- Carole (10/5): Great property and you certainly get some exercise - The actual building and location great, Decor inside amazing. We didn’t use the kitchen other than to eat cereals and use the kettle but it was lovely, little sitting area above was very nice. Living room which is further up the stairs was very nice too, great views of the town, castle etc. also had a dove sitting on nest with eggs. Bedroom was up another flight of stairs and that was so lovely, bed comfortable. Only minor things but were irrating Needed a shelf in the shower no where to put shampoo, soap or showe gel. Information pack was slightly confusing, two versions, needs redoing so there is only one Also and I think this was an error, no milk left in welcome basket, everything else but no milk. Stairs could be a problem for some people spiral staircase, would be hard to get suitcase up, and a bit dark in places but very interesting.
