• Praveen (8/5): Realy nice stay and happy time goos staff - We stayed for a night the location was good I was sceptical as saw mixed reviews, but when we reached the team was prompt and when they saw we are family with 2 kids so they happily upgraded to with 2 king size bed which was nice and very clean. Even the room I booked it was a standard room and 10x10 separate dining area and sofa As March2025 i found it quite nice and good deal Mr Dhruv Raj was helpful and it has space to park 4-5 cars. Thank team
• Sood (1/5): 1500 rupee maybe good price for a night according there service experience and room accommodation.! - Location Good service is very dirty not professional.! Reception is very tiny, no air conditioner in the room. Me and my wife was sick but still the give as dirt stinky tea pot and served with burned bread dirty tray. Cold breakfast, very unprofessional staff.!
• Aman (7/5): Good - Bathroom and Room were clean. Maybe I've stayed a lot in hotels and that's the reason why I expect it to get serviced daily but may be it is not a norm at guest houses. So I am willing to give a bit of consideration. The staff were courteous - Wifi was not working. - They should keep more staff for better managing the property. - What I saw in the photos the space, the room in reality wasn't. It was a lot less than shown.

• Kritika (4/5): In summary, while the location might tempt you, the overall experience is a total disappointment. If you’re looking for - The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location, which is undoubtedly convenient from main market Beyond that, the experience was far from satisfactory and not worth the money spent. The property lacked basic facilities, with no provisions for tea or warmth in what was an extremely cold weather condition. Requests for even minimal services went unanswered. Shockingly, the entire hotel seemed to be managed by just two people, which left much to be desired in terms of efficiency and hospitality. The rooms and amenities felt neglected, and there was a clear lack of preparation or care for guests’ comfort.

• Apurva (5/5): Passable - The location is pretty convenient. Staff is courteous and friendly. When we checked-in, the room wasn't set up. Bathroom was unclean to the point that the drainage was filled with hair. Later we were told that they didn't have cleaning staff on the occasion of Christmas, yet they took the booking for those dates.

• Ankit (9/5): Clean - The property was recently renovated, it had clean and spacious rooms equipped with all basic necessities. Staff was courteous and just a call away. Location is not on main road bit inside but 10 minutes away from Police Bazar the main market area. Some basic facilities like phone, kettle were not in the rooms but was provided when asked.
