• Maria (10/5): Muito boa - Localizacao excelente, bairro seguro, fácil acesso ao supermercado e aos maiores pontos turísticos. Muita facilidade em ver a cidade toda a pé! O apartamento não estava totalmente limpo, o aquecimento do piso de baixo não estava a funcionar e precisa de manutenção.

• Ignacio (1/5): Una estafa - En la plataforma Booking.com este apartamento aparece publicado como un apartamento con dos habitaciones, circunstancia que no corresponde con la realidad, ya que el inmueble dispone en realidad de una sola habitación y un living, situación que nos ha generado un perjuicio importante. Quiero además señalar formalmente otros problemas que hemos encontrado en el apartamento: La cama del living no se puede guardar. El sillón cama está vencido y en muy malas condiciones. La estufa/chimenea presenta un problema eléctrico (cortocircuito). Las puertas de los dos baños no cierran correctamente. El control remoto de la televisión no tiene pilas. Los utensilios de cocina son escasos e insuficientes para el uso normal del apartamento. La tabla del baño está rota. La mesa del living está inflada por humedad y dañada.

• Leah (1/5): Very poor accommodation and NOT a two bedroomed apartment! - Location. The apartment is in a central location very close to the metro Where do I start? Firstly, this apartment is incorrectly advertised. It is NOT a two bedroom apartment with a living room. It has one double bedroom containing a double bed and a single bed. This is the only bedroom. There is a pull-down bed and a sofa bed in the living room area. We were travelling as a group of three male/female friends with my young twins. The lack of suitable rooms was a very unpleasant discovery.. The sofa bed is completely broken and can not be converted into a sofa. Therefore, we had nowhere to sit apart from the dining table. There is no central heating system; just a few poorly working space heaters. The kettle does not work properly, meaning we could not even have a decent cup of coffee. The oven hob is digital.and we could not get it to work. There are instructions taped to the kitchen cupboard for a completely different hob! The walls are dirty and need repainting. The property has two bathrooms (technically speaking). However, the downstairs one is a tiny closet with a handheld shower right next to the toilet. Both bathroom doors are broken. Don't lock them and get locked in like I did when the lock fell off! The main bathroom shower has a rainfall shower and a hand-held shower, but the latter is broken. There is a washing machine, but even that broke while we were there! You can not see out at all as all the windows are very frosted. The curtains also don't open properly! It makes it very glum inside. In addition, you are not given a key. The front door opens from a link you are sent to your phone. Upon returning one night, we found the link was not working. I had to ring the property number, and the owner tried to tell me our reservation was finished (with two nights still remaining). He then kept saying he'd open the door remotely and then just hanging up! I had to ring back five times as the door would not open. He eventually came out to open the door with a key but was not especially gracious about it.

• Saiz Ros (7/5): - La ubicación es fantástica y el apartamento es muy acogedor. Las camas son cómodas. Tiene lavadora, secador y plancha. La ducha del baño de abajo, no te puedes duchar, se moja todo. Además ese baño tiene la puerta rota, no puedes abrir desde dentro. Los enchufes de la cocina no funcionan bien y también está rota una de las cafeteras.

• Tiffany (9/5): Clean, large apartment within walking distance to everything. - Large, clean apartment, super close to Piazza Del Popolo. Very nice and accommodating property manager. Within walking distance to everything. We would stay here again. The apartment is right above a parking garage, so we heard loud noises and a doorbell noise all night. Nothing that can be done about this, but it was harder to fall asleep with the loud noises.

• Eva (10/5): The perfect stay in Roma - Everything was perfectly clean and the house provided everything we needed from kitchen utensils, laundry amenities, to the relaxing sauna. Well located, good walking distance from city center and monuments. Also close to a metro station. Valerio, the host, very friendly and approachable. Definitely the best place I’ve ever stayed in a long time! Everything was absolutely perfect!

• Aleksandre (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, the location of the house is ideal, you can easily reach all the sights of the city on foot, a supermarket and bus stops are nearby. As for the check-in, this process is also very easy, you can simply check in by communicating with the host via Whatsapp. As for the house, it is a very cozy, clean and spacious house, with all the necessary appliances and things needed for comfort.
• Chetan (9/5): Enjoyable life time memories in Rome. Thanks to Relais Romagnosi. - Close to everything. Simon who checked us guided us well. Metro and bus stand close. Very easy to move around the city. Near super market and lot of good eating places. We enjoyed our stay and will do in future.
• Rita (10/5): Safe, clean, convenient - I stayed in this apartment with my husband and 4 children. The space was very clean, in a safe neighborhood, and very close to restaurants, the metro, and a piazza. We were able to utilize the kitchen thanks to the grocery store right around the corner. The little cafe just down the street was the highlight of our mornings. If I were to ever visit Rome again, I would absolutely choose this apartment for our stay!
• Stephen (8/5): Nice place to stay for short term, not recommended for more than four people. - The property was well situated, and within 30 minutes, walking distance of the Vatican or the Spanish steps. There were excellent places for food nearby. The street during the evening were fairly loud with traffic, and some neighbors who were rowdy. The upstairs shower had an issue with one of the showerheads, but other than that everything was good. 
• Maria (9/5): Superb - Rooms were large and accommodations were comfortable. The shower in the upstairs bathroom was great. Appreciated having a washing machine as well. Location is convenient to Piazza del Popolo with many restaurants and shops. There was some street noise and bedroom is above a parking garage which opened its garage door early in the morning.
• Vince (9/5): Great stay for visiting Rome - The place as accommodating, clean and perfect location for our Rome experience. Metro services were nearby and accessible. Piazza Popolo is a great meeting place and perfect for setting off on some shopping and eating on Via del Corso I think the shower faucet needs some repair /maintenance , otherwise all very good

• Dipak (1/5): Bad - Good location AC was not working! We checked in when it was almost 40 degrees in Rome and the flat was unbearable. We could not stay so we checked out the same day and found alternative accommodation.
• Ghada (10/5): A great stay - The location of the apartment was great, close to convenience stores, to the center of the city (walking), and even to Vatican city. For me and my family members, it was a super nice stay. Valerio, the host of Relais Romagnosi, was super available and responsive when we needed something. Nothing I did not like. There was some constructions in one of the buildings on our way to the apartment, could use some more lighting in the area, but nothing major.
