• Jan (7/5): Perfekt belligenhed men slidt og ikke lækkert - Perfekt belligenhed kun 250m fra klubhuset til Golfbanen, rigelig plads og tæt på poolen, meget stille mens vi var der Meget slidt hus som skriger på renovering. Loftlampe som er ved at falde ned, mange spots i bad som ikke virker, farlige eliinstallationer, havegrill virkede ikke, havemøbler så slidte og beskidte at de skulle være udskiftet for mange år siden. Det skriger af et sted hvor ejeren ikke har interesse i at vedligeholde det.
• Kuzeva (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente! La casa es amplia, acogedora, tiene de todo! Le falta cambiar alguna cama. Son de muelle y alguna es incómoda.
• Gabriel (7/5): Good property and location but lacks maintenance and bedding and furnishings are dated or tired - The townhouse is was built with quality and it is located very central within the Cala Golf complex. The interior of the property is dated and not very well maintained. The front gate and car gates do not latch into place. The bed mattresses and pillows are older and not very comfortable. Bed linens and comforters are a little past their prime. The less desirable aspect was there was an displeasing odor coming out of the AC vents when running. There were a number of light bulbs and light fixtures that were not working on not in good condition. The sinks in this property do not have P traps (U shaped pipes) under sinks as to prevent sewer smells from climbing up to the interior of the home. Some shower drains are may drain too slow and need to be cleaned.

• cylla (7/5): Het zou een top verblijf kunnen zijn maar moet gerenoveerd worden. - de ligging van de townhouse, dichtbij het grote zwembad, de clubhuis en de spa. Goede keukenuitrusting, zitje buiten en binnen. Grote kamer met aansluitend badkamer. Bedden goed, goede verduistering. Goede hor bij schuifpui. Goede airco. Maar 1 set sleutels en dus ook maar 1 afstandsbediening voor de poort waardoor je niet gelijktijdig verschillende afspraken kon hebben. Alleen toilet beneden functioneerde goed. Geen Tv aanwezig, alleen beeldscherm. Slaapkamers zonder plafondlamp, badkamer, helft van de lampen kapot waardoor ook daar weinig licht.
• Rachael (9/5): Highly recommended great place in a perfect location - Great location and facilities available , bit tired decor but that didn’t bother us at all , pool towels as well as bathroom towels left . Easy access to the golf , beautiful outdoor pool , great views from all the balconies

• Zoe (9/5): Very nice stay - Lovely town house in beautiful la Cala golf, the apartment had everything needed, The house is lovely but could do with some TLC and some paint in places to tidy it up, Would stay again The sewage-smell from the back bedroom with the en-suite with the shower is really bad it makes you feel sick on a morning, I can see this has been mentioned before, also the shower doesn’t work properly it just trickles out so no pressure at all, Needs looking at for future guests

• Spencer (8/5): Lovely townhouse, plenty of space, very comfortable and would definitely book again - Excellent location and easy walking distance to La Cala Clubhouse and its courses - Main reason for our visit Each bedroom has a bathroom Washing machine and dishwasher Private gated area for added security Sunny balconies off two bedrooms Second bedroom on first floor very dark Several light bulbs around the property weren’t working After using the top floor shower a strong smell of drains appeared down upper stairs. Letting agents have been advised
• Sophie (8/5): Please don’t read this as a negative, we genuinely had a lovely stay, just a few little things that would make it even b - Location was excellent! Felt warm and homely! Extremely well equipped. A little run down in places, bedding was a little old. No bins in 2 of the bathrooms. The bedroom at the back is pretty much useless for a shower as the water just dribbles out after a few minutes of being in there. A few little maintenance issues, extractor fan and light doesn’t work on the hob, no batteries in the candles, outside light didn’t work.

• Monika (10/5): Beautiful townhouse, comfortable, and in an excellent location! - Excellent location and beautiful townhouse. Access to the property was superbly organized. The gate lock is broken.

• Marcin (7/5): Good - Good localisation for golfers, parking in front of the house, cosy, nice beds, well equipped kitchen. to few lights with some non working properly or in weird way, grill is working but needs refreshing, ventilation in the apartment needs fixing, leaking coffee machine.

Big thank you to Vanessa and Salsa who were very patient when we had to change our arrival time due to car hire problems. Great 20th anniversary golfing trip to La Cala made even better Lange property and staff. Thank you. Nothing to do with Booking.com or Lange Property who were excellent but watch out for DELPASO Car hire. Who cancelled our rental after we were late due to slow passport checking then tried to charge us over double to re-book the same car at the office and left us to walk back the 1.5km to airport with golf bags and luggage to find another car hire company (which was very expensive at short notice on the day)
