- Osorio (1/5): Desastrosa - Cuando llegamos a la hora del checking todavía le estaban haciendo la limpieza a la propiedad, al final se marchó la señora a las 4:00 y el cheching era a las 3 por ahí ya empezamos mal y el horno estaba con pedazos de pizza, la lavadora tenía restos de moho en la puerta, los cubiertos estaban sucios y no solo eso, una de las habitaciones estuvo sin energía durante toda la estancia y había un leve olor en esa habitación a corto, el primer día tampoco iba el aire de otra de las habitaciones, al segundo día repararon el daño pero sinceramente deja mucho que desear, en la parte de arriba habían 3 chicos quedándose y desde el día que llegaron estuvieron sin energía tanto así que se tuvieron que ir, me sentí completamente estafada ya que la sala que muestran las imágenes que está afuera de la casa no existe, el encargado le dijo a la señora del aseo que era que se había dañado y a mí me dijo que la pondría y nunca fue así, algunas de las contestaciones por parte del encargado no fueron las adecuadas y la gestión por parte de booking fue nula, afortunadamente después de demostrar el descontento nos han realizado el reembolso del 50% pero definitivamente este alojamiento no se lo recomiendo a nadie y si les pediría que por favor suban fotos del alojamiento en su estado actual para así evitar que la gente se sienta estafada y elija un alojamiento creyendo que va a tener ciertos servicios y al final sea mentira y todavía estoy esperando por supuesto que se me libere el pago del depósito.

- Nicola (10/5): Would definitely recommend! - The property has amazing views, especially at sunrise/ sunset. The host gave clear instructions for entering and exiting the property. Property was spotless, and included appliances and utensils. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated during the warm weather. Very quiet location and no disturbances. One of the downstairs bathrooms did not have a toilet, but there was another toilet both downstairs and upstairs, so not an issue. Would recommend driving to the property as it is literally in the mountain!
