- nataont (6/5): Miscommunication - I was shocked when I arrived the hotel and knew that our room didn't have a bathroom. I booked a room with an open air onsen. I got a room but a separate open air onsen in a different floor. I didn't know how this miscommunication happened. I paid almost seven thousand Japanese yens for a room without a bathroom also a private open air onsen! What's a shame.

- StarDust-ASH (10/5): Lovely ryokan with superb service - The ryokan is just a few steps from the Yubatake. It’s a small ryokan with only a few rooms. All rooms come with a private onsen at a higher floor, not en-suite. Very private and quite ryokan where you can chill and relax. Our booking is with breakfast which is nicely prepared and deliciously in a common dining room. The dining room is beautifully decorated with hand pressed flower pictures.
