- Guest (5/5): Okay for a night - Location The room was okay but the hotel lacked some basic facilities like no bathroom amenities They didn't provide us with soap, shampoo, napkins And also they don't take the booking done from third party websites. I asked for the local bill that was also not provided to me up till now
- Ahmed (10/5): Best choice for vacation. - Valley view and service of staff were excellent. Room was regularly cleaned and all facilities were made available. Experience was very nice.

Staff is arrogant and non supportive, when reached the property they were drunk and asked for more money also to use bad, dirty bed sheet hence vacated hotel. I will not recommend any family to stay there as it could be a risk for them.

- Dhaval (10/5): Relaxing, scenic place near Parsi Point. 1.8kms away from the city centre. - Breakfast was good. The location was great with a beautiful valley view and a lake. The silence here was blissful. Food from nearby Dhangarwadi was great. I guess the Chinese food can be avoidable. The rest of the cuisine was good.

- Sargar (5/5): The location and view were the highlights of the stay, but the overall experience was disappointing. The lack of proper - The location was excellent, and the view was truly amazing. The service, however, was just okay—not great, but not terrible either. On Booking.com, the listing mentioned a “quadruple bed,” which we assumed meant a bed big enough for four people. But when we got there, we found just one double bed and a single bed. The caretaker even told us we could all fit on the single bed, which made no sense at all. The next morning, I went to make some coffee and checked the kettle. It was disgusting—full of cockroaches and worms. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was bought. It was honestly the most unhygienic thing I’ve ever seen.
- Krishnakumar (5/5): An undermanaged or ill ran property having lot of potential - Let us agree that it is a very good property; but poorly maintained and managed, you can run the property in much more hospitable and homely way. We have booked 2 rooms and checked in @ 2 November 2024 and at the time of check in there was no responsible one at the counter, the same we have observed during our stay as well. We haven't seen a responsible head during our stay in the facility, when someone reach at the desk for check-in, at that time the boys sitting at the counter will call someone, might be the owner or the superior, over telephone and ask which room to be allotted and accordingly they allot. If they have any policy to allot lower deck rooms for booking.com clients?? to be asked or anyone who make payment before check-in should ensure that they get allotted only rooms on the one above second floor, which are airier. The lower deck rooms have a stench order, of rooms which are closed or unused for many days. At first sight, the rooms will look fine, but when you really enter inside and look around, you can observe that it is not cleaned regularly or kept upright after a check out. In our room we can observe all kind of dead insects on the wall corners or around. It is only a matter of 2 minutes to do the cleaning but have not done properly if they think it has already done. The funniest thing we have observed in our room was the kettle, the one provided one that you can use only in European countries as the pins are flat pin and the connecting socket was Indian which will ensure that you will either make a cup of coffee or boil the water. One fine thing was that the staff was very co-operative, and they knew that they are running the show just to ensure they give maximum service. As well as the food and breakfast were good. This facility is having lot of potential if it is handled and managed properly as it is at a prime and easily accessible scenic location The way it is managed

- Nikhil (3/5): Not value for money stay. - Rooms were neat and clean with beautiful valley view. Rooms were bigger. Service was not good, they did not provide towel inspite of multiple follow up, only 1 soap was provided for 3 guests. Lunch and dinner was not provided, staff mentioned kitchen is closed and they cannot provide food. Pathetic service. Management did not provide us room on time, we had to wait for more than 1 hour to get the room. Not value for money which we paid. Horrible experience.

- Concessia (5/5): Passable - The location was very good. View from the room was excellent. The room was quite big as 4 of us were staying so was comfortable. Manager Gautam was quite friendly and helpful.. It being a new set up they probably had shortage staff hence it hampered a pleasant stay.. Room was clean the first day however cleaning was not done the next day. After we asked then only our beds were made. Room was dirty only. But this was due to shortage of staff.plus heavy rains.
