- Ralf (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft für unbeschwerte Tage - Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment mit gemeinsamer Küchen Benutzung. Kleiner Balkon, gut für einen Kaffee. Wir waren alleine im ganzen Haus, es war dadurch sehr ruhig auch die Lage in einer Seitengasse sehr ruhig. Parkplatz vor dem Haus kein Problem in der Nebensaison. Größe für 2 Personen gut, für 4 Personen etwas klein durch das zusätzliche Stockbett. Sehr modernes Bad. Kommunikation ausschließlich per WhatsApp, der Besitzer hat sich aber gut gekümmert, sogar eine defekte Espressomaschine wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Alles in allem würde sofort wieder kommen. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist super stylisch, aber vielleicht etwas unpraktisch, da zu klein.

- VALERIE (8/5): logement bien situé et confortable - Logement bien situé à proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Il est confortable et propre. Stationnement de la voiture dans la rue devant l'appartement. La cuisine est commune aux différentes chambres. L'éclairage du couloir s'est allumé et éteint toute la nuit plusieurs fois par minutes (problème de détection automatique lié peut être à un courant d'air ?) L'évier de la salle de bain est vraiment trop petit.

- Bozzetta (6/5): - La struttura si trova in una buona posizione, il parcheggio non è della struttura ma noi non abbiamo faticato a trovarlo nella strada sottostante. La camera era sporca, abbiamo trovato una grande quantità di sabbia nella doccia, residui di dentifricio nel porta spazzolino, le federe sporche e i vestiti dei clienti prima nell’armadio. Per non parlare dei letti in più presenti nella stanza che non sono nemmeno stati sistemati in quanto presentavano macchie e lenzuola decisamente stropicciate.

Colazione in uno dei bar migliori del centro città, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Parcheggio libero comodissimo sotto casa. Proprietario sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo

- Cosmin.r (9/5): Nice wibe location - Good location, good communication. New and wood quality furniturs and a nice lobby area where you can work and kitchenette. Good taste all over of the interior decorations. There is a big mosquito problem. The net of the bedroom window is too rare and they pass thru. And in bathroom must install a mosquito net.
- Skaond (6/5): Pleasant - Large and well-equipped shared terrace and kitchen. Clean common areas and rooms. Everything new, undamaged, with a good design. Spacious shower. Plenty of storage space. Easy parking on the street, where there was always a free space (low season). Easy check-in. If you are lucky enough to have quiet neighbors and are considering a short stay, then this accommodation may be a good choice. Advertised "Daily cleaning service" means that your room will not be cleaned daily or that you have to do it yourself. The owner said that he cannot make daily cleaning according to Italian law, he is B&B. You don't have to put a "please clean my room" sign on the door and wait for cleaning lady, no one will clean it. There was also information in the room that the rooms are cleaned daily 11-12:30. I think it was an excuse why not clean our room every day. One toilet paper and one small bottle of soap for two and for five days is not enough. The owner offered to clean exceptionally our room on the 4th day after notification, but we found mold behind the closet. For health (allergy) reasons we left on the 4th day and we didn't use the last night. After our cleaning experience, we no longer complained about anything. The room is not soundproofing as advertised, the door to the room is very light and everything can be heard. We would choose differently next time.
- Manlio (9/5): Beautiful apartment close to the centre - Beautifully and tastefully decorated, close to the centre, good wifi, free street parking right in front of the apartment (it was low season so cannot comment for high season), vouchers for breakfast (coffee/cappuccino and a brioche) and a nearby seafront bar, spacious, quiet. The very small wash basin in the bathroom (very stylish but not very practical).

The host was very helpful and even provided us with discount vouchers for a pizzeria. Breakfast was at the same place (which has btw an amazing view).
