The staff (especially Joanna) are proactive and kind - Joanna went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property itself is clean and the photos online are representative. The WiFi and facilities are good. I would highly recommend this property and I would stay here again. N/a

• Σοφία (10/5): - Comfortable stay and very conveniently located: within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops, with a grocery store right next to the apartment. Communication and check-in/check-out were smooth, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again on a future visit to Mytilene. The only small improvement I can think of would be to have a second set of keys, as it would make it easier for two people to come and go without having to coordinate, especially since the keys were attached to the electricity card. We didn’t ask, but I’m sure it would have been accommodated if we had.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - The location is very central – within just a couple of steps you are in the city center. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Since it is newly built, there was no mold or unpleasant odor anywhere, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Both were spotless. The staff member who assisted us was extremely kind and hospitable, always providing us with daily tips on where to eat and what to visit. We truly appreciated her support. Nicht

When we asked if we could get a large knife to cut a watermelon, they delivered within a couple hours. Very responsive! Unfortunately there is a lot of traffic that goes by the apartment which makes using the balcony less enjoyable.

• Sandy (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the centre of Mytilene - Spacious, modern, really clean apartment located within a short walk to the main shopping strip and harbour of Mytilene. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including access to the property via a locked gate. Staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. Parking in the immediate area can be challenging. There are two open public parking spaces though within walking distance (10-15'), depending on which one you choose.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They made the check-in process seamless and were always available for any questions or assistance. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. It had all the amenities we could have asked for—fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and plenty of thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable.Also the apartment is in tye city centre which is a very big plus ! The space was modern, quiet, and tastefully decorated, which made it feel like a true home away from home. We especially appreciated the small extras, like complimentary coffee and toiletries, which added a personal and welcoming feel. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and professionally hosted place to stay. We’d love to return in the future!

• Tarsia (10/5): Amazing apartment in a great location - Stylish, super clean, comfortable apartment. Short walk to main shopping strip and harbour. Large rooms, plenty of space to store your belongings. Apartment equipped we everything you need for a comfortable stay including washing pods for clothes washer. Comfortable king size bed. Secure premises -access via locked gate. We stayed on ground floor unit that had a lovely outdoor area. Staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Maria was exceptional. I can't fault it in any way. For us, it was a perfect stay and one of the best places we have stayed

• Papadopoulos (9/5): Superb - Cleanliness and nicely interior design A bit noisy at times due to passing traffic and pedestrians. Nice decor albeit on the cheap side. Better quality crockery, cutlery and kitchen appliances would have made a big difference to the overall experience.

A small supermarket is practically next door, and there are bakeries in just a few minutes walking distance. Ermou street, the busiest street in the whole island is just two blocks away. Staff was very helpful, and room was clean. Also, the room was designed and decorated with practicality in mind, everything we needed was under our hand. Our only complaint is about the shower door, it can't be fully closed, it is impossible to take a shower without getting the whole bathroom floor wet. Other than that, it is probably the best place to stay in downtown Mytilene.

• Osman (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed here with my family between August 17-21. The apartment is very nice and apartment is big enough for a family,well decorated, new furniture, there is sufficient entrance and exit, safe, there is also a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and a TV and iron in the rooms. Central location of the apartment, it is close to entertainment venues, restaurants, the port and the coastal walking path. The owner of the apartment, Mr.Pavlos, was extremely kind, helpful and responded to our requests immediately.

• Dilha (9/5): Nice location, nice rooms - It was in the city center. It was clean and the staff is very velcoming. It was a dublex apartment and each floor has own living room but second floor did not have a bathroom. Also there is no door in the bedrooms.
• Sertac (10/5): Exceptional - We have stayed 2 floor/ 2 rooms apartments. Great location, just few steps from shops and restaurants. Also very near to the beach. Staff amazing. She helped to our requests. They use new bed sheets and everything was super clean. Highly recommended to everyone.
