Guest Reviews
- Marian (8/5): This is a comfortable cottage with brilliant views, but up a long, steep, rough track off the road. - Brilliant views, comfortable well-stocked cottage, very helpful & attentive hosts. Lack of directions as to how to find the cottage which is up a long unmarked, stoney track. Someone had kindly left milk in the fridge - but had forgotten to switch the fridge on, so the milk was warm & starting to ‘turn’. We had problems with the given password not accessing the Wi-Fi - however, Oli was extremely helpful in eventually setting up an insecure site for us. We also had plumbing problems but Shirley got these sorted quickly - even on a Bank Holiday Saturday! Having stayed in lots of cottages, we felt this one, although nice, was a bit overpriced. BUT most of our problems were with Booking. Com - we will deal directly with them but advise you to take care when using this booking site.
