- Vera (2/5): Pessimo - Nulla Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per quattro persone: 1) non erano presenti asciugamani per tutti 2) stanza molto piccola e super fredda 3) infissi inesistenti, le finestre non si chiudevano in maniera adeguata facendo passare molti spifferi 4) acqua del lavandino fredda 5) siamo stati quattro giorni e non sono mai passati a fare le pulizie. A causa del sistema fognario deficitario, c era l obbligo di buttare la carta nel cestino (unico in tutta la stanza), mai stato svuotato da loro in quattro giorni, azione necessaria e quindi eseguita da noi. 6) assenza di ascensore

- julien (6/5): - Grande chambre Nous avons réservé 3 nuits/4 jours, et le ménage n'a pas été fait dans les parties communes notamment la cuisine qui était sale, avec les poubelles non débarrassées. Dernier jour sans eau chaude. On est venu nous réveiller à 8h pour régler une taxe alors qu'on avait convenu de laisser l'argent dans l'habitation.

- Karen (10/5): Pleasant place to stay and we really enjoyed having a small kitchen. - Walkable to the town centre, but a bit of a hike to get back. Located on a busy street. Fantastic views. Can't think of anything.
- Benjamin (9/5): Superb - very clean and comfortable, right by the city center and plaza! very affordable. Ivan and his family were very helpful and kind. the $200 deposit mentioned on booking confused us, we were never asked for such a deposit
