che ha subito una problematica non da poco. Una delusione totale con tanto di danno subito.
